As quickly as she had come, the Walsh woman left again. Walsh. That name sounded familiar. Like it belonged to a starfighter pilot he had kidnapped and ransomed successfully for a million credits worth of precious gems. That had been so long ago now, the gems having been sold and the money being spent, but he couldn't help but get nostalgic for it. Nowadays one million credits wasn't all that much. He embezzled roughly the same amount every ten days back when he was the Emperor. Now he had no need for embezzlement. His private enterprises, Viceroyship, and his payroll from the One Sith were more than enough to sustain him. Now that the Deputy Healer was gone, Adekos was prepared to sit back down. He had hardly finished turning when the Twi'lek woman he recognized from the Red Ravens snuck up on him and locked arms.

His response was one of muted surprise. "Oh, my."

Darth Adekos didn't really like being crept up on like that or grappled in such a manner without prior warning. Sure, he had mentally complained about the bowing, but this was just silly. Fortunately, he knew better than to ignite a diplomatic incident by backhanding her and acting indignant. Not that he really minded such close company to a shapely Twi'lek in a tight dress. The Umbaran hadn't been paying attention to the conversation between the Twi'lek, Lasedri, and the Hapan man, so this was all very out of the blue to him.

"I don't suppose I know you?"

There was the sound of voices Rianna's empathy felt the emotions of those in the room that did not have the ability to shield them from her she walked toward the strongest emotions towards [member="Geneviève Lasedri"] by time she arrived all that had been there had departed.

Rianna smiled at the Statesman, "Hello Prime Minister Lasedri I do not believe I have ever had the opportunity to meet you, though I have heard some about you. I am Rianna Organa" Rianna gave a slight bow to the woman who lead the Senate, where her niece was a Senator.

"Not yet."

Was the half-playful response from the Twi'lek looking up at the man, eyes dancing with amusement. This was a very good game indeed, and if it needled [member="Geneviève Lasedri"], so much the better. The best and most worthy moves were always those that served at least two purposes.

"Chiasa Kritivaas, fortunate enough to be chosen to attend this meeting with these... Delightful individuals."

Stock boys giving orders, healers with soldier concealed out of sight, Jedi who looked like they needed a cry, someone who looked like Tmoxin glaring daggers at her for gods knew why, and the terrorist leader of the Galactic Republic. Quite frankly the Sith Lord might have been the best company available. She had inclined her head and lowered her eyes gracefully as she introduced herself. She didn't bow and was already on his arm after all. And granted while she said chosen what she meant was she'd decided and that was that but.. That was not how these games were played.

She glanced in the Quartermasters direction before returning her attention to [member="Darth Adekos"].

"It sounds as if we may actually be getting down to business however. You do not mind if I sit beside you I hope? Good company is in short supply these days.."

"Thank you well, if you would follow me it seems that they are ready for you." She smiled and gestured for Master Eden to follow her. " Thank you, I am sure I can escape from my duties for a bit, Plus as long as I have access to a computer I should be able to handle anything that comes my way. " She was rather excited at the prospect. " Thank you again, I will be sure to go to you whenever you are ready for me. " She smiled and then turned and lead the way to the room full of other dignitaries. "Greetings everyone may I introduce Jedi Master Eden, representative of The Jedi Academy. " Lauren took her seat and waited for it all to start. This should be interesting she thought.

At Jaster's announcement, Vina turned and looked at him, nodding her head slightly to show she was ready. She then took her seat at the head, with her Quartermaster's seat to the left and Lauren's seat to the right.

"Firstly, no need to apologise, Ms. Elaris," the Healer said, flashing a friendly smile. "We hadn't yet done anything pertinent to the meeting. But your summary is close to what I hope to get done."

Sending her own ping to Lauren and the woman who had first left, Ms. Eden, Vina then got out her datapad and glanced at it briefly before setting it to the side. "Right, well, I'm sure many of you have other things you need to get to, and I'm certain that some of you--" Her eyes darted towards Darth Adekos, an amused look on her face. "--want this summit to be wrapped up quickly so that you may be on your way. And while I wouldn't mind doing that, I am also hesitant to start without--"

Just then, Lauren came in and introduced Ms. Eden as the rep. for the Jedi Healers. While the Devaronian was slightly chagrined that she'd been interrupted, she nonetheless dismissed it quickly; she was just happy that they could finally start.

