Stay safe.

Kay had to laugh at that. Trouble had a way of finding her, no matter what. Even here while among allies, she wasn't safe as the battle continued. Four Brutes made their way quickly towards the ship she was in as she held herself up against the wall.

Rick and some of the other soldiers got in between her and the enemy as she ship began to tilt as it climbed into the sky. As that was going on, more Mandalorians were in hot pursuit of the Brutes, going in to tackle them head on.

She lost her footing and found herself on the floor again, partly due to ship's assent, and partly due to her injury wearing her out. And as her eyes regained her focus, she found herself looking up at a droid that appeared to be a medic.

[member="X-Ray-242 "]worked quickly to stabalize her wound, at least on the outside. Kay grit her teeth as medicine burned, wanting to cry out, but wanting to be able to hear instruction as well. Her hands began to shake, as did the rest of her body while shock set in.

"I-I don't know.
I d-didn't look."
There was indeed a smaller wound where the end of the pike had pierced through.

Ray could not fight, and so, paid little attention to the hostile creatures preparing to attempt to enter the gunship. The tilting of the ship as it climbed forced him to reach out, steadying both himself and his patient by gripping one of the metal support-bars. Concerned, the MMT activated his sensors... scanning the woman, recognizing signs of shock, and calculating the location of a likely back-wound.
"You are going into shock. Please do not be frightened.. I am here for you." He said kindly, and the blue readout which served as his "face" blossomed into a smile. Reaching into his pack, the droid produced a space-blanket, tearing open the package and removing it. He spread it quickly over Lady Kay's front, then directed her to turn her back to him. He checked, and she did indeed have what appeared to be an entry-wound... Inwardly, the droid was amazed the woman was still alive. He used the analgesic spray, then applied a pad to cover the wound to protect it.. but his scanners detected that the tissue had changed somewhat - it was not quite as raw as it might have been. Almost as-if her body had begun to heal itself.
Jedi, he thought.
The MMT made sure to keep Lady Kay warm and protected, hoping to The Force that they arrived on the Star Destroyer soon.
"Please lie back, and try to relax."

Drystan Marakos said:
"Don't sleep yet... not yet..."

Silfe breathed in deeply taking in strength from the words and the woman's presence. She coughed again though, a byproduct of the deep breath but it still felt good. She blinked hard to get the dust and tears from her eyes. She continued to listen to [member="Drystan Marakos"], nodding even though the other woman could not see her affirmation. She had to steel herself against what would be incredible pain. Everything hurt now, but it would hurt significantly more during and after this rescue if she survived.

She shook her head. She would survive. She had spat in the face of a Sith Lord today... this should be nothing. She choked on a laugh and then moved to situate herself so that when the wall moved, she would be able to climb out. She may look like a delicate flower and her father may have always wished she was a delicate flower, but she was a strong woman and she would get through this. As soon as the wall began to move, Silfe felt the oxygen pour in and envelop her.

She began climbing immediately. The pain was intense and she cried out, but she did not stop her forward and upward progress. She moved like the devil was behind her. Her fingers gripped and arms shook but pulled her up anyway, giving the last of their strength to the task. Her leg slipped once and scraped the durasteel but she didn't stop. It felt like the longest journey of her life, but it didn't take long for her to climb out. She grasped Olivia's hand and with Drystan's help, she soon was clear. She emerged covered in dust and blood with a tear stained face, but she emerged.

Kyrel was unprepared for the Inquisitor's tactic. He had thought that his quick movements would be enough to break the Inquisitor's saber. Yet how he managed to fend off both Vader's Bane and the Harbinger was beyond him. Yet the Inquisitor's strike to his arm was futile. As the strike was only met with a blast of sparks as he was suddenly pushed when his attack failed. His connection to his weapons momentarily broken. He pulled them to him once more. Yet he was beheld by the familar look that he knew too well. Taking his stand with his two lightsabers prepared to let the dark side take hold of him.

He was greeted from the sight of the AT-AT walker, and the familiar sight of Stormtroopers. Hearing the Inquisitor gloat as if he had already won, as if he was simply strong behind men. Kyrel started to burst out into a cruel laugh. "Outmatched... Please, Outnumbered I maybe but your soldiers are simply pathetic, unlike the true Imperials. I will not yield, as it will take more than simple bucketheads to stop me. They and you are no longer worthy to be Imperials."

