This sounds very intriguing, certainly got my interest up.

Now my charry has studied law, galactic law as she is a daughter of a Duke and one day should take up a political position. But sometime in the distant future... distant.

Anywho...there should be a due process of law and that not only should include the investigators and prosecutors...but also a defense lawyer or team.
I mean, come on...most of what some of these fine outstanding galactic citizens and dictators are accused of are in fact circumstantial and truth be told, most of those who are said to be witnesses have...have kind of expired due to some natural disaster, war, or simply...vanished.
I'd say to accuse these said individuals, any individuals as a matter of fact without due legal representation is appalling and ..and uncivilized.

Seriously...I'm all for punishing bad guys and sith... sith especially...but i believe it must be done in a fair and unbiased manner. otherwise we are all like the sith and dictators that we wish to bring to justice.
