It were a gift from my bestie Mariya Fleischer . She did most all my graphics, for my alts and all. Currently she's on a sabbatical...work, RL... sigh... I miss her.

I have seen a lot of people with moving images, most of them are based on celebrities. Is that required to make a graphic?

Or would it be possible to have a graphic with an aline race?

There are no restrictions other than not having anything you display as being offensive.
But yea, you can display any animation that represents your character or what you intend to represent.
