+ Robust + While not as well armored or armed as a dedicated military vessel, this variant of the design can serve as a decent escort for merchants and as patrol vessels for smaller systems with its flexible engine systems and decently reaching weapons.
+ More Coverage + The usual downfall of a Corellian design was typically the large engine section. This model suffers no such drawback, though trades for this in other ways.
+ Automatic Co-Pilot/Gunner + A boon in case one finds themselves in a dire situation. The vessel is able to defend itself in a marginal sense to make a hasty escape or a last stand capacity.
+ Docking in a Pinch + The vessel has the capability of docking with starfighters, and other appropriately equipped vessels via the side hatches alongside the flight cabin housing by means of expanding Docking Tubes.

- I'm Sorry Dave - The vessel is more than capable of being operated by a single pilot that is tied to the on board droid flight system. Anyone not cleared by the system however might find airlocks and bulkheads across the vessel suddenly opened or the system non-responsive. As well, when operated by a single pilot with the on board droid, the combat capabilities of the vessel are reduced.
- Variables - When the VOID systems are active, it detracts from the appropriate capabilities of the vessel; i.e. making the vessel slower but more maneuverable and vice versa. As well, Agility Mode in atmosphere is ill advised due to the poor thrust to weight ratio for any extended duration.
- Large Face - The crew compartment at the front of the vessel limits forward fire of the side mounted Ion cannon turrets. And while the vessel is still able to bring other weapons to bear, it does limit some forward fire power.
- But Should You? - While vessels are capable of docking via the expanding docking tubes, it is strongly cautioned to not allow docked vessels to remain there during any sort of combat situations due to further limiting field of fire for the side mounted guns as well as for preventing possible catastrophic breaches in the flight cabin.

Minimum Crew Required: 1 + Droid Copilot
Optimal Crew Complement: 27
Passenger Capacity: 18
Consumables: 8 months
Cargo Capacity: 1,700 Metric Tons
A further redesign on a favorite vessel of Niki Priddy's. This variation features a far slimmer rear engine assembly thanks to the use of newer engine systems, limiting the need for extra engine mountings.

While slimming down the vessel did aid in acquiring targets behind the vessel, it also added a blind spot for side mounted weapons to the front. While not a favorable trade off, the trade off seemed favorable in the long run based on its design purpose.

That purpose was to function as an escort vessel for merchants, and in system use as a patrol vessel to stave off attacks. With a healthy armament attuned to deterring attackers rather than outright destroying them.

While not an outstanding vessel compared to similar, albeit heavily militarized variants, it functions in its role well enough as designed.

Hi there, I will be your judge for this submission.

So currently you are misrepresenting your ratings, in terms of your hanger which does change the submission a bit. It doesn't explain it well anywhere but when you have a ship with a hanger, if it has any ratings of 0 above average such as in the case of the 100m having it at high, then it treats the submission as if it has a high rating in that zone that cannot go any lower. This is because otherwise people with small ships would just have extra ratings to play with at the loss of nothing.

As such I would suggest bumping up your length to get into the 200m category and then grab the low for an extra rating to put in somewhere. but let me know what you've decided once your done and we can work from there.

As the vessel has no internal Hangar and relies on vessels of any size docking alongside the flight cabin I can change the wording to better reflect intent.

The intent was not to allow the vessel to brings starfighters into a combat situation, but provide context for where the vessel would have docking capabilities.

Not quite what I was saying. You having docking tubes and the like is fine, its simply something that occurs in terms of the templates.

So as the templates work, the hanger rating on smaller ships require you to have a base line of the highest hanger rating that has 0 is the hanger rating base and you cannot go below that, thus for example a ship that has a size category between 50m and 100m always has a hanger rating of very high, as it is the highest rating in which the same number always exists as the rating below it. So while average and high also have a 0 space rating for the hanger you have to use the very high rating instead of the average rating because they are all in this case zero. Same goes for the ships between 100m and 200m which your ship falls into, instead the 'base' rating is high because other ratings below it are the exact same number being 0 again.

TLDR; basically if two ratings in hanger have the same number, the template and factory forces you to use the higher rating so that you can't get ratings for nothing. eg a 50 meter ship with a rating of base and very high, have the same number thus you have to take very high otherwise your getting rating points for basically free as you lose nothing between the two ratings and gain 5 points.

I am sorry but this is the way that ships of these sizes work. It's something that has been expressed by the admin to us in the factory team but hasn't fully been passed down in a way thats easy public knowledge
