Grand Theft Starship

[member="Elpsis Elaris"]

Command center crews were immediately alarmed. A star destroyer just popped out of hyperspace. The large ship was a concern to all involved. None of them had the firepower available to actually take on such a powerful vessel. Chatter immediately increased in the Salacia flagship, wavering between nervous and awestruck.

"Easy, easy." Mr.Zej did his best to be a voice of reason. "They haven't fired yet. Send a message to the crews to watch their backs. Go on high alert, be prepared to drop us back to safety at any second. For now everyone continue on."

The portly man moved to the viewports, gazing out at the chaos in the black as chatter continued. A bit of nerves struck him, but they would do no good. It was a wait and see type of game.

----------

Meanwhile, Makai was with the second wave of crew, being shuttled to the dreadnought. ARGH droids clattered around him, ready to help break into the systems and get the dreadnought to recognize its new set of owners. He had a "seat" by the viewport, crammed in between a chatty astromech that reminded him of now-his droid Sparky and an ARGH diagnostic unit. His feet rested on his toolbox, hand resting on his chin staring out the viewport.

Thats when the massive star destroyer came into view. Makai swallowed hard, slightly in awe. He had never seen such a thing up close. Countless spacestations? Sure. Shipyards? Dime a dozen. Not so much a star destroyer. Makai immediately dug out his comm and snapped a few holoimages, immediately sending them off to his best friend and secret crush, [member="Myra Elspeth"] .

[Ellie, do you see the size of these things? HUGE.....] Fingers typed, adding in as an afterthought [There goes the high alert tone....hope it doesn't fire on us. Not in my plans for the day]

Makai felt a little bad as he typed to Ellie. He had been busy. First a raid on Corellia for some ships and now straight to Castameer. He barely had time to think, let alone send messages. Ways to make it up to her danced in his head. Candlelit dinner. Renting out a theater. A trip. All sounded a little too romantic...but....they were close, so maybe Ellie wouldn't be weirded out?

[This is my last stop before coming to the Farm. Guess I have to make up my absence to you.Ladies choice?]

The Sith Trio walked across the Hangar. Lining the walls were consoles that appeared to be damaged. Though, he was willing to bet there were some that were still operational.

Before they had entered his service, Left and Right had likely never even utilized a DataPad.

They were good at killing, and that was all. But he had taught them much, and they had transformed from the dimwitted killing Massassi machines, and had become semi-technologyically intelligent sentient beings.

"Scour the consoles in here. You search for what sort of ships were in here. Download them to the DataPads." He raised a hand as he began listing things off. "I want records. What was repaired in here, who did it, how long it took, storage, parts, everything. Oh, and who was contacted for designs."

The Sith Knight waved them both off to do as they were told. Both Left and Right ran off to either sides of the Hangar to begin working. They were semi-intelligent, not geniuses. It'd take time, and he only required time for this mission, unless someone got a little too excited at the idea of destroying a Star Destroyer on the edge of the system. A'sharadh imself jogged over towards the exit, and expecting it to open automatically, when it didn't, he saw that it was locked.

A bulkhead door too.

He shot a look over his shoulder, the two were already at different consoles. He'd have to do it alone.

Reaching down to the silver hilt on his belt, he ignited the golden beam and started to sink it into the doorway.

Matsu was looking at the screen when a ship arrived, the ablative armor was already deployed and the shields, she was certain no matter what the saratai would out last anything coming after it but it could pose a problem possibly for the others. With the massive carrier docked and hooked up getting crew Matsu was surprised and ready to work with it as she was fixing a few of the things. Staying on the bridge. "Master Ike we are moving onto the next set of ships and searching them. Seems to be a lot of excitement and interest around the larger ships." SHe could see that and that could be an advantage in the long run compared to some as it would let them go after the small ones or the ones that were not often seen and forgotten. She could get some interest with the smaller things though while some of those frigates could come in handy for them or some of the details about the miniturizations they had done for many of the things. "Keep alert and watch it, send crews where needed while she start working on observing and sending scout fighters to the other shipyard here. We can start going after those ships." She was wondering a few things but wanted to get into the designs of the systems.

Meanwhile back at InterGalactic Solutions...

It was used to be called Titan Industries. Since then, it had been taken over majority control by the Trade Empire and rebranded. Titan Industries, the company that produced The Dark Blade, the Wyyrlok and all of the former One Sith Empire designs were under InterGalactic Solutions -- a company now overseen by Danger Arceneau and [member="Darell Irani"].

The salvaging of old production ships were fine in terms of utilizing them for one's own means, Intergalactic knew that there would be opportunists looking to bulk their own ships.

However, if any were to be produced under any other companies while InterGalactic Solutions were still producing and selling the designs... If Danger Arceneau got wind of it, odds were that the Trade Federation would not be pleased.

