The inquiry was answered swiftly once the pair were alone from the other delegates and
representatives which did bring some sort of ease as to the nature of their discussions. Dealing with the Sith was a matter of political delicacy as the most of the Trade Federation Market was based in and around the Galactic Alliance which was not exactly on friendly terms with the Sith Order and their Territories. Swift action had been taken to remedy the situation, diversifying their investments across a dozen systems and various factions stretching from the Criminal Underworld to the New Imperialist State. It was a slow process as there were still the matter of the sub=companies owned personally by the Skakoan such as the Industrial Initiative for Galactic Advancement, they still needed profitable areas to grow and strengthen their accounts. Lord Xyrah had informed the Director that they were trying to reshape the Sith Economy into a formidable powerhouse, but it was going to take a certain amount of time to fix all the damage that the Sith-Imperial Banking Clan had done under their previous incompetent leadership.

The Skakoan was eager to listen as the Sith began to explain the proposition to him, they wanted access to the core which was the strongest market in terms of profitable returns but since they were the Sith it had become difficult for supplies to move at a fast enough pace to boost employment levels. From the current understanding was that the Federation would play an intermediary between companies operating in the core and the SIBC which was acceptable given the promised returns of 25% of all profits and tax haven status within the Banking System. A third party system allowing the Federation to maintain profitability if their scheme was uncovered by the Alliance, a safeguard if you will.

"You certainly know how to make a potent presentation, Lord Xyrah. However like any potential investor, there is naturally some hesitation to join an enterprise of this scale since the Sith Market is unattractive to potential creditors given your rather
lackluster reputation among galactic circles. So there must be some additional assurances such as the non-interference of the ideological factions such as the Eternals and Kainites. Such interference... should it occur would drive the price of the transaction ten fold. Making your 25% percent cut of the profits barely enough to break even and certainly not sustainable growth as we both desire for the Sith and Federation." A swift response given back to Lord Xyrah, wanting to inform that the Federation was naturally hesitant to enter into such an agreement given the unfavorable nature of the sith and their tendencies to mass murder and genocide populations randomly. They did not need the ideological infighting despite whatever truce had come about to strike at their profit margins.

In ancient times the First Sith Empire had relied on war beasts of varying shapes and sizes to support their armies on the battlefield against the Old Galactic Republic and their Jedi Protectors, with them most being utilized in the Great Hyperspace War under the direction of the Dark Lord of the Sith, Naga Shadow. These sluggish animals could not compete with emergent technology such as repulsor lifts and heavier blaster rifles, causing them to disappear from direct warfare ever since. Although in modern times the knowledge of creating war animals did not diminish over the centuries as many sith lords of varying power and influence created their own breed of sithspawn to attack their foes, or challenge a rival in direct combat through a Kaggath, even using them against the Legendary Knights of the Jedi Order and their variants such as the New Jedi Order.

The Mandalorian-Alliance War during the Current Era of 900 ABY, presented a golden opportunity for the growing Sith Dominion as their ancient foes became distracted by the ever-growing crusade that stretches to engulf the galaxy in another Great Hyperspace War. Save for a few small skirmishes and planetary occupations, the sith had thrived and rebuilt their strength. Itching to engulf the entire galaxy in the dark side of the force and ultimately capture Coruscant once again to rule unchallenged like the preceding empires before them. The War had allowed the Sith to expand closer than ever to the fringe territories of the Alliance, even as they use their fleets and armies to capture more worlds to feed the fires of the Starbird Alliance.

On the world of Yinchorr, site of the Infamous Yinchorr Crisis between the Alliance and the New Imperial Order. A Hidden Fortress was constructed using resources obtained from generous donations and mysterious line of credit, a breeding ground for the sith to experiment in bringing back war beasts for the front lines. Lord Blepharon of the Sith-Imperial Banking Clan has arrived on the world to expand the army of beasts captured deep within the Formidable Hold and unleash them on the Alliance's unsuspected rear territories.

"We have little time to celebrate as of yet, my retainers. These sithspawn were once formidable on the battlefield but have since become obsolete due to emergent technology." The voice of the givin sith lord was hallow in tone, speaking almost hushed as to not allow anyone to snoop in on the conversation. Glancing around the holding pens deep within the fortress interior.

Within these pens held a variety of species brought in such as Silooth, Sith War Behemoths, Sith Warbirds and Sith Wyrm

Such Foul Plans have not gone unnoticed by the Champions of Good for the Force acts in mysterious ways.

very first lesson taught to the acolytes that grew up in the beginning of the fall of the Sith Empire, at the dawn of a time where Sith began to betray Sith, where the force and lightsabers and all the parlor tricks in the world couldn't save them from being cut down by anyone who might be masquerading as their own, was don't get hit. Armor be damned, the greatest defense wasn't phrikite ore or beskar'gem, the only surefire way to ensure one wasn't cut down unexpectedly by the edge of their own pride was to not risk being struck in the first place -- it was a lesson that she had never witnessed another take to heart, not the literal notion of mitigating harm nor the idea that hubris could be their undoing.