"Alright, with that settled, I guess we can go ahead and begin!" Now the datapad got a much closer look. "Firstly, you are all aware of the mission of the Healer's Guild, so I won't go into the full details." She grinned again, this time wryly. "After all, there's only so much talking I can do before someone decides to take a nap, right? Anyway.

What we're essentially asking for is something that's not just diplomatic immunity, per se -- we're asking for a full-on recognition and acceptance of our neutrality, and compliance with a few requests of ours in regards to that, which I will cover shortly. Obviously, it wouldn't be fair to ask without giving assurances in return, so after I detail what we want, everyone present may negotiate the terms to a point which is at least somewhat acceptable to everyone."

Vina pulled up a list she had made on her datapad, reading it before glancing at the representatives with a look that hopefully conveyed her seriousness with what she had to say next. "Before I list the terms, I want everyone to understand that we are non-militiant. True, we have security details -- it would be foolish not to -- but we are not looking to conquer anything other than illness and injury." She cleared her throat, suddenly nervous with what she was about to say. Especially since most of this was improvised as she went along. Well, sort of -- she had informed Jaster and Lauren of what her end goal was, but the specifics had been out of her mind's reach until now. She just hoped that the two would be able to add to what she had to say.

"First, as Ms. Elaris stated, the members of the Healer's Guild would like unhindered, unhassled transit through your territories when conducting Guild business, which would include anything from assisting in refugee situations or even house calls. So long as our members wear our colors, there will be no unprovoked actions upon them that could be considered attacks. On top of this, I would also like to say that in the case of a conflict in which our members is on the opposing side of your organizations, we simply ask that you refrain from killing or maiming them, please. I like to have my people return home in one piece." Vina stole a quick glance at Ms. Lasedri, who had already shown her disdain at the Guild's willingness to assist anyone. "Even if you feel the need to take them as prisoners-of-war, I ask that you at least contact us the moment anyone identifies themselves as being part of our group, and we will arrive as soon as possible to get them out of your hair.

"Lastly, we ask that everyone here agrees that this space station is not to be touched -- no matter if we are housing the Grandmaster of the Jedi, the Emperor of the Sith, or Old Man Jenkins. Whatever happens after the patient has left this place is of no concern to us, but so long as he or she resides here, no one can lay a hand on them unless they agree to it."

Some of the tension in her stomach let up, now that the terms had been given, so all she had left were the negotiations. After that, then the Healer's Guild could be one step closer to their end goals. "Ladies and gentlemen, those are the conditions which we ask. What are your thoughts?"

Meanwhile, Vina lowered her datapad to her lap so she could type without it being obvious. Opening up her messaging function on her datapad, she sent a message to Yb, Lauren, and Jaster:

To: Deputy Walsh, Quartermaster Awaud, Head Medic Isis
From: Head Healer Zomo
Re: Additions

After these conditions are negotiated by the others, I was thinking of adding a few things --

First, if any of the conditions proposed and finalized are broken by these guys, we reserve the right to refuse treatment to whomever we see fit for as long as we see fit.

I also want it to be made clear that if any of our members deliberately cause trouble (And no I'm not specifically talking about you, Jaster) our guild will be the ones to administer the necessary punishment. However, should we let the "victim" organizations have a say in what happens?

Give me your thoughts ASAP, before we miss the key opportunity to present these

--Vina

Jaster spoke up, there seemed to be some confusion or concern for few of the represinatives.

"Now for this allowance of free roaming between your factions boarding, this will allow us to transport our supplys easier," Jaster was starting to get more nervous, it just hit him as hit gut seemed to eat itself, "in return we will provide medical assitance to any faction that assist it, if both factions invest in your inference of a battle, a medical hospital mothership will be deployed in orbit around a secreat position, we will provide medical attention to both factions and civilians," Jaster was there to make another point.

