Cali Ziiva
Objective: Beach
"Huh? Really? I haven't paid attention to the lifeguards much. Probably because I don't need them."
She raised an eyebrow at the idea of lifeguards being too distracted to their jobs. It was just a sign of how people were different perhaps. Reina would never get too distracted if her job was to look after people's safety...Actually if she thought about it...There were a few people she'd probably end up being distracted by if they were around. Maybe she shouldn't judge.
Instead however as Cali mentioned something about a submersible and having nowhere to swim to, Reina frowned for a moment. Her gaze flicked over towards the Zeltron for a moment. Most might have assumed that she was checking out the other woman, but Reina was looking more deeply than that. More surface level than that. Reina was much more aware of those who could use the Force in recent days, and so she had a potential solution.
"If you want...I can teach you a technique to help you control your breathing. It won't help you breathe underwater...but it'll make it so that drowning wouldn't be an immediate danger."
Look at her. Offering to teach someone. Reina was actually proud of herself. Even if she hadn't actually put any thought or effort into how she'd actually be able to teach something like that. But it was the thought that counted, no?
"I'll be honest. I don't...really know what fun is. I rarely take the time to enjoy myself. Maybe this marathon thing could be a bit fun..."
For her, she had always been pushing herself to make progress. To grow. To get stronger. Reina didn't want to be left behind, even though she already felt like that had happened. It was why she had changed her path. The road she travelled on. In a way, it was a blessing however. In the past, she would have hated the sight of all the Mandalorians on Zeltros...but because she had changed the path she went down, she was more...used to their presence.
"To answer your question about sugary treats though? Anything really. Chocolate. Ice Cream. There's the one guy I know from Naboo,
Aiden Porte
. He makes amazing cookies. I haven't had them for a while though. If you ever visit Naboo, you should see if you can't find him."