Kyrel knew all of the technology and tactics of the Old Empire. Given his past as Thomas Kyrel, First Imperial who served as a Special Forces TIE Pilot. He knew that outside of the First Order, there was no one who compared to the elite soldiers not that of the Galactic Empire and not what he had seen before him. He may have been surrounded, that the possibilities of making it off world without being captured were very very slim. He had to pull off a last stand he was a warrior. Able to take on a horde of enemies, but even he could not last forever.

Kyrel jumped leaping with the Force in direction of the AT-AT to some it looked as if he was fulfilling that death wish, but he was just taken out the biggest threat. The Walker, using the Force he had thrown the Harbinger to enter into a spiral taking out the cannons. Vader's Bane shoved through the cockpit taking out one of the driver's as he landed not far from his enemies. With the AT-AT out of the way, he could at least have a better chance of taking care of the Inquisitor. Even if it wouldn't last long with the Rebels surrounding the palace. "You should have adapted to modern Imperial tactics instead of stupidly using the old that is already well known to the First Imperials." He said mocking Morcus.

The Red Ravens did what they did best, sticking to the shadows, moving through hundreds of proxies until the patterns were a dizzying mix of crossed path and tangled alliances, yet the flow of monies continued to pour in for the Commenor rebels. Not just funds to properly bankroll a rebellion, but caches of arms in the form of black market military grade ordinance, from carbine rifles to rapid firings blasters, and even some anti air batteries.

Items cleverly disguised as mundane industrial surplus were quickly disassembled and reformed into the correct configurations, giving the rebels firepower that the occupiers had no way of anticipating or intercepting in meaningful amounts. Hundreds of service droids seemed to haywire, their systems highjacked by unseen forces, provided intelligence and the occassional massed assault as needed. Meanwhile stockpiles of smuggled armor and explosives got distributed to the locals following the cityscape that Daxton had created for his private collection.

Meanwhile, all Red Ravens on the ground were on high alert around the hospital and the library, heavily armored and armed they were there to prevent attacks on the compound and deal with any ‘looters’ who dared to assault the facilities. The doors were open to any wounded, regardless of their side, provided that no weapons be brought inside, a rule the Ravens were quick and swift to enforce without hesitation.

Olivia and the Mandalorian warrior struggled, and Silfe cried out; a gutteral, animal scream... and Drystan could feel the woman's desire to survive. She was no weak & timid girl, but a woman of strength & power, and the Jedi Knight knew she'd been just in time.
Olivia and the Mandalorian fell backward, heaving the woman out of the hole. Drystan opened her eyes, which had been tightly shut, seeing Silfe was free... and slowly, the pile of rubble which had been lifted as-if by a ghostly hand began to float back down to rest in the same position she'd hefted it from.
The rubble settled, then suddenly, a great crack was heard, and one portion of the rubble which had appeared stable suddenly broke upon itself, sealing the hole where Silfe had been confined permanently. To dislodge it now would risk the whole ceiling coming down around them.
Drystan stepped forward, reaching out to take Olivia's hand & help the woman woman up, then checked on the Mandalorian, who ignored her and stood of his own accord. The Jedi Knight knelt beside Silfe, looking her over; her facial features obscured by the armored helmet & full-body protective suit. Her voice was filtered, augmented, by the helmet, but still managed to sound comforting: "You can sleep when we get you somewhere safe. Right now, we have to move. Can you breathe okay? It looks like your ankle is broken... I'll have our friend here carry you."
The Jedi than began inspecting the woman's body by touch and the Force - she'd already healed the Queen enough to stave off death, and she could do the same for Silfe if need-be. The Sentinel would rejoin the fight soon enough.
Through her meditative state, Drystan could feel battle being waged elsewhere.. as well as a powerful force, newly arrived; an energy she recognized as being the King of Commenor himself. The two of them had met, once or twice... and Drystan closed her eyes, stretching out her intention toward [member="Veiere Arenais"] and calling to him in her mind.
"Veiere."
"I'm in the Queen's Study, with two of your staff... One of them is badly injured, and needs medical attention immediately. Please, find us.. I need your help."

