Submission Modifications

After a submission has been approved, it will be locked. If you want to make a modification to it at a later date, post your request here with the following outline

And while the reason for the modification can be as minor or major as you like, be aware that minor modifications will have a lower priority, and that if you attempt to make several modifications in a short span of time, your request may be denied. For more extensive, or vague, modifications, Roleplay Judges will unlock your submission and bring it back out to let you make changes. After you're satisfied with your edits, it will be reevaluated.

Modification Rules:

1. All submission modifications must be posted by the same account/author of the original submission in question.

2. Submission modifications posted by members other than the original submission author MUST have explicit permission by the original submission author to make modifications. This can be provided by a post or PM by/from the original author.

3. You may only make modifications to one submission at a time, per request.

Modification: Please change the name to Hidden Sanctuary on Teth, and add this paragraph at the end.

When Lady Kyros finally moved her operations elsewhere, she took the throne, alchemy lab, and other vital gear. Jorus Merrill then claimed the sanctuary as a secret evacuation point for the Jedi Order, and replaced the vital portions of the missing equipment. Its location is currently known only to him, Michael Sardun, and Kiskla Grayson; beyond that, its existence is need-to-know for the time being.

Reason for Modification: Mocking. Mocking I've experienced for some time, both on the forum and on Skype, particularly from certain individuals.
Modification: Please delete the submission. Delete it and make sure it can never be recovered. Even if archived, they'll keep mocking me with it.

This is the wrong forum for that, you're in the Codex, not the Factory. Sorry, just wanted to point that out.

Also, if that is a problem now, it's going to continue to be a problem even after it's deleted. If it's not on Google's archives, it is in the memories of many by now. If it's that severe an issue, you should really be talking to the administrators about it if that behavior is bothering you.

Reason for Modification: Two Writers asked to use the species as a Player Character and due to the fact the request was polite and I have no reason to deny them the request apart from the population of the species I thought I would try to modify it.