The second was to never underestimate the enemy.

The corner of her lips, curled slightly upwards as they were, inched ever towards her cheekbones as amusement set in with the unveiling of such a haughty entrance. Metal weaponry was the sort that was generally useless against someone wielding a lightsaber, though she had witnessed several so-called Sith Lords picked apart by something as crude as a cortosis blade at the peak of their arrogance, but even weaponry that she could defend herself against with a stroke of her blade rendered her ability to react to a lightsaber nearly nil - she'd have to choose, and carefully. It was fortunate, then, that the Shi'ido did not favor defense.

She tilted to the side as she sprung forwards, leaning away from the cluster of archaic weaponry, the sort that reminded her of the Pureblood's lanvarok, and brought her saber down in a wide arc as she passed them by. It appeared the Jedi had similar inclinations towards brutality in mind, with her white blade coming in at her at a similar angle as her own saber had been intended to come for her - so she did what she was born to do, what all Shi'ido learned to do in the youth of their species.

She adapted.

Her free hand lifted subtly as her eyes shifted their focus from the woman to the man coming in from behind her, quickly deciding which of her arsenal was meant for whom, and responded to the woman's slash as it rose towards her with a concussive burst of telekinetic force intended to do to the woman what she had done to the perch she had found for herself on the brick wall earlier - cut her out of her element, perhaps distract her even - while she pivoted and pushed off from the ground the moment her foot made contact with it to lash out with her saber at with a thrust of her red blade.

"Two is better for me anyway." She sneered.

Lord Dragsail Blepharon was born on the small and barren planet of Yag'Dhul located in the Inner Rim of the Galaxy. His early life was marked by hardship and oppression as he was forced into the servitude of the Hutt Crime Syndicate otherwise known as the Hutt Cartel at a very young age to settle a debt that his father owed to the gangsters. Fueling a deep-seated resentment towards the established order, although having an innate talent for manipulation and a keen intellect befitting his species. Young Blepharon would swiftly ascend the ranks of the Criminal Courts, coming to serve as an administrative aide to the Hutt Ruling Council after besting his rivals in combat or otherwise causing their disappearance. He would leverage his cunning to secure further positions of influence serving as a spymaster for several of the Hutt Families such as the Besadii and the Desilijic, two clans with a deep seated rivalry. Using the position to amass a considerable spy network stretching out of Hutt Controlled Space and Beyond.

The young givin's force ability would eventually be discovered during this timeframe as a Jedi Master by the name of Gare Sundar came to the Ruling Council; intent on securing their permission to handle some criminals wanted by the New Jedi Order. After being rebuked by the Masters of the Hutt Clans, Blepharon would meet the jedi inside one of the many winding corridors of the Grand Hutt Council Chamber , rather curious about the New Jedi Order and the force. Master Gare would test the boy for force powers and found them sufficient to begin training him behind the back of the New Jedi Council, as the Hutt Clans were unwilling to let their attendant walk away freely from his position not without sufficient credits in return. Blepharon would study the ways of a lightsaber and the history of the Ancient Jedi Order and how they fell during the Clone Wars, master plan of the Sith Lord and Emperor, Darth Sidious under the guise of Chancellor Palpatine.

A few years would pass during this time as the Givin carried on his duties as a servant to the Hutt Clans, while training in secret with the Master Jedi during the rare occasions that he was not needed for a Council Session. He had obtained some semblance of skill at using the force during this time, able to move rocks freely without tremendous strain and even learning the very basics of force push until his tutelage came to a sudden end when the Jedi Master was recalled to Coruscant to handle another crisis.

Using the force to secure his placement amongst the top of the attendants, and manipulating the spy network from the shadows. His servitude to the Hutt Cartel would come to an end during the Open Rebellion against the Sith Empire by the New Imperial Order, with him joining the ranks of the crumbling empire. Using his mathematical skills to earn a position within the Sith-Imperial Banking Clan as a secretary before the government collapsed completely and the sith driven to the four corners of the galaxy. Blepharon would learn more about the force under the tutelage of Darth Ethos, who began teaching him to tap into the dark side of the force and use the anger and hate from his many years of service to the Hutt Clans. Becoming quite adept at mastering the dark side of the force, coupled with strategic acumen which propelled him to a high position within the Sith Order before they became a major power in the galaxy.

