CONTENT INFORMATION
The terms comprehend that the Jedi congregation should be welcomed freely to the right to use and build upon any found, soil or ground whatsoever, as meadows, pastures, woods, waters, marshes, furze and heath. The terms extend upwards as well as downwards indefinitely; therefore land, legally includes all structures and other buildings standing or built on it; and whatever is in a direct line between the surface and the centre of the planet, such as mines of metals etc. This agreement extends only up to the border in which both parties specify.

The terms then go on to comprehend that the Jedi congregation should uphold and protect the sacred laws of the land, to allow its inhabitants to roam and practice their philosophical beliefs in peace. That, they, members of this belief shall experience no deterrents to their ideals and practices unless a danger to someone or themselves. That, under duress they shall be afforded asylum and protection from those who inhabit the Enclave. To conclude, that members of the Jedi Order will be allowed to explore, learn, and document information about the Force practices involved in their belief system.

Other terms included:
  • The preservation of the Valley and its prior structures
    • To actively address and combat biome changes
    • The avoidance of militarization/depopulation
  • The guarantee of no cultural interference
    • Eremites have the right to control how much information they share, and when they share it. If they want to be studied at all.
  • Whilst the Jedi with be allowed free rein, the Eremite tradition will have the promise that the Jedi congregation will not stop them at the border.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Over a millennia ago, members of the Eremite believed in the lightside of the Force and that life was based on service and suffering. They held the Valley of the Eremite in high regard -- it was considered a sacred and holy place to remnant monks who continued to pilgrimage there.

Romi Jade, Headmaster of the Jakku Jedi Enclave, erected the structure in 864 ABY and realized later that the Praxeum was in fact located in this sacred territory. Since then, Jade has facilitated several talks with followers of this philosophy. Proposing an Accord between both groups, the Jedi congregation would be welcomed freely to the right to use and build upon the underlying land up till an agreed upon border. In return, the Eremite will be allowed to practice their philosophical ideals in peace and under the protection of the neighboring Jedi Order.

Serendipitously, the events concluded with a small ceremony held upon Jade’s Triumph with several senior members of the Enclave.
