Those are Sith-Imperial Remnants, New Sith Order are generally PC’s much like how the New Jedi Order operate but we do have some NPCs in GA or NIO threads ongoing too. All in all you’ll find NSO is gonna be generally facing a player controlled opponent. A strong one.