The Givin would operate mostly in the backgrounds, trying to avoid the Eternal, Tiss'shar and Kainite Struggle over the leadership of the Sith as the Brotherhood of the Maw collapsed. Having power but refusing to climb the ranks of the Sith Hierarchy further to achieve the rank of Darth, He would be nicknamed the Complacent. The Reorganization of the Sith-Imperial Banking Clan would allow the Givin an opportunity to wield influence under the leadership of Darth Xyrah by focusing on economic growth and population surpluses.

    • Intelligence Reports from the Strategic Intelligence Agency put the number of people working for the Sith-Aligned Shadow Syndicate at around 300,000 individuals spread across the Six Sections of the Organization. To become a member of the Shadow Syndicate one must completed an initiation mission based on their individual skill, for example a bounty hunter would be assigned a bounty hunting task that needs to be completed to satisfactory levels, same as if one was a smuggler looking to join. Once this mission has been accomplished then that person is allowed to access one of the many safehouses of the gang and complete one final task to prove their worthiness to join the crime syndicate, although many have tried and failed.

    • The climate of the Shadow Syndicate can be considered one of ruthless efficiency, each individual person within the gang is expected to preform their assignments without asking to many questions. Although they are strictly against punishing people for failure as some criminal organizations might do merely using the failure to gain experience and teach the next sorry sod who drew the short straw of what not to do during the assignment. Strength is the most important thing for the organization as they follow the old saying of "Might Equal Rights" when it comes to enforcing their territory. They have been shaped into believing that law enforcement is nothing more than corporate goons who will stand in their way and so they lack fear of them. Death while within the gang is common with many turf wars with more powerful galactic crime syndicates are the norm. Although there are certain rules in place to prevent another gang member from killing others within the organization.

One thing that is certain in stone is that a gang member can't kill another member without having some proof, although even this can be twisted by those crafty enough, as there is nothing within that guideline that says the proof can't be made up. Like mentioned before this syndicate follows a mighty equals right philosophy believing that if they have the power to do something, then they shall do it.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The Shadow Syndicate was a criminal organization established during the Age of the Old Republic by Agent Maro Vizhen of the Imperial Diplomatic Service in an attempt to court allies amongst the Criminal Syndicates of Nar Shaddaa before the Galactic Republic had the opportunity to establish a proper foothold on the Smuggler's Moon. The original syndicate during this time was composed of Godoba the Hutt, the owner of the Club Vertica Casino, Vaarko Tiyai, the Cho'mash of the Nar Shaddaa Labor Alliance, and DX-TX, the primary hub of the DX annihilator network with Ukabi, Nar Shaddaa's leader of the Exchange, refusing to join the Syndicate although would later pay the price for this error in judgement when an unknown bounty hunter killed him in battle.

The Shadow Syndicate would disintegrate back into separate factions during the reign of Sith Emperor Vowrawn, deciding that the Sith Empire was no longer profitable as a slave and spice market. Although the name of the Shadow Syndicate would not be forgotten within the records of the Hutt Cartel which was still reeling from the Silver Jedi Concord's Occupation and the might of the Bryn'adul Empire smashing through system after system in an attempt to exterminate. After the collapse of the Bryn'adul Empire and the rise of the Hutt Space Consortium, there were delegates sent from the Worm Emperor and the Sith Order, the True Sith despite the presence of the Brotherhood of the Maw in an attempt to once gain curry favor with the criminal elements of the galaxy. Various criminal lords and mercenary leaders answered the mysterious call on the promise of a renewed trade market.

These crime bosses would reform the Shadow Syndicate, calling themselves unofficially the Sith-Imperial Shadow Syndicate and reforming the organization with financial support from the Hutt Cartel and the Jiramma Clan. This criminal organization would now support the Sith Empire once again entering into the Current Chaos Era of 900 ABY.

Objective I: The Granee Noopa

On the world of Nal Hutta lies the Toborro Grand Arena named after the previous Supreme Mogul and the venue for this year's Granee Noopa. Although grand is not exactly a title befitting a grim, dimly lit space encrusted with grime and filth.

The air was a thick musty haze as the foul stench of thousands of individuals of all kinds of species and backgrounds would fill the crumbling stands, placing aggressive bets and roaring at the
contestants down below. The Granee Noopa was a time honored tradition for the Hutt Species and was quite the spectacle to behold.

The contestants would enter one by one into the arena, dragged and prodded by the arena masters. Some of them having received the rare invitation with the expectation that they will gain power and prestige across the Criminal Underworld.


Most of them had not been so fortunate having been kidnapped by various means to participate in the foul ritual to gain their freedom or die trying for the amusement of the Hutt Cartel and their Syndicate Allies.

