I'm concerned that the Mandalorian writers want to push us to accept the invasion, which the active GR writers are already totally okay with.
The reason this concerns me is that I've pointed out several times that not a single measurable means to victory has been outlined, and it appears the Mandalorian writers want us to gloss over this fact in order to secure what seems to them to be an already won invasion.
This is unacceptable. My issue is not that there is an invasion. I'm plenty happy with combat-oriented invasions, non-combat oriented invasions, whatever. But this OOC thread was not even supposed to be posted when it was; [member=Lady Kay] had asked [member=Draco Vereen] to withhold publishing anything about the invasion until it was known/decided what the impact of [member=Jack Sparrow] and [member=Alyesa Organa]'s current thread would be on the events themselves.
I do not think it's too much to ask for a solidified goal by which to measure one's victory. In fact, it's illogical to argue against it unless one is intentionally trying to disadvantage another. This is not how we repair relations, and saying "It's already been negotiated" is simply untrue: From my discussions with Lady Kay, Draco was not supposed to post this until she had completed a write up of more fleshed out objectives. Lady Kay was actually at work when this was posted, and she has been ignored in her attempts to rectify the current mess.
If you're going to shame us into participating in the invasion (that we've agreed to participate in), the very least you could do is cooperate with the design of some solid, coherent objectives aside from "Win." This is moronic.