The battle raging on outside was but one of many, the fight for Commenor's liberation had brought Chaos down upon most districts of the City and there within the Royal Quarter, the head of Government was known to operate, marking it as the head of the snake, so to speak. The Militia that had been organized over the months had overcome so much; situated upon Commenor and forced to operate without any sense of back-up whilst having to conform to the occupation and try to act as innocent as was possible, this fight was in their heart. Everything had been done in preparation for this day and you could see it in their eyes and hear it in their battle-cry as they waged against the Imperial Troops with might conviction.

On the other hand, the Rebel Force that had been brought together under a number of allies, friends to Commenor and by the call of help from the King, had already beaten the Sith Fleet into submission, forcing them to retreat or be taken into custody to stand trial for their crimes against the trade world. What resources they had planned to flee with, had been cut off by the rebel ambush and after the loss of numerous star ships, the Command Ship of Commenor included, retaking Chasin City was the final strategic push that would end this battle.

While the riflemen accompanying the King were directed towards the east and western wings of the Palace, Veiere had paused as the words of [member="Drystan Marakos"] reached him. The use of telepathy causing his brows to furrow momentarily before he turned to his Sovereign-Guard and motioned for the six of them to follow.

"I'm in the Queen's Study, with two of your staff... One of them is badly injured, and needs medical attention immediately. Please, find us.. I need your help".
[member="Lady Kay"]'s study acted as her private quarters also, both rooms connected to the northern wing of the Palace, where she basically lived much to the discomfort of Veiere himself; though admittedly before the War with the Sith Empire, Veiere had been an Exile and an outcast likely the reason for Kay's preference...

Those who hadn't yet evacuated were being harassed, threatened or killed by the Imperial troops, all of which seemed to be armed with blaster rifles...-Veiere had expected more. He had anticipated a fight against the Dark Lord of the Sith, himself...-Or at-least meeting Darth Prazutis in combat once more for his vile treatment of his wife. There would always be a part of him that would wish for that sense of justice, that yearning for vengeance, yet Veiere knew too well where those ambitions could lead and here, now, his world was finally being returned to his family and to the people. That in itself was no small victory.

The sound of blaster fire would be heard from outside of Kay's study, answered by the thrum of energy that churned with every motion of their lightsabers. The clashing of weapons and armor and shortly there-after, gasps and cries of pain as the Imperials were cut down, soon left the outside lobby in silence.

When the door opened, Veiere entered alone while the Sovereign Guard remained outside to stand watch over the area. "Which one of you called for me..." Veiere asked without going the distance to seek out the trio's individual aura's. Kay's study was a mess, nothing alike that which Veiere remembered, "Who's in the worst shape?" he soon asked in approach, Curato Salva being one of his primary skills, though fortunately he rarely had to apply it in practice.

There was so much going on. The shuttle pitched and shook as attacks took place both on and around it. But the medic droid kept her in place. Many soldiers protected them both, keeping in between them and danger.

Kay did as she was instructed, turning to have her back facing him. It was odd with the softness of his tone and the nearest look of concern that he could give. Was he like [member="Ultimatum"] ? Or just programmed to be that way?

The minor cuts to her cheek from Kyrel's taloned glove had stopped bleeding a little bit ago. It was the wpund in her abdomen that gave her the most pain. It felt as though a sharp edge was still inside of her, but it was only the sensation of the damaged tissue.

"I wish they'd hurry..." She needed medical care and she knew it. The kind that doctors and Jedi healers knew of. Kay couldn't try to focus on healing herself right now. She was way out of practice, plus she was in shock.

Hopefully they'd be reaching that Star Destroyer soon.

The Mandalorian did something Tathra had not expected, easily side-stepping to avoid the weapon as it was thrown, however only moments later realizing he was not the intended target. His first instinct was the right one, his gauntlet moved to cover his eyes as his lower back and shoulders were hit by an acidic explosion.

The ground beneath his feet quaked as he staggered into a crouch, dropping his giant Mace for a moment as the stinging sensation brunt into his armour, and eroded his thick hide. Yet, like any form of heat; Tathra endured it. Another interruption to add to the list, two of his Brutes had been caught in the acidic explosion as well, their armour equally chipped away at, and still their skin sizzled. The groaned yet held their footing.

