The Raven Who Stole Christmas [Invasion of Barab I - Red Ravens vs Black Suns ]

Location: Aboard the Esfandia Class Corvette above Barab 1
Allies: Red Ravens
Enemies: Black Suns
Objective: Assist in taking over the Mine systems with R4 T10

He nodded and smirked "Ya think I'd just discard him? Heh, just you wait, I'll have him down there to wreak havoc faster than you can skin a Womp rat" he laughed, patting the droid's head to beckon him along. He joined the rest of the crew to begin prepping. everyone slipping on EVA suits for the harsh conditions below. The Whiphid's very ungainly and large custom one difficult to put on~ especially whilst your droid laughs at you while you do it

"Can it cone top!" he barked as he finally managed to slip it on

LOCATION: Near Ore Depot in fighters now.
ALLIES: Black Suns [member="Mr. Ash"]
ENEMIES: Ravens
OBJECTIVE: Make contact with Ore Depot and deploy men.

Aedan Miles finished strapping himself in looking over the data he was being sent from the bridge triggering his comlink he issued a few quick orders. "Dagger Fall, Breeze, and Skyfall prepare to leave the system. I want a dropship to launch from Skyfall now." He watched as the cargo pod on what appeared to be a transport opened revealing two Devastator-class heavy fighters. Pressing a button he released the docking clamps guiding his fighter away slowly before starting to move away and towards the station 6 more of the deadly fighters following him.

Moving towards the station Aedan activated his coms connecting to the station calmly. "Mr. Ash this is Aedan Miles returning from system patrol no pirates but looks like you have other vermin coming to play. If there is a docking hatch or docking bay clear I would like to know I have 30 very angry Clan Akaata Mando's ready to take defensive positions." He guided his fighter forward slowly as he looked down at his fighters radar as more and more ships flooded the system. Aedan had heard rumors that members of the Mandalorians were here as well here was to hoping they wouldn't want to kill him. He looked through the allied ships and those that were against them designating certain places as targets of interest once the fighting was over.

Allies: Red Ravens
Enemies: Black Suns
Objective: Drill into the underground city, seize mining headquarters.

Cryax looked at Ice with a grin and nodded. “Sure, as long as there are enough groups left to flank, I’d love to have the Ice-man on my team. And might I add that we’re glad to finally have you joining the Ravens. Your reputation proceeds you and I look forward to working with you on more projects.” If we survive this, he thought to himself. He then turned to the other Ravens.

"Raven Avachei and Tahl, would you like to be the other team, along with Tahl's R4 unit?"

The Chiss then turned and leaned over to the Holodisplay. Blue holos of the mining vessels hovered in front of his red, glowing eyes over a map of the planet’s surface. Cryax waved a blue hand at a few of the Holo vessels.

“Ice, I like that plan. If you’d like to order these lasers to points of your choosing, you have my permission to command them.” He quickly manned the comms and notified the droid pilots of their plan’s new direction.

Wendy slammed a fist down on the console. "No I want to know if it is here. Did she leave it behind?" Her master had vanished, not her fault she had just found something that needed to be taken care of. The only thing disappointing was that had hadn't offered to take Wendy with her as the young knight was keeping the satchel on her shoulder. Miss Domino had entrusted her and she wasn't letting the bag out of her sight while the Reson remained there watching. She didn't tell them to engage just yet, this was her masters ship, something she had helped build for the Suns when she was still a padawan in the wake of Dark Harvest and now she needed one last thing.

"What the frak do you mean no matches found." She was getting frustrated now and moved back crossing her arms. "Fine if it isn't here then at least let me in the armory." The confirmation chirp as the doors to Domino's armory on the ship opened and Wendy was moving. bragging what she could and additional ammo while she stopped in front of her armor, not the suit the engineers were still working on but hers made from highgrade armorweave and durplast for protection. Might not stop a lightsaber but she could protect herself in it while she slid the helmet on grabbing weapons. Her Sonic Shotgun going to the small of her back and twin Obliterator SMG's.