The golden beam of the lightsabre continued to burn into the reinforced bulkhead door. Getting out of the hangar was going to be harder than he had initially thought. A bead of sweat beaded his forehead as he continued to tug downwards with the plasma blade. It was taking so long that he was beginning to think that its power levels were low. That hadn't happened for some time, but he wouldn't stop. Even if it did short out from a lack of power, he had another one, a black lightsabre hilt with a crimson beam that he had retrieved after the events on Tantorus.

He exhaled from his nose.

Neither of the computers that Left and Right had first visited bore fruit.

They went to the next ones.

He continued cutting.

He was beginning to question as to whether it was worth it to continue, but he was here, there was no leaving. Not without what he wanted.

"Progress?" He questioned over the commlink that was in his ear.

"Nothing," they both said simultaneously. Guttural voices, unused to speaking the Basic language. They would learn.

"We have the commanding officer of the Boneshatter, what are your instructions, captain?"

"Throw him in a cell. For the time being, he will be well-treated. He is to be regarded as a prisoner of war"

That was fast, but resistance was minimal: the security details of the fleet massed over Castameer's were much more busy defending against the crews stealing the several docked Wyyrloks and Dark Blades. But after some time has elapsed, the time for the ransom has expired and the password file has been destroyed since the enemy has refused to pay it. The list of non-admin user IDs is being encrypted by the ransomware in use by the slicers, as their endgame was the theft of schematics. On a Jedi mission, they needed to take care of the objectives, of potential opportunities. Even though the main objective was to steal Boneshatters, Dark Blades and Wyyrloks, alongside their schematics, secondary to this was the theft of the Exalt and the Immortal schematics. She was given that Jedi mission because no one else wanted it: most Jedi wanted nothing better than to fight the Sith Lords one way or another, either on the ground or in space.

"The enemy doesn't suspect that there is a ransomware among the critical network updates they just installed"

[member="Makai Dashiell"]

Jessica Med-Beq said:
"Hey, Cla'Mari Rha, you want some schematics? Describe to me what you want and we shall get it to the best of our abilities"
"Ms Med-Beq, you honor us by such a considerate offer, I can in return cover you and your people while you liberate your the frigate before you. I will leave a comm channel open, should you need anything else just ask."

Now within the protection of the small fleet that had come to pick the bones of the rogue sith, Cla'Mari was more than pleased. She would help where she could, do just enough but still reap the rewards of her little run. Between her husband's assumed death and a new treasure trove of ship schematics, she would lead Gallofree into a new age, and be the envy of all the Twi'lek clans.

"To the next ones then," the Sith Knight ordered.

There were only confirming clicks as they moved on to the next computers.

Nothing.

They did the same, rinse and repeat.

His golden lightsabre continued to burn through the reinforced bulkhead of the doorway. He was close to his target point, almost there, and then the golden colour of the plasma blade dissipated as the lightsabre ran out of power.

He grunted.

Back to the belt.

It hooked there, and then he pulled the other off of his belt.

A'sharad pressed the button and the crimson beam exploded outwards aggressively, as if it could taste the blood of nearby enemies.

He plunged it into the bulkhead door and finished the job.

"I have located something," Right's guttural voice came over the commlink. At least there was something to come out of this trek to the shipyards. "Downloading," the voice came over again, and then there was a heavy crash, and a large application of the Force as the High Colonel shoved the bulkhead door down into the outer corridor.

Matsu looked at what there was in the area now when they were continuing to go through the information and databases. Establishing contact and interest with some of the works the ships had when she brought up the information the hellcat could access. Not much in way of what she wanted but the forearm shield could come in hand as well as some of the tech that had been getting developed in line with what sasori had been doing. The crystal shots but there was some there they were wanting to do on a much much much larger scale she couldn't even begin to really start thinking about. If it all went the way she could think about the sith would have been able to use familiars to channel to them massive amounts of darkside energies but the project was left mostly unfinished. As were the meditations and chambers they had been developing for controlling more information flows in some archives. A way to directly download and bypass the gatekeepers. Matsu was looking at more of the things while she moved in the one seat sifting through the information.

"What did you get?" A'sharad questioned when both Right and Left entered the hallway with him.

The corridor was relatively empty.

Good, though he could sense that both Left and Right were yearning for combat, no matter how much their leader wanted to avoid it.

"Locations of the research sites on the shipyard. Parts used for repairs and construction."

"Are deeper within the shipyard."

"Under guard."

"Droids."

"Some troopers."

A'sharad suddenly found himself looking back and forth between both Left and Right, though for the first time since they had entered his service after he had slain his Father, their aforementioned positions were reversed. Confusing. Unnerving, and certainly the wrong thing to do when he still had his lightsabre in his palm. Though it didn't appear as if they had noticed, so he didn't visually pay it any heed.