"If approved here, soldiers of th loosing side will be transported to there prospective nations, under our flag and in our ships out of enemy territory, if there would so be needed, this would be up for negosiation as we only wish to keep neutral." Jaster sat himself back to let the Diplomates think it over.

"If you wish to discuss this with your leaders, please you may use the communication rooms."

"Very well," Avalore followed after [member="Lauren Walsh"] with little more to say and much more on her mind.

Another student! A month ago she like would have worn a large grin at the prospect. Eager to pass on her knowledge, Avalore had all manner of tools to teach the next generation of Healers, if only she had some students. Now, with everything concerning Hal on her plate, did they deign to find her.

The Chief Healer sighed as she stepped back into the conference hall, opting to remain standing now that the meeting was officially underway. Silent as the floor opened for discussion, Avalore took a moment to glance over towards Lasedri who would undoubtedly soon offer up a scathing reply to the proposal. Seemed unlikely that between warring factions, either player would be happy to see their spoils or prisoners of war get hoisted away by a neutral party only to return home safe-and-sound.

Avalore could agree to the underlying desire here: free and open Healing aid to anyone and everyone. It was something she wholeheartedly supported as a Healer herself - to help without prejudice or bias. But was the galaxy ready for such forward thinking?

Doubtful.

Chiasa listened to the Head Healer speak, body language communicating alertness and attention. Whether or not anyone else realized it this was important.

Unhindered travel for members of the Guild was a basic enough request and one she had no issue with. Hells, she'd even assist them or provide escort if they'd like and she had the bodies and ships to spare. Fine, yes, check.

The next point had her pulling back slightly, a conscious allowance of body language on her part. Let those who understood how these games were played understand very clearly that this second request she did not agree with. If a member of the Healers Guild was opposing her then they were no longer neutral, and their protection was gone. No killing or maiming? Give them back so the non-militant healers could slap them on their wrists and turn them loose to operate under the guise of neutrality again? No. Absolutely not. Not acceptable.

Now if they were aiding an enemy and were captured, but did not work directly against her.. This was a different matter, and one she felt she could be more lenient on, but it was not what [member="Vina Zomo"] had said.

Third point, space station as a neutral ground. Yes fine. Again, this was not an issue to the Twi'lek. As long as it did not get taken over or influenced by an enemy and then towed into her air space in any case. This was unlikely though, and quite frankly if it happened she'd break her word and blast the damn thing out of the sky. Perks of being a criminal. You were allowed to break your word when you were making a point.

Eventually Zomo finished, and asked for thoughts.

"The First and third I see no issue with. Fine. The Red Ravens agree. The second I will not agree to. If one of yours chooses to directly oppose me they forfeit their neutral status and all the protection it brings."

This was stated flatly. It was not up for debate. Her mind was made.

"On the other hand, if one of your is caught providing aid to an enemy, in that case we are willing to return them to you. Depending on the circumstances they are found under I cannot guarantee unharmed. It is likely such a thing could be managed if they immediately yield, otherwise.."

The Twi'lek shrugged.

"Those who choose to set themselves against me and mine do so at their own risk."

[member="Vina Zomo"] | [member="Chiasa Kritivaas"] | [member="Jaster of clan Awaud"]

"Darth Adekos, unwitting selector of the short straw as well." The Umbaran, likewise, introduced himself to Chiasa. He made it sound as though he didn't want to be here purely to appear more agreeable to the Twi'lek. Good relations among allies were important, after all. Never mind the fact that the events that would follow this diplomatic summit would forge an atmosphere in which both Adekos and Kritivaas would shoot one another on sight. "I would be honored if you sat with me. Those glares from the Republic's representative are almost too much to bear alone."

The meeting started quickly, and Adekos almost found himself disappointed that he would no longer be arm-locked with the Twi'lek. It was good that he remained unaware that this would become impossible in the future, otherwise he might not have been able to hide his disappointment. Such was the tragedy of the shifting tides of politics. Now seated, Adekos listened attentively to the leader of the Healer's Guild. For the most part, Adekos found them agreeable. Ordering the ranks of the One Sith army to refrain from slaughtering medics would be good for discipline and demeanor, especially among the deplorable ranks of the Yuuzhan-Vong. What was not agreeable was the way this was to be carried out. Wearing colors? What was this, the medieval era?