The disc about the order of the Selab was there as well but she slid it into her pocket avoiding trying to figure out what the hell it was. Domino had trusted her with it and the other things so she couldn't fail the Suns... Even if she didn't actually know them that well. She let out of breath she dind't realize she was holding while she started activating Hutt Legionnaire War Droid's on her tactical pad. This was the perfect time for them to go to work and defend Sun assets that were on the station the Reason was heading towards still cloaked. "Crew of the Reason this is Wendy, after I depart. Make sure the ship pulls back and finds a secure location, use all means to hide the ship and only respond to myself, Domino or Rayl with the proper command codes."

There was a look around while she wondered what else she could grab and use besides additional ammo but she wasn't a soldier not like the others. Just throwing things in a case would only go so far but she did get one of the cases to hold a Chain Blaster and some more with Mb-835's. She was looking at landers and drop ships now to head out settling on a Hammer Walker as she climbed in and the small space behind her was loaded with the extra weapons. She was looking at the station as the drop ships opened and she moved inside. Getting secured then feeling with the force outwards. Just like Miss Domino had shown her she could feel the suns.

"Mister Ash, this is Wendy the Reason is dropping me off at the station and then securing itself. If you get ahold of Rayl tell him so we have a trump card against their ships." She spoke into the datapad and sent it to the droid himself, no com channels she didn't trust them with the raven's but Ash wasn't easy if possible to hack. For now she was looking while the pod came in and the doors opened. Wendy moving the walker into the freight elevator before heading up with soldiers and war droids securing the level. She came out speaking into the comlink. "I am on station and moving towards operations, will be slower but I have some toys to secure the room."

Beowoof

Morality Policeman :)
Location: The Mines
Allies: Black Suns
Enemies: Woody Woodpeckers... er, Red Ravens
Objective: Prepare some surprises for the Ravens and await the surge

The Gungan trapper was busy in the mines... laying traps. He was rather enjoying his stay in the mines, actually, having gone some time out of a nice, damp environment. His khaki skin felt chapped from weeks in hostile atmospheres doing someone's dirty work for pay that amounted to dirt after paying traveling fees. People needed to include that if they expected his services from now on. And that was why he did not mind working for these Black Sun people.

Some traps are deadlier than others. Some traps are snares; some traps are drops; some traps involve electricity. Of course, the Suns would prefer he keep the mines intact (unless they lose), so the whole cave-in idea was a last resort and not something Mehrk was particularly fond of anyway. A smart hunter always leaves himself a way out in all circumstances, as his father had taught him on Naboo.

Sitting behind a barrier of boxes containing quite nonflammable but very toxic liquids, Mehrk the Merc radioed up to [member="Strider Garon"] and Co. "Waitin' dis all ready." Hopefully, no one would make it down here. He could survive, but it was best not to try his luck--or his usual un-luck--alone. Also, it would be nice to not have to do anything and make a shipload of creds for a change.

Like any of that was going to happen.

Call Sign: "Chatter"
"Lysle, ill disable the grav generators. we have maneuver thrusters on our EVA suits so that will give us the advantage in zero-g".
Keanu checked his gun one more time. "hey you two" he called to some assault droids "come with me". he stopped to pull an evacuation map off the wall to supplement his datapad information. "OK grav generators down near the engine room, lets get cracking". He turn to the others "we got some way to get through these doors? These are emergency sealed because of the hull breach".

Ice smirked as well and gave Cryax a nod before hopping into a console to redirect the mining lasers for a half dozen other sites located above the underground facilities. "There we go. Now the enemy will have to cover seven possible drop points." Ice's favorite number was seven. So if anyone paid attention to how he arranged things. More often than not, you'd probably find a factor of seven in there somewhere.

With the lasers getting to work on the new objectives, he looked down to his datapad and realized he had missed a message from [member="Asteria Starcatcher"] .He quickly sent her a message. "No, you'll be going down with us. Wouldn't want you to get bored and miss all the action after all. Come on up with the rest of the group. We're assigning groups now.". He was very pleased she was able to come along. They had become good friends in their couple adventures so far. And he was looking forward to more.