He hooked the black lightsabre hilt back onto his belt.

"Lead the way then."

"Yes, Lord Vyrassu."

"Understood." The droid turned his attention to the computers, the smaller shipyard was almost in range of a Displacer drop. That would get him ahead of his ships so that he could move to a secure terminal in the shipyard. This would be too easy once on the ground.

Speaking to the droids across both ships his thoughts were transferred in perfect essence, no need for physical words that could be misconstrued. Shared thought, hivemind, whatever organics may call it, Ultimatum believed it to be the perfect form of communication. It was also the perfect memory storage, nothing it could be forgotten when millions of computers remembered all. "All units, that shipyard scan for terminal access closest to main entrance. Additional target: Security."

With the scanners working and the droids preparing for a proper conflict, Ultimatum made his way to the hangar of the Sovereignty. There, about fifty V-1s, Hybrids, and their associated droids were boarding Displacers. Ultimatum joined one group and prepared for the drop. This would be his second time doing such an act, for a different purpose. The first had been for a battle in which he had had no true incentive to fight. This time he had a reason for being here and the droid knew exactly what he was working towards. There was no holding back on those that got in his way, in so far as Sith forces were concerned. This was one of those few times that he would be able to fight Sith more openly.

Through the shipyard they went, quite clearly in a hurry. Door after door they passed, the Sith Knight barely spared a glance for every room that they passed. Pulling his lightsabre hilt off of his belt, he was going to be ready for whatever happened.

"Close," Right said.

"Breach," Left stated, a statement that he was going to breach the door.

Very well.

And after nearly a minute of their quick jogging pace, they had arrived at their location.

Three Sith stood outside of the doorway. A'sharad, Left, and Right. Right walked about to the left side of the door, A'sharad remained on the right. Left took the middle and he force pushed the door open to the room. His lightsabre was in hand, and he pressed the ignition button as they walked in. There was a cry of pain, not just droids it seemed, and then there was the sound of blaster bolts being deflected to and fro from the automated systems in the corners of the room.

And then A'sharad was inside, and Right followed a moment later, lessening the toll on Left as they both released a wave of the Force strong enough to put the droids and the handful of badly equipped soldiers to the ground. The Force was released from them, and then it was striking the droids. A'sharad threw out his credit coins with his right hand, and then he used his left to block blaster bolts. Through surveillance cameras the coins went, the Force launching them at ridiculous speeds as they literally cut through metal, rotating as they moved, their squared edges a blur as they reduced the built in laser cannons to nothing but a hanging fixture from the wall.

The sudden arrival of a Star Destroyer did not go unnoticed by the small Firemane flotilla. If need be, Firemane had small Fulminatus corvettes that could hurt capital ship due to being armed with baradium missiles, but they were not out for a fight.

For the time being, it was a wait and see approach. Firemane crews were informed to watch their backs, and be prepared if things went south, but that was all. Captain Skaara just happened to be less of a zealot than her boss, Siobhan Kerrigan.

Meanwhile, Elpsis and company had boarded the Wyyrlock. The small journey to the Sith Star Destroyer had not gone unimpeded, but now they were there. Once the first shuttles had docked, ARGH droids made a door.

Elpsis had made use of the Rekali's shiny boarding pod to get on to the ship. Sith greeted her shortly after she emerged on their vessel. Her lightsabre ignited with the dramatic, somewhat cliched snap-hiss and she went to town with them. It was only a skeleton crew left and her sabre sang a song of doom and purification. Soon the rest of the boarding teams joined her.

The Sith Knight and the Sith Warriors were suddenly alone in the room.

"Gather the information you'll need," he said with a wave of his hand to the rest of the equipment. "Get to the computers."

They both nodded and they got to work. They shoved bodies and droid parts off of the consoles and then hooked up their previously empty datapads to the computers. From there, they began scouring the computers for information they needed.

A'sharad even went to do the same.

Producing a datapad from the small of his back, he linked it to the console's port, and then he began going through the files. He soon found out that the scientists and soldiers within the room had been planning to abandon the station. It was made clear when he located several files that were corrupted and partially deleted because of it. He frowned, as he continued working. Information on the Star Destroyers in the system, their arrival dates, who and how many manned them. Most of the information was on the ships that were in system.

"Information on the Dark Blade Dreadnoughts," he said. Plenty of damage output. They'd look for how they were built, and then go from there.

Matsu had been moving them, the seeders and the saratai through the area with the higher purpose of avoiding the others while they were going for some of the ships and dragging the large carriers around with them. The designs for them made the ships ideal for moving well entire populations if they wanted to or at least cities and an invasion force. Enough soldiers and likely with the work four to five times as many droids that would be able to roam around. It was also giving some information about some of the projects that they have developed with sithspawn creatures and how to store them in the carrier ships. She could work with that and making distance between herself and the ships here, she didn't want to bring the factory ships into the middle of the combat if there was going to be any.

