Major Faction Application The Galactic Empire

Darth Solipsis Darth Solipsis

Your major faction and your MFO position have been accepted by the SWRP Staff Team Administrators, but in return for our acceptance, we offer you very grave warnings in return.

1. You did not pass unanimously.

2. The only thing we did unanimously agree on is, you as MFO do need to keep an iron tight grip on the OOC Meta and potential toxicity of your faction's participants. I personally do not see issues or have issues to bring you now, so you're good, you're in the clear. And if it stays that way, good, you're solid, everyone is happy.

But should that change, I am not going after the individuals, or the pattern. I'm going to come for the entire project, root and stem.

3. When selecting your advisors, or when re-adjudicating the positions of your team, this subject should be a part of the conversation. You will need advisors who align with this thought process, and who align with you stamping out the toxicity if it happens. To do any less is to spell the death of this project before it has even begun.

Remind your faction's participants to focus on the roleplay, to focus on the project, to eject any notion of OOC or Discord addictions. That's where people get into trouble, and that's always where the toxicity begins.

Acknowledged and appreciated. Thank you for your confidence, the warning has been noted. As always, in the past and present, I am committed to keeping the faction drama-free and up to par with Chaos’s Code of Conduct.

We remain committed to IC story-first.

Thanks again
