HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Designed to replace another fleet that vanished when the Concord dissolved. The Tano fleet as it came to be called was meant for fast response times with swarms of fighters composing it and a handful of carriers and cruisers. All able to be coordinated from the Will of the FOrce the silver jedi's tactical station that was developed to be one of the coordination forces. With it they were able to quickly organize and locate many of their forces through the monitoring network that had been developed. Matsu was looking at many things they would need to rebuild and as a means to create a testing ground for new fighters that they would be able to send out with pilots. The heavier ships able to grow biots who would be able to function as pilots and drone fighters in the atmospheric fighters.
With much of the other fleets being rebuilt they were able to develop additional changes... the heavy fleet would bring the firepower but the Tano fleet the speed and the ghost fleet would be able to aid as needed from the shadows. The Kenobi fleet would serve where needed and was the primary fleet of the silver jedi going forward coordinated from the Skywalker class that was designed or the Light of Ashla. The Watts were brought out and able to be used to drastically increase many of the things that the can be done. With the high plane acting as a base with the silver rest that had been moved and the fleet able to resupply in the jedi fortress system or transport to the hidden jedi world housing the Medara prison. They would be able to fly around and make sure it remained unknown.

It is made to quickly respond where needed and send down variable fighters for different objectives where it is needed. With larger ships designed to carry the fighters or even allow the fighters to jump themselves.