Objective II: The Private Box

Above the crumbling stands in the Toborro Grand Arena was an ornate and luxurious private box belonging to the Reigning Supreme Mogul of the Cartel.

Having been drawn here by the promise of entertainment by the Arena Masters, the Upper Echelons of the Criminal Underworld had gathered here within this singular large space to converse and
discuss sinister deals, while having an opportunity to glance down at the battles taking place on the multiple monitors and viewing screens scattered around the venue itself.

The Cantina was fully stocked and operational, having been filled with luxury beverages and meals from as far away as Coruscant.

The Harch couldn't shake off the persistent sensation that someone was observing him, their gaze cold and calculating.

While he was accustomed to occasional glares due to his appearance, this stare felt different, akin to a predator patiently biding its time, ready to pounce on its unsuspecting prey.

He could not recall having made any enemies on board the station so it was unlikely that the individual was an assassin, perhaps a kidnapper sent to snare him for a project given his reputation for engineering all kinds of tools and devices.

Despite the significance of the individual, they didn't distract him for long. He continued to scan through various data pads, eagerly awaiting updates from the droid scouts that were sent ahead to ensure the newly discovered tunnels were safe for organic life.

The readings indicated no presence of toxic gases within the tunnel, but he remained cautious as these scans were conducted over a broad region and not specifically concentrated.

As soon as the person stepped out of the shadows and initiated a casual conversation, he finally shifted his attention towards them. It was quite unusual, considering the initial apprehension of a potential kidnapping or assassination.


"Beyond minor complications, everything is proceeding on schedule." It was not within one's interest to lie; certainly not when they upheld themselves to professional standards. This was not to say that there was no fear within him; it was merely disguised behind his grotesque features.

"You have some skill in tracking me down, normally I am much more reclusive."

DESCRIPTION

In the year 902 ABY, there was a significant shift in Galactic Naval Tactics, as they moved away from close-up defensive battles and embraced long-range offensive strategies. To maintain a competitive edge in the Galactic Market, the InterGalactic Technology Union, led by Rulonom Laborr Rulonom Laborr , embarked on the development of the XX4-LL33 Techtonic Deflector Shield System Array.


This advanced shield system was designed specifically for capital ships and heavy combat vehicles. Looking back at the evolution of deflector shields, it is evident that there had been minimal changes since the rise of the galaxy's major powers. This stagnation allowed for the development of physical offensive weaponry such as the mass-driver cannon which could penetrate through standard shielding without much difficulty from a considerably longer range.

Despite the prevalence of the mass-driver batteries on the battlefield, the deflector shield remained the same costing thousands of lives in naval engagements across the known galaxy. To address this problem, the XX4-LL33 was specifically developed to counter the threat posed by mass-driver batteries. This advanced shield is designed to absorb stress more effectively, enabling it to distribute the impact of physical projectiles and laser weapons across its surface. By doing so, it effectively neutralizes the significant advantage of mass-drivers in both long-range and close up confrontations.

Although the shield is
revolutionary on the galactic market - it does come with significant weaknesses such as immense power requirements which means it can only be installed on capital-ship grade vessels and heavy combat vehicles instead of being universal. Additionally - the shielding array can still be battered down through enough concentrated firepower on a singular point of the shield; overwhelming its ability to spread out the damage.

  • Karkosuchus was born on Essowyn to his mother and father. Originally the runt of the litter compared to his brothers and mocked due to his dark green coloration compared to the golden skin majority of his homeworld. Karkosuchus would not take this insult for long as he experienced a growth's spurt and devoured his family with his immense jaws. Although having been declared a cannibal by the Council of Elders. Karkosuchus would leave his planet and find work within the Bounty Hunter's Guild.

    Having a reputation for not taking anyone alive due to his growing hunger. Karkosuchus would leave behind a bloody trail of destruction through Galactic Alliance and New Imperial Order Space. Having killed officers from each faction he is wanted by them for a measly reward of 5,000 underworld credits. Although he has killed every single bounty hunter that came after him leaving nothing behind but bones. Recently he has found employment within the Hutt Space Consortium taking bounty hunter commissions and acting as an enforcer for the various factions that need hired muscles.

    Karkosuchus takes his job very seriously and doesn't back down from a challenge even if the chances of survival are small.

  • Kumpam Qichem was born within the Kothol Outbacks to a single mother. Originally just a small Bereth-Aku compared to his mother, he would grow up within her care until he was spotted for training by the New Jedi Order. Taken to a recently opened Jedi Praxeum for training, the young bereth-aku would show promise using the force. Although due to his slow speed he was unable to refine his techniques within their care. Trained underneath Jedi Master Quasar Somek, a quarren from Mon Cala for a considerable number of years. Although having passed his trail for knighthood. The wandering ways of the Bereth-Aku called to him and he set out. Saying farewell to his master, he would leave the praxeum for the first time on his own.