Tathra grunted, pulling his Mace to his left hand as he moved to his feet. Raising his gauntlet, he observed the battlefield for a moment; realising that the Mandalorians were quiet content to annihilate everything including themselves. In his mind, he almost smirked at the desperation.

On the shuttle above, [member="Lady Kay"] would be witness to quiet an interesting scuffle. In the small confinements of a gunship, not even [member="Kaine Australis"]' impressive supersoldiers could hold the tide of Bryn'adûl savagery. The four on-board killed trooper with mere swipes and smacks, breaking necks and separating limbs like tearing apart cotton. When the Mandalorians arrived, they landed behind the Bryn'adûl, moving quickly to stop them from reaching the Queen. Two of the Brutes turned, ambushing the four power-armoured supersoldiers.

The remaining two Brutes, opened fire on [member="Lady Kay"] and [member="X-Ray-242 "]with their LMG's blasting away at their positions. One of the Brutes turned to [member="Rick Kaloo"], using the jerking movement of the gunship to fire up his thrusters, and tackle the Jedi in the tiny space.

-

On the ground, Tathra and the four remaining Brutes in his company were now moving to the not so far off Gardens, Tathra sped past his allies. He stopped for a moment, noticing the War-fort as it held its position in the sky. Observing as the forces in the gardens bar his own seemed to be almost entirely nullified. Only a few remained bar his own men.

The Sith had retreated, the Silver Jedi had retreated. And either Mandalorian or Commenori had been obliterated in equal parts the combat with Tathra's Bryn'adûl or by the careless tactics of the Mandalorians. Almost all of Tathra's drones had been killed, either through suicide-bombing groups of Mandalorians or dying with many weapons in their flesh.

With the resolute down, it would likely have been easier to bring more of his troops to stand. But that would not be necessary, not here. Tathra's voice bellowed beyond the sounds of battle as he raised his gauntlet, "[Draelvasier]: Rally to me Crusaders!" The Bryn'adûl would attack those that gathered in the Gardens together, little that they were now that almost all had perished. Tathra used his damaged thrusters to move into the sky, he didn't need the force to get around.

Moving twenty-five feet into the air, Tathra used his thrusters to send him down toward the Garden grounds, intending to land a few feet behind [member="Kaine Australis"].

Force or no Force, the Draelvasier mutant would butcher them all. The wind beat against Tathra's face, causing him to wince as his form crashed toward the ground. For a few moments before he landed, the wind seemed to sooth his temper; pushing the ache of the acid from his mind for a moment before he landed; slamming his Mace into the ground as a sort of ethereal and hostile wind escaped from the Hammer, silencing the smoke that rose from his skin as it ripped up the ground for nearly ten feet in every direction with enough force to knock several tons worth of equal parts equipment and people off their feet, the shockwave likely to destroy any unprotected organs.

The strike served to hopefully break the Mandalorian Commander [member="Kaine Australis"] as well as create a space for his Bryn'adûl Brutes to rally to him. In a few moments a swarm of black armoured creatures would converge on the Sith and Mandalorians battling in the centre of the Gardens, opening fire with a swarm of LMG blaster fire.

BLADE'S FURY, IN-SYSTEM...

The smal, highly modifyed and enhanced R-41 Starchaser droped out of hyperspace. Almost imediatly, the all-black colored fighter vanished from sight, and scaners, as the Stygium crystal cloaking device come on-line. If any of the orbiting ships catched anithing, it wuld have lasted only a split second.

"Find Lady Kay, monarch of Comenor, and a rebel to the Sith rule. Eliminate her, as a prezent to our Sith allies." the direktive from her Mistress, flashed thru Xi Rel's mind.

The womans orange eyes stayed impassive, but her face twisted in a sligt smirk, as she studyd the sensor readings of the planet and the mess in orbit around it. Massive fleets engaging one-another, fighters and shutles flying evryvhere, all at once. Finding one single person in all that... wuld be a chalenge. Reaching her intrikately tattood, strongly muscled hand tovard the fighter's comm array, the Bladeborn woman keyed for a broad-spektrum comm frekvency scan.