"Madam, I must inform you that 'wearing colors' is not an acceptable means of identifying members of your guild. Any common vagrant can don similar attire and use it to secure some measure of diplomatic immunity. It would pain me greatly to see individuals of such low caliber corrupt the name of your organization. The One Sith, in order to honor these terms to the people they actually apply to, will need a comprehensive, regularly updated list of all your associated vessels' transponder codes and a registry of your employees."

Speaking of employees, Adekos paused to give Jaster a look. "Likewise, while I personally have no care to stop you, I doubt the Dark Lord will consent to having potential prisoners of war spirited away from his forces."

"Other than this, your terms are agreeable to me."

Vina remained silent as Jaster added to what she'd said, listening in turn to the responses from Chiasa and Darth Adekos. The healer knew there would be people who had issues with these terms, even with what her Quartermaster had added -- it was the whole reason why she (and Jaster, she suspected) had phrased them as such. Everyone was here for a discussion, a civil negotiation and debate on terms, not for an "Okay, I say we do this, so we're doing this" kind of thing. That was not how Vina worked.

The Devaronian shifted slightly in her seat, turning her head so that she was eye-to-eye with the Sith. "My phrasing probably wasn't the best choice of words," she said with a wry smile. "But it would be no problem to compile the lists of names and codes necessary." I'll have Lauren and Jaster do that. After all, what's the point of having minions if they don't keep my desk empty? The thought amused Vina, particularly since it was more than likely her meticulous nature would see to it that she was the one making the lists.

Now, to address the second issue that both Chiasa and the Darth had, specifically with term no. 2. "To hit two hawkbats with one stone, I understand the issues both you and Ms. Chiasa--" A quick glance in the direction of the orange Twi'lek-- "have with the issue of our people being taken as POWs by yours, and us taking POWs to be treated."

Vina leaned forward, setting her elbows on the table and interlacing her fingers. "I'm not stupid. I know that, nine times out of ten, the higher-ranking an enemy individual is, the more value they hold as a prisoner. I get that." A chin-tilt in Jaster's direction, so that she may see his reaction to her modification of his terms. "So, here is my proposal: We take the lower-ranking individuals. The ones that are worthless to you, in the grand scheme of things. The foot soldiers, the cannon fodder. Allow us to take them home and treat their wounds. After all, that's less ammo, effort, and valuable supplies you would have to waste -- especially if the prisoners end up dying anyway.

"For the more valuable prisoners I simply ask that, if we have any people in there, you consider letting our healers tend to them. Obviously, we can't force you to let us treat their wounds, but at least think about it." Now, for Part B.

"As for you, Chiasa, it would obviously be unfair to you -- and to anyone -- if you weren't allowed to retaliate against my people when they're aiding and abeiting the enemy. But my healers understand that their role in combat, when under commission by the Guild, is passive only. They are there to heal whoever hired them -- and others, typically -- but nothing more. Now, if -- and only if -- there is strong evidence that our healers are actually assisting with the attacks...well, they are then in violation of our rules. In which case, we could both collaborate to mete out the proper, ah, punishment."

Vina was aware that her last sentence might have come across as callous, but she needed everyone (including her own people) that she would not tolerate violence carried out in the name of the Healer's Guild. Besides, this summit was too important to what she, Jaster, and Lauren had done to allow for any misunderstandings to cause it to fail.

"Now, any more comments or issues?"

Gen smiled at Rianna, though offered now bowing movement in return. That was an antiquated practice for those who felt like some sort of superior being was in the room, in her mind. Lasedri did not consider herself a 'superior being'--not consciously, at least--and really felt a bit annoyed by the gesture. But whatever. "Yes..." The Prime Minister as indeed familiar with the other Organa, and not exactly enthused by said senator. But she kept their collisions out of the conversation. "I'm familiar with her. From where do you hail, Miss Organa?" Alderaan. Always Alderaan with these pedigreed Organas.

