DESCRIPTION
While sifting through complaints, memos and documents concerning equipment used by the Legion, said organization's armorers noticed a growing concern among their combat engineers. This concern was that they were either carrying not enough gear for their job or were carrying too much and this was becoming a hindrance because of how encumbered they were.

At the request of the armorers many of the Legion's combat engineers allowed them to take a look at the tools they were using. After this look the armorers determined that the engineers were correct in their observation. A few of the engineers however were using personally bought multi-tools and the armorers determined that these were actually very effective and began work on designing on specifically for them.

The first thing they did was of course choose the materials the multi-tool would be made out of, they stuck with the typical material they used: Titanium-Alusteel alloy. With the material chose they moved onto the big step in the design process, the features that would be include.

A pair of needlenose pliers that is usable in almost any combat engineering situation. A pair of fuze cutters allows for the cutting of fuze, primer and detcord at any lengths the user wishes. A pair of wire cutters was added for when less precise cutting of barbed wire or electrical wire. A blasting cap crimper is used for priming blasting caps for demolition. An electrical crimper lets the user crimp any electric wires they might encounter.

A wire stripper was added to also assist with any electrical work that might need to be performed. A simple 10cm utility blade, similar but smaller to the one used on Hekler'Kok's C/UK-01, gives the user a all around knife for a wide variety of circumstances. A saw and metal saw were added for any materials that might be too tough to simply cut. A plastic explosive punch allows the user to put neat holes in plastic explosives to insert detonators.

A 22cm ruler allows for precise measurements to be taken when the need arises. A can and bottle opener helps to open any rations that might be too stubborn for a knife. Finally the tool is rounded out with a phillips screwdriver and three flat screwdrivers of varying sizes. The tool met with much love from the Legionnaires who hailed the tool as exactly what they needed.