PARAMETERS:

Scroled acros the display. Xi typed in a command:

REFERENCE SERCH; LOCATE AND PUT ON SPEAKERS, ANY INTERSEPTED COMUNIKUES IDENTIFYING SUBJEKT "LADY KAY" BY NAME, RANK, OR IMPLIKATION

The ships computer got to vork, as a gable of voices sudenly started being heared on the cockpit speakers. Slowly, the number of over-laping voiced toned down... and down... and down... until one partikular comunikue grabed Xi's atention.

A shuttle vas dispatched, from one of the orbiting Star Destroyers, to colect and evacuate her and her staff. The comunikue indikated she wuld be aboard soon, and en-rute to its mother ship.

"Bingo!" the warrior woman thoght, biting her lower lip in antisipation. It has been to long, training on Atrisia, that she vas actualy sent on a task. And it has been too long, since she hunted and kiled a worthy prey.

Brifly, she toyed vith the idea of simply intersepting the shuttle, as it vas returning to its ship, and shooting it down... and it wuld work, but it wuld also get her killed, as all the fighters and ships targeted and destroyed her tiny fighter. Plus, it vas modifyed for stealth and suprise, not out-right space combat, vith weak shilds, and limited agility. She vas slowly becoming a decent pilot, but she stil didnt like to tempt fate, in a dificult dogfight like that.

No. She wuld do this her way. Infiltrate, and asassinate.

Identifying the Star Destroyer the comunikue has come from, Xi set a corse for it. Keeping her speed down, and making sure her fighters emisions stayed as low as posible, she sneaked up on the aft kuarter of the Star Destroyer. The sensors indicated its shild vas still up, so she culdnt pass thru it... but it wuld come down, as the shuttle docked. That wuld be her oportunity to slip past, and latch on-to the hull, find a transfer port or a secondary airlock, disable the alarms around it, and board.

As she holded pozition, she buzyd her-self scanning the bigger ship, to find the best place to board. A ship the size of a Star Destroyer, had no lack of auxiliary ports and maintenance airlocks on the hull. And she found one. A garbage-compactor airlock, on the back of the comand tower. It vas actualy big enogh to fly her vhole fighter in, and land. And since it vas a garbage compactor airlock, security vas likely to be minimal, or non-existant. After all, who wuld think to board a capital ship via the garbage dump?

The smel wuld likely be disgusting, but that vas the price to pay for keeping a low profile. Xi didnt mind. She faced far vorse enviroments in her life.

Even the Mandalorians, fabled warriors of many millenia, could not stop one of the armored beasts from entering the gunship and slamming right into Rick.
Until then, he had been diverting as many bullets from the Queen and the medical droid as possible, trying to prevent a such a significant death on his hand. But when the creature slammed into him and gave four of his tightly packed Marines concussions in the process, his focus was temporarily lost. At the same time, the gunship jerked violently with the addition of the beast, threatening to enter a nosedive. Only the quick thinking of the pilot allowed the gunship to remain afloat, albeit a bit off course.

Luckily, when the beast had lunged into the ship, Rick had avoided its savage claws and an instant death. However, the creature would soon rectify its mistake. So in a desperate effort, Rick plunged the aqua blade of his lightsaber deep into the creature's plated chest, only to watch in shock as the lightsaber only penetrated partially. Rick then came to the conclusion that the beasts were either some sort of ultimate battle droid or armored titans. But even if Rick couldn't kill the beast, he could certainly prevent it from coming back. Letting out a powerful Force push, Rick hurled the beast out of the gunship's open doors.

Then, the second the beast was out of the gunship, its doors were closed, preventing any more machine gun bullets or savage creatures from entering unless they were able to smash through the hull plating.

There was a moment of relief, so intense, she felt sudden lack of pain. It was as if she had suddenly come out of her body for a moment of peace and then it all came rushing back like a train. Silfe realized she was on top of Olivia and the Mandalorian with her. She apologized in stuttering words, just grateful they had come to her rescue when her gaze fell upon [member="Drystan Marakos"]. She took the hand offered without hesitation, lifting her foot off the ground that had a broken ankle. She checked her breathing by the request of the strangely fascinating woman and nodded. "Yes, I believe so. I no longer feel drowsy like I did before. Not that I couldn't use the sleep of a lifetime right now." Now all she felt was the exhaustion of a woman broken, beaten and bruised all over... not a woman about to let herself slip into the sleep that would lead her to death.