    Venturing to the planet of Lóng Xīngzuò to begin training underneath the Ru Xixu Order of Monks. Harnessing the power of the force and combing it into martial arts. Although being a knight in skill level due to his lack of advancement, Kumpam would establish himself as a master martial artist. Spending a considerable long time among them until the age of 70. Nearing the apex of his life-time he would say farewell to the monks of the order. Beginning to travel among the stars helping those in need and stopping criminals to protect the natural balance. He considers himself a grey jedi who sees both sides of the force and knows that they cannot exist without each other.

    Kumpam has established himself a reputation among local populaces as a wandering traveler which helps them in their time of need. Although he soon vanishes into the night without a trace. He carries himself as a wise master, establishing a martial arts school on Lóng Xīngzuò to preserve the dying arts of the Ru Xixu. Having taken upon himself the task of learning all the martial arts within the galaxy. He disfavors the traditional weapon of the jedi in favor of a long staff which he imbues with the force to allow it to stand up to lightsaber attacks.

    Leaving his school in the hands of capable masters, Kumpam would set off once again to explore the galaxy as a wandering stranger.

His wings are within his large robes which allow him to fly in the sky without the force. Weighting around 500 ibs make him a little bit fatter than a normal rishii, separates him from normal rishii warriors. His strange coloration makes him an outcast from rishii. He typically wields a pair of sith swords within his hands but are hidden underneath his large robes.

  • Lord Ikrarbytec was born on Rishi during the Age of the Pentastar Alignment. Born to a mother and father, the young rishii would be different than anyone else due to his unnatural coloration of skin and strange appearance. The Chieftain within the tribe urged them to kill the child but they would not do so. Instead of killing him, they would give him over to the Pentastar Alignment once his force sensitivity was discovered. Serving within the Great InQuestors of Judgement as an operative growing up, Ikrarbytec would serve underneath the Imperial Government rooting out traitors within their ranks. Although he left the Pentastar Alignment when they were merged with the Imperial Remnant. Returning to Rishi with a vengeance he slew his entire tribe for the abandonment. Building a mighty fortress among the spires that they once called home.

    Delving into the dark side of the force through stolen literature that he had managed to liberate from the InQuestors of Judgement. Ikrarbytec would begin experimentations with the dark side of the force, although careful not to delve too deeply into the force for fear of corruption. Looking through the scrolls and manuscripts, the tales of darths and their armies reached deep within him. Although he had already the power of a Darth within him, he personally took up the title of Lord as a way to difference himself from the other sith lords within the galaxy. Sacrificing small animals and travelers to Rishii to the dark side of the force allowed him to extend his natural life span, along with regular bacta treatments to keep him strong and healthy. Looking to join the Reformed Sith Empire from the One Sith. Lord Ikrarbytec would travel through the galaxy, looking to join up with the Sith Empire. Although he did not arrive until after the Sith Empire had been defeated due to crashing on a distant moon for several decades.

    He eventually joined the Sith Order underneath the Worm Emperor, serving as an oracle of sorts. Allowing him to foresee events and predict the outcome through certain mediums. Although many dismiss him as nothing more than a fraud, his predictions have a bit of truth to them. This is due to his abilities within Darksight taught to him by a renegade sorcerer of rhand. Lord Ikrarbytec now 150 years old, would venture out into the galaxy once more to provide insight to the Sith Order.

  • Rocco Morsheru was born on Rishi during the rule of Darth Krayt's Sith Empire. Born into a family of three other brothers was difficult due to his unnatural skin coloration while regarded as beautiful was strange and uncharacteristic of a Rishii. This alienated him from those within his tribe and developed him into a troublesome youth who picked fights with anyone he saw regardless of the consequences. A few months of his reckless behavior was enough for the tribe to banish him, forbidding him from ever returning to them on pain of death. Young Rocco would despise his parents for allowing his banishment to happen without saying a word. Although he didn't know at the time that his parents tried to prevent his banishment but the chief elder disregarded their words. Out on his own with no tribe willing to accept him, Rocco would begin a career in selling exotic goods that he had stolen from foreigners visiting his homeworld. He often marked up prices on the items, with a single credit being worth 10 shells.

    Although having no formal education, Rocco would read books stolen from foreigners. Learning to speak galactic basic with a distinct accent, which helped him develop foreign language skills which he had used in his later life. Business Management and Financial Gain were topics of interest for the young rishii, allowing him to grow his exotic goods business on the planet 10 fold. The Young Rishii would eventually close his doors when a crime syndicate landed on the planet looking for recruits among the populace. Rocco joined the crime syndicate without a second thought and volunteered to smuggle illegal equipment across planetary borders. The Capo of the Crime Syndicate would grant him his request and give ownership of a small shuttle, although not large could carry a decent amount of cargo across borders without appearing suspicious. Rocco was mainly halling spice between various planets, until coming across an abandoned starship drifting in an asteroid field. It was clear that the ship crashed into the asteroid and the crew perished.