Glancing back at the console to see how the mining lasers were progressing, he altered there drilling pattern just a bit. It would make them more efficient and shave off a couple minutes of drill time.

"Ok Cryax, drills will take a few minutes still. My fighters are in position to escort us in. I also went ahead and ordered fighters and bombers in on some bombing runs. I don't want to be surprised by another wall of as guns rising out of the ground like last time. My ship is a carrier. Not an assault vessel. She ain't built to take that kind of punishment. The drills should be finished by the time the bombers have cleared the path for our approach."

Objective: Objective Three

Many wars had the ears of the Rally Master had heard of. The Protectorate and the Authority, the Republic and the One Sith, the Mandalorians and the One Sith, and a new conflict: the Red Ravens and the Black Suns. After viewing the many bounties that the Suns had put on their new enemies and of the news about this rival the Warrior knew that there were mercenary contracts coming from both states. Of course, Vilaz was interested in this and was something he did for whenever he wasn't involved in Mando'ade foreign and domestic affairs. He never really knew nor did he care to meet any of these Ravens and could care less about them. As for the Suns they were viewed as friendlies from the eyes of the proud and feared Mandalorians, and he believed that the Suns would pay better than the Ravens.

In his unique beskar'gam with his buy'ce clung on his utility belt he was smoking a cigar that was lit up for a while. As he was smoking the cigar he checked his equipment that he had brought with him. Dual WESTAR 34 pistols, his bowcaster, a combat knife clung on his belt, and a MT-1 repulsor pack that was proudly made by Mandal Tech. He knew he well prepared and could easily neutralize these hostiles that came across him.

Besides, there was a significant difference between being a criminal and being a Warrior from a respected, proud, and feared culture for almost all your life. Chances are the Warrior could easily neutralize the criminal. You decide.

Sirens then were see off to alert everyone that there were intruders in the system. Taking a last puff from the cigar the Redneck flicked off the cigar with his hand and exhaled the amount of smoke coming from his mouth. Finally, something to keep him busy.

"Bout damn time. Fethers are late," he said from his mouth before placing the buy'ce on his head which would then replace his face with an emotionless T-Visor helmet. Having his bowcaster in his hands he then prepared himself as he took his position in the mines of the planet with other criminal soldiers from the Suns.

Objective: Not sure yet , but they shall be dust

Flora was here trying to haggle on price of some ore shipment, when the call came in. The Red Ravens were attacking the planet, she looked at the computer. Then shouted Feth, those dirks are here! She sent a call her ship, to head here asap. This is flora to black pearl, get into hyperspace know and get to Brab1. Those wannabes are attacking us, so get ship shape and get here. Her first office of The Black Pearl, replied over the coms Ey ey captain, He then began to bark orders to the getting them ready, to jump to hyperspace. She then pulled out her Duster, and she was wearing kraken armour.

She then looked at the beskar cladded mandalorian, and asked him Fancy shooting some ravens? As she heads out, to look for defencive spot to guard the office from.

Objective: Drill down into the underground city and take control of the Mining Companies office building.

After listening to the first rundown of the plan, Nei had tuned out everything else as she put on her EVA suit. The blasted thing was very cumbersome and, had it been hers, the Nautolan probably would have shot it to shreds. As it stood, however, the cursed thing was a necessary evil, as she didn't believe her own suit could withstand the pressure.

Once that was done, though, she looked up to notice everyone beginning to pair up. "Oi," she grunted, "Who'm I with? I'd rather not die all by my lonesome. Then I might be left behind."

Being near the edge of the galaxy, if you turned to face its core it looked like a long broad cloud in front of you. The Hapes cluster was among that cloud of stars. io wasn't sure exactly where, he just knew it was far away. He smiled.