"I will go wherever I am directed. I do not wish to be in danger any longer than absolutely necessary or put anyone else in danger by delaying them from reaching safety. I am ...no hero." Silfe had almost said "not important" but she didn't want to insult the three people who had come to her aid when she had needed it most. She had been important enough that they had come and she was grateful.

The wall with [member="Lady Kay"]'s door was still miraculously up. From the other side, she and could hear the blaster fire. When the shots first came, she could not help but jump a little. Her arms crossed, holding onto herself as though she could somehow shrink and be invisible. Today had been rough for the former Minister and she was feeling fragile in her broken state. The cries of pain and death had her transfixed on the door wondering who could be coming.

It was an incredible surprise to see [member="Veiere Arenais"] come through the door. In her shock, Silfe stumbled forward gasping, "Your highness!" before falling to the ground as her ankle gave way. Thankfully her hands flashed out to catch her fall and she managed to keep herself from shouting in pain. Instead she grimaced and breathed through the rush that had her face go white as a sheet. Obviously she was in quite a bit of shock from her injuries so that they didn't quite register as anything other than pain yet or she would never have tried to step forward in her surprise at seeing the King of Commenor (at least in her mind).

The railgun blast caught Tathra's lower waist on his right, the shot throttling the titan off course as he came crashing down to the left of Kaine a few metres away. His weight with the kinetic momentum of his flight made sure he didn't fly off like a rag-doll, churning up rubble and concrete as his heels dug into the ground to solidify his position. He landed in a slump, his Mace's red plasma spikes digging into the ground as to stop him from falling.

Golden eyes locked with Kaine as he stood up, his right arm crushing the rubble as he used it to push himself upward. A sort of amusement came to his skeletal face as his right hand felt the golden blood seeping from his waist, thick and slowly dripping. He pouted, a snuff of grey steam rising from his nostrils.

"[Basic]: Lucky hit, you won't land another.- The words came from a depth in his gut that gnawed at the human's ears, his voice was deep and unpleasant for any sentient to hear. Tathra rolled his shoulders as he raised his Mace into both hands, eyes moving to his Brutes as six opened fire on [member="Kyrel Ren"], [member="Kaine Australis"] and [member="Baron Morcus"] in almost unison with his next command. -[Draelvasier]: Kill them!" The remaining

Tathra lunged into a dash, leaping from left to right as his Mace fell into his left hand; moving like a blur that would confuse one's eyes as the massive being closed in on Kaine Australis, eyes ready for any surprises.

The two Brutes that fell fighting the Golden Mandalorians found themselves in aerial combat, their superior strength granting them the ability to easily remove themselves from the grasps of the two Copad Giants as they opened fire with their weapons. The Brutes had lost their rifles in the close quarters combat, switching for close quarters Gladius' as they crashed into the ground, surviving the fall to the Palace Garden grounds.

The remaining Brute on the Gunship entered a rage as his three brethren were removed from his vicinity, unaware that the Brute that [member="Rick Kaloo"] had flung from the ship now hung from the outside of the Gunship, weak and barely clinging to life; the third Brute outside flung himself toward the cockpit of the gunship, using his thrusters to move quickly; his intent to kill the pilot and bring their gunship down promptly.

The remaining Brute flung his helmet at Rick and opened his mouth, unleashing a spew of magma hot fire on both [member="X-Ray-242 "]and [member="Lady Kay"].

One would think that getting into a gunship would make it safer for Kay, as opposed to being out in the Gardens or her Palace where a lot of the battle was taking place. But sadly that wasn't the case. The battle continued within and she couldn't help but feel a little scared, given that she was injured, in shock and unable to do much.

Most of the Brutes were taken out of the ship, yet still Rick was fighting one along with some of Kaine's Mandalorian troops. But the upper hand was still not won. A helmet was removed and some sort of fire came forth. Fortunately Kay was draped with an emergency blanket which she threw up to catch the brunt of the flames, while her light armour took the rest. "OUT OF THE WAY!!" She took her left hand and arranged her fingers as a mock pistol. The movements signaled the receptors in her bracer blaster and once she pulled the 'trigger' a volley of blaster fire was sent directly to the Brute's face which was now unprotected. Hopefully it would kill the thing. She wasn't much for killing others, but this was war. It was different.