    Young Rocco explored the abandoned starship, looking for anything of value that he could bring back to the Capo. Although all he had found was Clone War Era Technology. A thought popped into his head, exchanging all the spice on board his vessel for the technology. Rocco would abandon the syndicate due to discovering a new business venture. Founding an Technology Emporium on the world of Nar Shaddaa, and taking in all manner of Black Market Materials. His Emporium's reputation grew due to the quality of its wares. He met his partner-in-crime when the Saruton Mercenary was tracking down a quarry which visited the emporium. After helping the saruton find his prey using the emporium's records, Rocco decided to join him in his venture. Becoming his partner and acting as the brains of the entire operation.

    This partnership proved successful and the pairs reputation grew, although one day when they were taking a job for the Besadii Hutt Clan. Rocco and Karkosuchus was contacted by the Oracle of Rishi, Lord Ikrarbyec. The Rishi Oracle explained that rocco was the fourth cousin of the sith lord, which shocked rocco but he had heard his mother and father talk about their uncle who lived high in the mountaintops. Shocked at first but eventually accepting this fact, Rocco would begin accepting jobs from his uncle.

    These jobs got him into trouble with the Galactic Alliance, who locked him away in jail for 10 years due to exporting illegal disruptor weaponries to a planetary rebellion. Serving his jail time, Rocco would rejoin Karkosuchus within a local cantina on Nal Hutta. Catching up on the good times that they had and waiting for the next job opportunity. Karkosuchus informed him that he was working for the Hutt Space Consortium and had already did several successful missions. Rocco would be interested in expanding his underworld connections and also joined the growing faction.

    He would establish himself as a Smuggler and Black Marketeer, having a reputation for making loopholes in agreements where there are no loopholes, charging high interest rates for the smallest of things and much worse. Although he can still get you exotic things for half the cost of other smugglers of the same skill level. Which makes him a favorite client among the Underworld Elite.

Small warts cover his form but they are generally unnoticeable to the naked eye unless someone was good at observation. His mouth is a little bit wider than a normal hutt probably due to an unknown mutation within his genes. His skin is a combination of light tan and dark tan coloration which gives him a tatooine look. His eyes are orange with a black spade shaped pupil which give a slight unnerving quality to them. His arms are longer than a typical hutt which allows him to pick up things considerably easier. Typically carrying around a large golden smoking pipe filled to the brim with Glitterstim Spice which he smokes several times a day although being warned that it is not good for his overall health. Ollo ignores them counting on the impressive immune system of the hutt species to mitigate the side effects. He has shown signs of wrinkles across his skin due to his overall age of 600. He is 15 feet tall in height and weighing 2,900 ibs which makes him considerably large for a member of his species.

  • Ollo the Hutt was born on Kor Vanderijar to his father and mother, Gumar Vanderijar Zaladan. Many small time smugglers began to visit his cantina due to its luxury atmosphere and accomodations, compared to the other cantinas on the world.

    This attraction of business allowed him to keep connections with various smugglers and pirates that visited. Ollo was quick to make friends instead of enemies due to his rather poor powerbase at the time. Although he kept a collection of blackmail material ready incase any visitor to his establishment stepped out of line. Although funding the establishment was increasingly difficult due to regulations and imperial stormtroopers driving away business. Ollo decided to close down the cantina and move his staff into a new location within a more profitable part of town. Naming the new establishment "Grand Ornamental", the business was funded by illegal activities such as spice smuggling & the arms trade. The Grand Ornamental would be run until the Galactic Civil War finally ended with the establishment of the New Republic. Ollo would run his criminal empire from the establishment until closing its doors to return to Hutt Space. His father, Gumar Vanderijar Zaladan had gotten ill from consuming a large amount of poisoned goods.

    Claiming his father's wealth and influence for his own, Ollo would position himself to take over the Vanderijar Clan's current leader known as Maku Vanderijar Thalgar. Maku had managed to establish an inner circle within the clan were his supporters were rewarded for their support with a daily tribute. Knowing to himself that the inner circle would disavow maku if those payments were missed. Ollo hired a small crew of mercenaries to ransack the cargo vessel carrying the shipment.

Nearing the apex of his life-time he would say farewell to the monks of the order. Beginning to travel among the stars helping those in need and stopping criminals to protect the natural balance. He considers himself a grey jedi who sees both sides of the force and knows that they cannot exist without each other.