But little time could be wasted now if they wanted to join the meeting. Geneviève grabbed a seat--one where she could keep a good eye on the Sith Lord present. "Healer Zomo," the Republic's leader spoke up, taking command of this vacant spot in conversation. "I'm sure you're aware of the sanctions issued against certain parties present in this room; how they have committed crimes against sentient people with little to show in regards to mercy. May I recount to you events from the first invasion of Alderaan?"

She stood up and pulled out an article on her datapad, and read aloud, "In a disgusting and unforgivable act perpetrated by the Sith insurgents, Aldera Universal Medcenter was blatantly attackedhttp://starwarsrp.net/topic/35247-conquest-of-alderaan-one-sith-vs-republic/ without rhyme or reason. Over ten thousand patients and medical personnel were killed in the onslaught as the hospital was placed under siege and eventually trampled by a mighty creature deployed by the invading armies. Men, women, children (and all applicable genders) were slaughtered without hesitation nor with remorse while they laid in their sickbeds..." She broke off from there and dropped the device to her side.

"What the frak." Geneviève stared down each and every individual assembled. These were facts recognized by the entire galaxy's knowledgeable population. "What the frak. You think these Sith are worth saving? Just so they can massacre all your patients afterwards? I have no say in what you decide, Healer Zomo, but I highly advise you not cooperate with these Sith and give them aid. I know the 'common' soldier may be guiltless of anything except following orders, but I'll be damned if the Republic gives you time to rescue one of these Sith monsters. I sincerely hope every Republic fighter is shooting to kill.

"And for your own safety, on top of that, Healer Zomo." Gen took her seat, and made sure everyone knew just how set she was. "As for the Republic, we'll protect you as best we can. But I personally can hold nothing against a man who may accidentally harm one of your own in the pursuit of killing a Sith Lord."

This was why Rianna was no longer part of the Republic the woman's disdain was very clear for her. Rianna smiled but did not answer the woman. Rianna did no understand the way she had just been treated but it was extremely rude that the woman had so obviously dismissed her. Rianna had given her the respect her title deserved, perhaps it was misplaced.

Yes she was an Organa, but perhaps this woman failed to understand that Rianna was also a mandalorian and supposed to be their ally right now. She also knew that Faith had stood against many of the recent acts presented. Alderaan may not be the beacon it once was, but there were those that still thought of it so.

Rianna shook her head and found her own seat to listen from. Listening was her way, had always been her way. Politicians often muddied the waters of any negotiation vying for position and agenda. But she had to admit many had no love of the sith. She remembered not to get politics mixed with medicine. MandalMedical would not be sending much over to the Sith there was no love of with among Mandalorians either.

Rianna spoke softly so that all would strain to listen, "First - Only with Mandalorian escorts would the Guild be allowed into Mandalorian space even if only to cross, we wouldn't want any misunderstandings." The second item Rianna was all too familiar with complete neutrality to treat anyone. that meant anyone who was able to make it to the doors.

But once they were healed and left, they were fair game. "Mandalorians don't destroy hospitals, or places of healing. But let me make sure I have this clear, once they pass outside of the doors of the hospital they can be taken prisoner, shot, whatever and there will be no interference from the Healers Guild" Rianna waited to see what was now said.

[member="Geneviève Lasedri"] [member="Vina Zomo"] [member="Darth Adekos"] [member="Chiasa Kritivaas"] [member="Avalore Eden"] [member="Jaster of clan Awaud"] [member="Lauren Walsh"]

[member="Vina Zomo"]

Darth Adekos nodded in understanding. Really, this was all perfectly amicable to him. He was prepared to respond sympathetically, but then the Lasedri woman started running her mouth. The Umbaran rolled his eyes as past Sith crimes were brought up. Did Adekos approve of those actions? No. If it were up to him, whoever had decided that a medical institution was a strategically important target (or a library for that matter) should have been dragged out of their office and subject to a formal repudiation. But Adekos was not responsible for ordering the assault on the medical center, nor was he present at the medical center. It was an idiotic affair handled by idiotic individuals. He wasn't about to feel bad about it.