"This is fun to vatch..." vas all Xi could think, as she edged her cloaked fighter ever closer to the shuttle, and the massive... vhat lookd like a free-for-all battle royale... raging around it.

She culdnt see vhat vas going on insyde the shuttle, of corse, but by the way it didnt make much head-way of the ground, and thru vhat she culd sense in the Force, she culd tell that her target vas in real danger of being killed. Who-ever... or vhat-ever these... big, heavy-armored things... wer, they wer insyde the shuttle, too. She culd sense her prey fighting for her life.

"Maby they wil do my job for me... it wuld deprive me of the fun, tho." she thoght.

This close to another power-ful Force user, Xi maked sure to try and mask her prezence, the way her Mistress vas making a effort to teach her. But her ability there vas stil prety un-refined, and it vas likely [member="Lady Kay"] culd sense something... else... then Brutes... stalking her. Something eluzive, but close. Coming this close vas a mistake, but Xi culdnt rezist her curiosity. She has never seen anithing like those... things... before.

Flying as close as she dared, Xi's fighter vas now paraleling the shuttle's corse, hanging sligtly back and to the right side of it... stil cloaked. It wuld be a very simple matter to un-cloak and open fire, but for the moment, Xi continued to monitor. If these things killed [member="Lady Kay"] , her job wuld be done.

The terrible hulking beasts which had breached into the gunship brought violence & death... killing some of Ray's friends without quarter. The droid became incredibly sad and angry; the shifting blue screen turning from a thin blue line into narrowed eyes and a downturned mouth. "How... dare you!" He said, his augmented voice nearly swallowed by the sounds of battle within the enclosed space.

When the brute approached he and his important patient, Ray had had enough. Even the woman's shouted order was not enough to delay the droid's programming from taking over - he might not have been programmed for battle, but he would do anything in his power to keep the woman (and everyone aboard) alive.

As the beast vomited terrible flames over X-Ray-242 & Lady Kay, the droid rose - the woman's blaster bolts streaking over the droid's shoulder directly into the beast's face - just as Ray spread his arms wide, seeking to absorb as much of the vomit of flame as possible. The droid bellowed... a terrible, enraged, heart-wrenching sound, as he began to turn.

Simultaniously, a small transponder in his belly began to blink. It was engineered to activate in the event of severe damage to his systems, and would call out in a general distress to all SJO personnel in the area; including all ships in orbit.

Right as Rick prepared to strike the beast again, the Queen fired her own weapon. However, the odds were still stacked against the Commenor liberators.

Rick's gunship was closing on its mothership, the hangar coming into detailed focus barely two hundred meters above it. But right as its pilot was about to let out a sigh of relief, he noticed something large and armored flying rapidly toward the gunship. It wasn't a friendly. Immediately, the pilot banked the gunship hard to the right, desperate to avoid getting smashed to bits. However, the creatures had been underestimated, and the armored beast smashed right into the cockpit, killing the pilot in an instant.

Struggling to remain upright, Rick realized the gunship's predicament right as its now-deceased pilot did, as the beast made a rather loud crash as it entered. There was no longer control over the ship's actions, or worse yet, it was being hijacked. Already, arriving in the safety of the Star Destroyer less than a kilometer above was becoming an impossibility.

Rather than calling for assistance, Rick let the medical droid's unique signals do their job.

The transmission for help was echoed through all SJO comms, pilots scrambled and Allyson quickly tore off her bomber jacket and jumped into the cockpit of her Saotome Tengu. The craft was designed after the Stealth X fighters and Allyson was beyond excited to be bringing this beauty out. Fighters launched and then it as her turn, the visor lowered on her helmet and she exhaled softly. Fingers moved over the knobs and buttons in the cockpit followed by a hand wave. The woman wore her armor, using its heightened responses to help link her to the machine through the Force and Mechu Deru. After her usual set up of the fighter, she shot off.

They weren’t far from the battle. It was a positive when these battles were being fought. Her mission was to zero in and ensure that the shuttle and is occupants survived. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, but the stealth fighter tore through the atmosphere of Commenor. Something seemed out of place. The Technomancer focused on the oddity that she felt, several ships were giving off their electromagnetic signals and she tied each to what she saw on her radar. Yet there was one that didn’t make sense. Moving closer she maintained her speed and soon figured that the blob of electronic activity was another ship.

