Crafted not only with metal and technology but also sweat and blood, the Plate of Wrath is Darth Trakaton's personal combat armour, not a genuinely unique piece by its components but definitely one he refined and improved to suit his specific needs.
The Dark Lord does not walk in the footsteps of the shady assassins or shrewd sorcerers of the current time, Sith which deem themselves elevated above what he considers the true nature of conflict, beyond what he considers the primordial expression of passion, too cunning for what he considers to be the ultimate natural state of the Galaxy.

Darth Trakaton is a warrior and as such his armour reflects himself, it is the plate of a Sith Warrior, of a Juggernaught, of a Marauder. It carries him into battle, protecting him from the attacks and assaults of his enemies while providing him with even more power and strength. It is not a symbiosis, the armour is his servant, his slave and he uses it to enslave everyone defying the power of the Sith and the path of wrath.
It enhances his strength, technology bents the knee to the superiority of the Dark Side.
It embraces the Dark side, the Force bowing before its Master.
It protects its Master, forged into place by his Will.