    Kumpam has established himself a reputation among local populaces as a wandering traveler which helps them in their time of need. Although he soon vanishes into the night without a trace. He carries himself as a wise master, establishing a martial arts school on Lóng Xīngzuò to preserve the dying arts of the Ru Xixu. Having taken upon himself the task of learning all the martial arts within the galaxy. He disfavors the traditional weapon of the jedi in favor of a long staff which he imbues with the force to allow it to stand up to lightsaber attacks.

    Leaving his school in the hands of capable masters, Kumpam would set off once again to explore the galaxy as a wandering stranger.

Covering himself in all manner of tools and gadgets to support his black market operations. His feathers are a multi-colored which gives him a unique appearance when compared to other Rishii within the galaxy. He is quite average in height, being 5'9 and 140 pounds which makes him faster than his partner. Giving them speed and strength to accomplish any task that they currently face.

  • Rocco Morsheru was born on Rishi during the rule of Darth Krayt's Sith Empire. Born into a family of three other brothers was difficult due to his unnatural skin coloration while regarded as beautiful was strange and uncharacteristic of a Rishii. This alienated him from those within his tribe and developed him into a troublesome youth who picked fights with anyone he saw regardless of the consequences. A few months of his reckless behavior was enough for the tribe to banish him, forbidding him from ever returning to them on pain of death. Young Rocco would despise his parents for allowing his banishment to happen without saying a word. Although he didn't know at the time that his parents tried to prevent his banishment but the chief elder disregarded their words. Out on his own with no tribe willing to accept him, Rocco would begin a career in selling exotic goods that he had stolen from foreigners visiting his homeworld. He often marked up prices on the items, with a single credit being worth 10 shells.

    Although having no formal education, Rocco would read books stolen from foreigners. Learning to speak galactic basic with a distinct accent, which helped him develop foreign language skills which he had used in his later life. Business Management and Financial Gain were topics of interest for the young rishii, allowing him to grow his exotic goods business on the planet 10 fold. The Young Rishii would eventually close his doors when a crime syndicate landed on the planet looking for recruits among the populace. Rocco joined the crime syndicate without a second thought and volunteered to smuggle illegal equipment across planetary borders. The Capo of the Crime Syndicate would grant him his request and give ownership of a small shuttle, although not large could carry a decent amount of cargo across borders without appearing suspicious. Rocco was mainly halling spice between various planets, until coming across an abandoned starship drifting in an asteroid field. It was clear that the ship crashed into the asteroid and the crew perished.

    Young Rocco explored the abandoned starship, looking for anything of value that he could bring back to the Capo. Although all he had found was Clone War Era Technology. A thought popped into his head, exchanging all the spice on board his vessel for the technology. Rocco would abandon the syndicate due to discovering a new business venture. Founding an Technology Emporium on the world of Nar Shaddaa, and taking in all manner of Black Market Materials. His Emporium's reputation grew due to the quality of its wares. He met his partner-in-crime when the Saruton Mercenary was tracking down a quarry which visited the emporium. After helping the saruton find his prey using the emporium's records, Rocco decided to join him in his venture. Becoming his partner and acting as the brains of the entire operation.

    This partnership proved successful and the pairs reputation grew, although one day when they were taking a job for the Besadii Hutt Clan. Rocco and Karkosuchus was contacted by the Oracle of Rishi, Lord Ikrarbyec. The Rishi Oracle explained that rocco was the fourth cousin of the sith lord, which shocked rocco but he had heard his mother and father talk about their uncle who lived high in the mountaintops. Shocked at first but eventually accepting this fact, Rocco would begin accepting jobs from his uncle.

    These jobs got him into trouble with the Galactic Alliance, who locked him away in jail for 10 years due to exporting illegal disruptor weaponries to a planetary rebellion. Serving his jail time, Rocco would rejoin Karkosuchus within a local cantina on Nal Hutta. Catching up on the good times that they had and waiting for the next job opportunity. Karkosuchus informed him that he was working for the Hutt Space Consortium and had already did several successful missions. Rocco would be interested in expanding his underworld connections and also joined the growing faction.

    He would establish himself as a Smuggler and Black Marketeer, having a reputation for making loopholes in agreements where there are no loopholes, charging high interest rates for the smallest of things and much worse. Although he can still get you exotic things for half the cost of other smugglers of the same skill level. Which makes him a favorite client among the Underworld Elite.

    Appearance: Lord Ikrarbytec is a large rishii sith, with a large yellow beak. His orange eyes have a glowing quality to them which allow him to be spotted within the dark quite easily. He is normally covers himself in many layers of robes with armor underneath to provide him protection from injury. His feathers are dark purple with light purple skin underneath. His wings are within his large robes which allow him to fly in the sky without the force. Weighting around 500 ibs make him a little bit fatter than a normal rishii, separates him from normal rishii warriors. His strange coloration makes him an outcast from rishii. He typically wields a pair of sith swords within his hands but are hidden underneath his large robes.