"Where's everyone from?" io turned to the swoop gang that he'd been riding with since he joined the Ravens. Coruscant, Nar Shaddaa, Antecedent, Makeb, and several other planets were the response. "Hapes" added io, but most already knew this. "But I couldn't stay. Like most of us. We've all messed up to get where we are today. Some of us more than others." A few bikers laughed, knowing who was meant. "But the Ravens took us in when no one else would. They're our new family, and Antecedent is our new home." io turned back to Barab I in the view port, and the galaxy behind it. "And the smuggling lines from Tatooine to Mandalore are for the Ravens to take. And one day when we're old, if we get that far, we'll look back on today and smile." io paused.

"Because we there with our family, that chose us as much as we chose it. Because we were there on Barab I and fought beside our adopted brothers and sisters. Because we were there, when the Ravens reached out to grab the galaxy by its pus-bags." The carrier descended on Barab I, its hangar now littered with beer cans. It resonated with war songs.

Logan grinned as Lysle punched him in the arm and made fun of the man messing with the oxygen levels. "I almost forgot I was in space for a minute. Good thing he reminded us, eh?" He pursed his lips slightly, trying to think of what else the man could do to mess with them using the ships controls. His thoughts were cut short when he heard the metallic thudding of assault droids closing in on their location. He brought his rifle up to his shoulder and fired a few shots off when he first saw the droids, a majority of the bolts tearing into them. He quickly pushed his way over to Lysle as he atomized the door. "About time we pay this fething idiot a nice visit. Get nice and acquainted with 'im." Logan started down the hallway, his rifle still at his shoulder and ready to fire. He could hear the rest of the crew fighting in the room they had just left, buying them as much time as they could so that they could get to the bridge and take over the ship.

Among the scrambling Yuuzhan Vong that followed the orders of her fellow Sith, [member="Mordecai Zambrano"], stood an elusive woman that was likely unfamiliar among the ranks of the Sith and Vong that were aboard the ship - she truly did not resemble many, if any, of the Sith and yet she stood among them as calm as the eye of a hurricane. In fact, it was perhaps precisely because of her unknown features, her rather blank and bland expression, that she both stood out and blended in. In truth she was the woman that was known by several names, the most prominent, the most public, being Silara Vantai, while some Sith had known Silara under a false alias as Darth Sinna. What stood among the crowd was in fact about as close to a woman as Sithspawn would ever reach - and even that was only lent to her for truly being a human woman prior to the numerous experiments that had changed her body over the years. Behind this woman stood two Terentatek, chaos knows if she has more sithspawn on board. "Shall we begin?" She asked, her voice carried across the ship via telepathy. Tilting her head to the side she looked towards [member="Mordecai Zambrano"], a questioning look given.

Allies: The Red Raven
Enemies: No One Really
Objective: Mess With Kaine

“As it turns out. Divinity gets boring.” Soliael said the words nonchalantly as he began to stalk around the bridge.

Some of the men and women shied away from him, his eyes and visage eerily similar to one that they had once followed to their deaths. Kaine could always be trusted to stick by his legion, the Blackblades. Soliael admired that about him, the ability to surround himself with the same people time after time. Perhaps it was the loyalty he received, or perhaps he was simply too lazy to replace them. After a moment more of observing the bridge Soliael turned towards [member="Darth Vornskr"].

“I would think you would encourage something like this.” He waved a hand towards the conflict raging beyond the ship. “Death, destruction, the falling of a world.”

Shifting slightly Soliael walked closer to Kaine “Instead I find you....” His lips turned down slightly. "Saving lives."

The Sith almost rolled his eyes, then regarded some of the men on the bridge. “Disappointing really.”

He turned away from Kaine and faced the viewport. Was he trying to make a point? It was rather difficult to tell, the False God had appeared many times to many people across the galaxy for inexplicable reasons that could likely be summed up to boredom. Was this the same? Or did he have a vested interest in the Red Ravens.

