DESCRIPTION: Hekler'Kok Defense Industries, originally Hekler Gunsmith, was founded prior to 400 ABY during the height of galactic civilization in the Unknown Regions. One of many gun makers in the Unknown Region Hekler Gunsmith would would merge with Kok Defense Solutions and form Hekler'Kok Defense Industries in 421 ABY. During this time Hekler'Kok came to be known as a reliable producer of both slugthrowers and blasters alike. Once the Gulag Plague hit the company faded into obscurity until it was bought by Noah. After acquiring a vast majority of the company he began to expand the company from just weapons to armor and vehicles as well. During his time within the Omega Pyre Noah began to use most of his earnings to fund company projects, this included funneling weapons to resistance and rebels movements that fought the Empire, the Fringe and the One Sith. He continued to do the same thing upon the fall of the Pyre and the rise of the Alliance but he started to switch to a more legitimate clientele as well. Now in his days in the New Republic Noah has been able to use his influence to get government contracts. Nowadays Hekler'Kok is a galaxy known company in particular for their cheap and reliable slugthrowers.

RATIONALE: Noah gained control of Hekler'Kok after he was discharged from the Republic Army and used his saved up money to buy a vast majority in the company. In all Noah was able to acquire a eighty percent majority control of the company within four months. From there he began to use that majority to supply weapons to both legitimate and illegitimate buyers. Noah began to sell to rebels, mercenaries, private contractors, planetary governments and galactic governments.