  • Lord Ikrarbytec was born on Rishi during the Age of the Pentastar Alignment. Born to a mother and father, the young rishii would be different than anyone else due to his unnatural coloration of skin and strange appearance. The Chieftain within the tribe urged them to kill the child but they would not do so. Instead of killing him, they would give him over to the Pentastar Alignment once his force sensitivity was discovered. Serving within the Great InQuestors of Judgement as an operative growing up, Ikrarbytec would serve underneath the Imperial Government rooting out traitors within their ranks. Although he left the Pentastar Alignment when they were merged with the Imperial Remnant. Returning to Rishi with a vengeance he slew his entire tribe for the abandonment. Building a mighty fortress among the spires that they once called home.

    Delving into the dark side of the force through stolen literature that he had managed to liberate from the InQuestors of Judgement. Ikrarbytec would begin experimentations with the dark side of the force, although careful not to delve too deeply into the force for fear of corruption. Looking through the scrolls and manuscripts, the tales of darths and their armies reached deep within him. Although he had already the power of a Darth within him, he personally took up the title of Lord as a way to difference himself from the other sith lords within the galaxy. Sacrificing small animals and travelers to Rishii to the dark side of the force allowed him to extend his natural life span, along with regular bacta treatments to keep him strong and healthy. Looking to join the Reformed Sith Empire from the One Sith. Lord Ikrarbytec would travel through the galaxy, looking to join up with the Sith Empire. Although he did not arrive until after the Sith Empire had been defeated due to crashing on a distant moon for several decades.

    He eventually joined the Sith Order underneath the Worm Emperor, serving as an oracle of sorts. Allowing him to foresee events and predict the outcome through certain mediums. Although many dismiss him as nothing more than a fraud, his predictions have a bit of truth to them. This is due to his abilities within Darksight taught to him by a renegade sorcerer of rhand. Lord Ikrarbytec now 150 years old, would venture out into the galaxy once more to provide insight to the Sith Order.

    Appearance: R'koosslon is a Gand Bounty Hunter and Partner of the Saruton Cannibal, Karkosuchus. He eyes are white with insectoid patterns upon them to give him a semi-intimidating glare. He is seen wearing a large brown cloak which hides his body armor, and a large bandolier that carries several different things to help him during his missions. Four pistols hang from his belt which gives him back up weaponry to use against an opponent. His large breathing apparatus allows him to breath on oxygen rich environments although it is also a critical weakness. Being around 5'8 in height and only 80 pounds he certainly is not the most fearsome of bounty hunters, but his skill being a findsman is close to none. He is typically old for a gand, being 80 years old but that has not weakened his abilities in the slightest.

  • R'koosslon was born on Gand to his mother and father. Born with no achievements he originally was just a "Gand" since he was unproven within the culture of his homeworld. The Future "R'koosslon" defeated a gamorrean in single combat and slayed a reek with nothing but a sharpened stick. Undergoing observation by a Ruetsavii Observer to judge his worthiness to undergo the rite of janquine-jika. R'kooslon was granted the title of a Gand Findsman and earned the right to a name, beginning to refer to himself with I or me since everyone knew his name on the planet. His mate would be selected by his race, but in a strange turn of events.

    R'koosslon murdered his mate in cold blood and many gand with ruthless intent. Having been exiled from his homeworld, R'koosslon began to refer to himself in third person which was quite strange to most people that hired him. Equipping himself with a stolen ship, the gand would begin working for the Bounty Hunter Guild and eventually came into contact with the Saruton Cannibal Karkosuchus. Although the gand would stay within the guild for practical purposes, taking several high risk jobs that no one else deemed necessary.

    Having a reputation for not showing any mercy to his targets, R'koosslon is known as the "Butcher of the Gordian Reach" due to his high body count within that region. Having personally slain 1,000 people in a single night. R'koosslon would eventually join the Saruton Bounty Hunter Karkosuchus for protection purposes with several factions having put a price on his head for countless massacres. The Gand the Saruton work as a well balanced team with him providing the more subtle methods of exeuction while his partner is the muscle for the team as a whole.

    The Gand has followed Karkosuchus in working for the Hutt Space Consortium for employment opportunities. The Gand has personally killed every hunter who was sent after him by using his findsman skill to predict things before they are going to happen. He also has training within Gand Martial Arts allowing him to handle foes in hand to hand combat without much of a struggle.

    R'koosslon now works as an enforcer for the HSC alongside Karkosuchus.