There was a loud, highly contemptuous snort as Lasedri broke off in the middle of her tangent to say something about "all applicable genders." How utterly farcical. Once the Selectivist swine had finished her drawl, the Mandalorian representative said her piece. Oddly enough, she sounded far too sophisticated to be a Mandalorian. She must have been terribly lost or confused. Ultimately it was none of Adekos' concern how anyone of reasonable temperament ended up a slave to narrow-minded, marauding brutes.

"I, personally, find myself agreeable to these terms. But I do not believe the Dark Lord will wish to unilaterally release any prisoners of war, even the low-ranking ones, into your custody. It would be far more permissible if you were to allow this decision regarding the low-ranking prisoners to be decided on an as-necessary basis, probably by those who serve as the Voices."

Lower ranking prisoners of war? Who took lower ranking prisoners of war? They were either useful or they were dead. Clearly explaining this sort of thing to a Healer like [member="Vina Zomo"] was hardly worth it though. If they wanted to come in and patch up her prisoners fine. Some they might get the chance to patch up more than once. This brought a slight quirk to her lips. Chiasa was not particularly bloodthirsty, she was however a predator and a pragmatist. The Galaxy at large were not her concern. Other peoples men were not her concern. Only the Unkindness, her su'si ercio mattered. If torture could get her useful information or send a message..

If Healers took arms against her, chances were they would be killed then and there. That said if they survived she supposed she wasn't against giving them back. Even if they turned out to be bleeding hearts with laughable penalties, the transgressors would likely have been through enough to stress that fighting the Ravens was not good for ones health.

And then [member="Geneviève Lasedri"] opened her mouth again and went on another rant. As if any government that had every raised an army hadn't committed atrocities. Likely the Sith did it more intentionally than most, there was no denying that, but did the Republic really know where every blaster bolt, every artillery shell, every strafing run hit? Of course not. To pretend to have clean hands when one engaged in war was ridiculous. Of course she was also the one who had said all her soldiers did was die, so one never knew. The Twi'lek raised one hand to cover a slight smile when [member="Darth Adekos"] snorted in the middle of her tirade. It was quite funny as these things went. Who knew she'd be getting both healers services and a show?

The Mandalorian representative spoke, and was as to the point as one might expect, though rather better worded.

These people and their concern about hospitals. A mental note was made that if one ever really wanted to get either group moving, to give the beehive a right proper kick so to speak..

Once again Adekos was a perhaps unexpected voice of civility. Funny that he wasn't a Voice. But then, perhaps the Sith liked their cliche tired old image and did not want to shatter the status quo. Gods alone knew she could have used someone like him at the treaty meeting between the Ravens and the Sith. She had literally had to harass and instigate the Sith until they spoke rather than sitting about in their fancy chairs glowering at the world and the delegates they had agreed to meet. One of them had threatened to rip out her tongue. An auspicious start to a partnership.

"These slight alterations, and amendments are acceptable to me. Consider the Ravens on board."

Vina listened to the members give their piece, thoroughly irked at the line Ms. Lasedri had crossed.

The healer knew that the Republic and the Sith had never gotten along -- the two were day and night, practically -- but she'd at least expected everyone present to at least pretend to be civil. But apparently that was too hard of a task. And to have that spiel, that high-horse finger-pointing come from the Prime Minister of the Republic! She had hopes that, of everyone, the Republic representative would be the oen who'd assist her people in keeping the peace, but clearly she was only out to stir the hornet's nest. Well, fine, then.

"Thank you, Ms. Chiasa. Darth Adekos, I understand your concerns and have no problem with the Voices giving their decision. Ms. Organa, I understand as well. And in the case of the protection, you are correct." Even though her inner healer wanted every denizen to be under her protection, the woman knew that such an attempt was currently futile, and the only way to get everyone on board with her people was to give some leeway. At least with this term, the individuals stood a fighting chance. "Unless the person in question is escorted by one of our Healers or returns to our space, we will not interfere upon their departure."