A smirk spread across the Corellian’s face as she came to this realization. She could gauge that the craft was moving at a reduced speed, probably to keep its cloaking up or to not draw attention to it. Unlucky for it, Allyson could pick it out as if it was shining its colors in the bright daylight. “Bait lets load up something fun for our little cloaked friend.” The droid behind her made a series of trills announcing that he wasn’t picking up anything. “I know, just TRUST me on this okay!?” Shaking her head, she watched as the ion canons were armed on the wings of the fighter. With the opponent only descending at half speed, it gave Allyson the time to zero in on the core of the electromagnetic field, with her expertise in Mechu Deru, she manually aimed and forced her fighter to lock on to the “nonexistent” Falling behind the descending fighter, the four ion canons into where she felt the other ships rear and thrusters would be located.

It vasnt anithing tangible. Noting that Blade's Fury instruments culd detekt, vith all the fighters and ships in proximity, her scopes wer mostly over-vhelmed. But all of a suden, Xi started geting a... premonition... thru the Force. A kind of danger-sense.

She vas being hunted. Almost like a four needle-points, poized over her skin. But... not her skin... no... her craft! Out of pure instinkt, the Bladeborn woman puled hard on the stick, just as a kvartet of blue ion-cannon blasts flashed under her fighter.

"Sithspit..." she thoght. She picked up a tail. One that culd aparently home-in on her cloak. How?!

Puting her fighter, stil cloaked, thru a series of evazive turns, and trying to put [member="Lady Kay"] shutle in-betwen herself and her pursuit, she fokused down harder on the Force sense she vas geting from her un-known pursuer. It vas a Jedi!

The Bladeborn woman's face twisted. "Ok... Jedi... you wana play cute? Lets play cute."

She droped her cloak. No point keeping it on any more, since her pursuer vas sure to inform her allies about a cloaked fighter. And she wuld need the heigtened speed and agility, vithout the cloak draining her power. But stil, this vas not good. Her fighter vasnt dezigned for a dogfight. It vas enhanced, yes, but not in the shields/agility area. She known she culd never get that StealthX off her tail.

So she didnt try. Insted, she puled up sligtly, bumping in-to [member="Lady Kay"] shuttle direktly above her, throving it off-balance. Then she puled-back on the throtle, leting her-self dip back, and let out a barrage of blaster canon fire at its engines. If its engines got cripled, it wuld be forced to put down, and give her more time to come back, after she found a way to deal vith her pursuit.

Vith [member="Lady Kay"] hopefuly not going anivhere, for the time being, it vas time to fokus on losing her un-wanted Jedi atention. Xi vent low, low and fast, only a couple meters over the planet's surface, trying to lose her tail vith some terrain-folowing flying. Her corse took her tovard the city. She figurd she culd use the buildings to lose her, too.

[SIZE=10.5pt]Allyson wasn’t going to be lost so easily. The speed of her fighter far excelled anything that the other pilot had especially since the other pilot was moving at what seemed to be half speed already. They picked up speed and managed to dodge the onslaught of ion beams. It didn’t matter much; the revamped Stealth X was going to keep up no matter what. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]The black coating of the fighter helped keep her off the radars, since it didn’t require any energy output. Allyson kept a lock onto the other fighter, she knew its electromagnetic signature through the Force – so even if she didn’t have a physical visual on the craft, she could find it anywhere. As it moved to try and put the shuttle between the two of them, Onyx 02 straifed the fighter as it titled sideways, the X-Wings narrowed, and she was able to cut though pushing the fighter to near its top speed. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]Like a bloodhound the X-Wing stayed on its target opening fire once more with its ion cannons. Now that the other fighter had dropped its cloaking, Allyson was able to use the computer system to its full power and have the X-Wing lock onto the other fighter. There was no escape for Xi Rell. Allyson was going to stick on to Xi till she was shot down. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]All the former Rogue Ace needed to do was keep the fighter busy while the others focused on escaping. She did find it curious that the other fighter was focused on opening fire on Kay’s shuttle instead of dealing with the fighter that was about ready to ram its nose into the thrusters of the unknown craft.
