DESCRIPTION

A small but versatile ship, the Maniple frigate can fill out fleets that are not in need of specalized, role specific ships. Outfitted with powerful weapons, the MRF-12 can target both spaceships and ground targets. A picket ship squadron helps screen for missiles, torpedoes, and enemy fighters. The main drawbacks of the frigate are related to its small size. Since the MRF-12 is more of a large corvette than a frigate, it isn't really fit to transport troops, cargo, or large amounts of personelle.