The Devaronian turned her gaze to the Republic representative, saving her for last. "As for you, Ms. Lasedri... War is hell, and hell is bloody. The Republic, good though it may be, is not innocent. No empire, no matter how righteous, is innocent. When you have fights, when you have war, when you have rebellion, you have death. That is life, dreadful though it may be. Do the Sith have higher..ah..killing rates? Likely. But at least they do not pretend to be clean, and I would appreciate you doing the same. We are here to discuss negotiations, not point fingers." Vina's attitude was still professional, but her tone was flinty and her gaze was harsh. Those who knew her well would know how much the Prime Minister's attempts to turn the Guild against the Sith had aggravated her.

"Secondly, I cannot in good faith decline treatments to groups you deem 'evil'. That would go against the code and belief that the Healer's Guild has, and that is to provide unbiased treatment and medical services to any person or faction, regardless of their crimes. We are not the judge, jury, or executioner. We are the nurses, and we will leave the persecution to everyone else, respectively."

The healer turned her gaze away from Ms. Lasedri to signal that she would not tolerate further actions of the sort. "Ms. [member="Coryth Elaris"]? Ms. [member="Avalore Eden"]? [member="Armand Temi"]? Have you anything to add?"

The Jedi Order's Chief Healer listened with thinning lips as the congregation of people continued to bicker. It's everything she expected, and if nothing else she'd at least be able to go home and say that her expectations had been met. Their disagreements made little difference to her, as much like the Healer's Guild, she wasn't here to argue over morals and perceived righteousness.

Her life's duty was to tend to those who needed her, no matter their creed, race, religion, or beliefs.

"I can speak for no government or territory," Avalore replied, voice steady, "and I have no permissions to give you or the Guild. What I can do is offer training to your Healers, so that they may serve the galaxy to the best of their abilities. I can also offer my aide, should you ever require it, and a network of capable Jedi who are willing to help in trying times."

"I realize it's not much, but there are so few Healers left in this galaxy and I will do what I can to see the success of your Guild."

Jaster realized that the meeting was getting out of hand, the republic was to be a big contract for the Guild and they would loose large profits from letting them go. Though the Sith and the Madalorians were also large contracts as well, the republics borders were what Jaster was really after. Free travel through their borders with their medical transports would cut their travel expenses in half navigating around them. Jaster secreat smuggling operations to get supplys through their boarders were becoming more and more difficult with possible conflicts looming between the Mandalorians and the Sith. He couldn't let the republic, Sith, and the Madalorians walk out of this meeting without signing the treaty. He needed a way to get the republic to sit down and shut it. The only way was to work with his words and convince that healing the Sith also Ment saving life's.

Jaster stood to try and calm the situration, "Now, Now, we are here to have a civil conversation about the situration at hand, we wish open boarder transportation for our convoys along with settling Guild Hospitals and Clinics in your territories, now as a sign of paying for these accommodations, the Healer guild will offer our assistance in medical relief efforts, along with medical transportation and if requested, medical stations for battle as a neutral party, we could do this at a fraction of the price of your relief options, if agreed here, those credits your governments spends on relief efforts and building hospitals could be used for your civil projects, we ask for no money in return, just the ability to offer our care to everyone in the Galaxy," Jaster looked at the Republic president and representatives, "if saving a thousand life's through our medical relief efforts mean saving a few Sith soldiers and worriers, then that's what we must do," next was the other leaders, "we serve not just your political needs emissaries, we serve those who are hurt, if that means saving your enemy on the battlefield, then those thousands of refugees we relocate, they will live through the bloody battle."

Jaster though he trusted his Head Healer, she was quick to jump the gun on accusations. Not seeing the big picture that the representatives at the table have nothing to loose, they go back to their government seats and keep doing their normal thing. If the guild offers them stuff in return, like swaying public opinion in their way and no longer spending credits on relief efforts, they could win them over. The table was a game, where Jaster had to bluff their way through it all, showing himself as a lower level being to these powerful people. The representatives though of him as a stock boy, but in reality, Jaster had all the cards of the healer guild could offer, he was the quartermaster after all.