Think you can give us a hand? Words echoed across focused mind and hands clamped down helmet over head. Blackened armor of the Light Zero-G Assault Stormtrooper Armor wrapped itself fancily around the Sith Lord, chest broadened by the presence of the battle-armor beneath. His weight was hardly encumbered, though he did notice the stretching sensation as if stuck into a suit that was a neck and arm-length too small. A shrug of the shoulders, a crack of the neck, the dulling echoes of broadcasts across the spectrum that fell upon deaf ears within the star viper. Idle hand had long turned that knob counter-clockwise, shutting off the message sent by [member="Darth Vornskr"] and his words of traitors and treachery and the like. For the best, as the Lord of Pain was hardly one to kowtow before a voice in the dark. Even one so heavily burdened by title.

Adjusted settings sent the ship into auto-pilot, allowing for the vessel to follow the rotation of the station with built-in mechanisms for debris avoidance, equipped with an archaic form of stealth that gave it the nebulous appearance of space. As the Sith Lord opened the back hatch, the air evacuated and he let the vacuum tug on him like a mouse pulled from its cubby hole. Into the darkness, into the emptiness, he blasted across the space between the ship and space station like a rocket. The force aided in this endeavor, as he released a force push behind him, pushing off the star viper. Typically, this wouldn't work, and both objects in motion would move away without any true change in inertia. But differences in mass and the auto-thrusters of the ship made sure that he was but a speck in the night, flying violently towards the space station. A clench of the fist, a clench of the other, his visor assisted in debris detection as he moved in an and out of rocks that would impact the glass and conflict with his desire to breath. As he penetrated the ship, he flipped forward, blasting the thrusters and coming down on one foot. The sabers, attached to his back via magnets sprang to his armored hands as he spun, a top painted the darkest hue of blood. His momentum continued to push forward, his body used it, and he sliced down two armored droids to reveal the wired intestines and internal gears. Their top halves fell to the ground, clawing their metal appendages listlessly against the metal floor, before the lights dimmed in their robotic eyes and power failed.

Sanguine eye searched the station, the breach hole in the door and the droids currently infighting, and he realized that he would need this suit for a bit longer. He ran forward, down the hall towards the moving individuals, sabers extinguished and flung back on to the magnet back plate, before coming to a sliding stop. He had found them, the one who called over the intercom and the one who followed. Perhaps there was more individuals there, though his tunnel vision had served in his finding of Lysle, it also sharpened his focus to almost the point of fragility.

Seems they're pretty angry back there...but me...I'm having a ball. He almost spoke the words, feeling that spike again, Reverance's thoughts seeping and corroding on an unmoved tongue. Gabriel hadn't removed the suit, there was some force that was evacuating the air beyond just the vacuum and giant hole in the stations hull. He looked on to his ephemeral comrades and gave not even a nod. "You called for a hand..." He said quietly, a tone filled with a sense of enigma, through the veiled image of his person, hidden behind the tinted visor. He resisted the urge to speak his own name, the nature of this adventure was unclear to him. Nevertheless, he had managed to bring most of his gear with him, though he would have to settle with the laser cutters attached to the suit instead of his preferred Sith Lanvarok.

Keanu had separated form the main fighting now. He was down to one assault droid still operational and was racing through the halls, avoiding any large resistance, instead trying to find alternate routes. Around the corner and into a group of battle droids. Keanu tackled one knocking it flat, then rolling up ont one knee as he flipped to full auto and let off a continuous stream of fire, mowing down the squad. The other assault droid was down now; "just me...im sure i wont be lonely for long". He heard the metallic clumping of droid feet and darted into a service area.

Every time he looked out the window, he saw more ships. More things that could blast them out of the sky. More reasons to get to the mines. Barik growled low in his throat, quickly looking away from the viewport. He had all the euqipment he could need to fight in the mines- his spear; a wooden shaft and metal tip with tar-covered sinew holding it together, his bow made in a similer fashion, and the huge combat knife he gripped tightly in his right hand. His quiver was slung over his shoulder, per usual. He wanted off of this ship as soona s possible. He was infinitely more comfortable on land, where the chances of crashing and burning were minimal. Hopefully, his cousin that was supposed to be leading the strike into the mines would make an appearance any moment... If not he was almost tempted to try and get someone to fly him to the mines himself.