"Their refusal to pay the second ransom, which is much higher than the first, will cause them to incur the wrath of the Jedi"

And cause them to gain free reign over the starship databases, the Wyyrlok and the Boneshatter being prioritized. Space wizards: they never suspect that a mechu-deru-wielding Jedi is going to steal (or, more accurately, making backup copies) and they usually think that, when space wizards of any denomination is afoot, they would not usually attempt to slice. But Jessica sensed that, since the rogue Sith were too busy on all to many fronts: on land, in space, Jedi stealing schematics were the lesser of their evils. Because she can't contribute yet to the eternal conundrum of Jedi and Sith playing cat-and-mouse since there has even been Force-users, in the classical ways, she will have to make do with slicing. Because anti-vehicle weapons were overkill for boarding action. From a Jedi standpoint, they only worked in ground combat: while, on Kashyyyk, she did have some success in fending off Mandos in her NFU self, she just wouldn't be comfortable as a Jedi Sniper.

"Uploading the Boneshatter schematics now! Their anti-slicing defenses are a little weak"

"These Sith Lords... when will they learn to counter-slice? Slicing has long been a domain reserved to NFUs"

The purgation of the Wyrrlok continued, though, all in all, it was less dramatic than it could have been. Who knew, maybe Firemane would decide to branch out into the film business. Presumably the over the top special effects and scenes of carnage would trump even Michael Bay.

Anyhow, several Sith crewers had surrendered or fled the battleship via the remaining escape pods. Only a skeleton crew had been left behind as is. While the Rogue Sith might have considerable resources at their disposal despite being a remnant, even they were finite. Moreover, all the galactic powers of note were attacking them right now on various fronts.

Elpsis' lightsabre clove through the remaining stormtroopers, whilst elemental fire roasted others as they took the bridge, leaving behind charred corpses. ARGH droids and tech specialists would see to getting the ship's systems up and running and ensuring that it could be hauled away. One of those who'd surrendered instead of dying needlessly was a Twi'lek. This would have pleased [member="Valiens Nantaris"], were it not for the fact that she was a yellow one.

"Acquired."

"None. Wyrrlock information instead."

Both of them were powerful long-ranged ships,, A'sharad remembered from his lessons. A great thing he knew. He wanted something along those lines, but bigger. Much bigger than just a Dark Blade. That wasn't grandiose for a wannabe Warlord.

No.

"Download as much of the database as you can. Compress what you need to," Lord Vyrassu said.

On his own computer, he pieced together what he could from his own memory and edited it into the file, while he continued the download. He knew much, back from when his Father had had him study the ships, battles, and combatants in the most recent battles in the last few years. He knew much about the uses of the ships, just not all of their weapons. It was why he was here today. And then suddenly, Left and Right straightened out within moments of each other, and then one of them, he wasn't paying attention enough to differentiate, said, "Complete."

The drop to the planet took barely a minute, Ultimatum had been waiting for a fighter to attempt to intercept the entry pods. However, no fighters came, it was surprising to the droid, but a moments thought cleared it up. Obviously most of the combat vessels would be far too busy fighting. It would be very difficult to send more forces to defend another shipyard. It was simply another opportunity for Ultimatum, no need to worry about initial causalities. He expected there to be some form of security in the facility itself, but time would tell.

Ultimatum moved with a group of V-1s to the front entrance of the facility, more correctly a few meters hidden by an outcropping of stone. One of the V-1s walked slowly along the wall, the two guards at the entrance didn't immediately notice the form crawling towards them. However it only last a moment, fortunate for the cyborg, his armor protected him from the enemy shots long enough for the others to take out the guards.

Ultimatum took the lead into the facility. Walking in he stepped as quietly as possible, not that quietly, to the first door. Scans had indicated a large number of transmission spikes from this room, at least compared to the rooms immediately around it. One of the many security locations. The droid opened the door and pulled out his pistol, only to find that the room had been vacated. This did not soothe Ultimatum, it was obvious that that meant the security forces were aware of his entry. However, he did appreciate the crew leaving behind a perfectly usable terminal attached to their systems. Quickly moving to it, the droid found the system far too easy to break open. While he still intended on breaking into actually obtain a fighter, Ultimatum also wanted to potentially grab some schematics as well.

While the idea of a massive battleship was always cool, and the aesthetics of such were very admirable, the truth was that larger ships were larger targets. There was no reason for him to actually create such a vessel at this time. Though if he could he probably would attempt to obtain the schematics, if only to understand the technology and to create something better. The droid started his search by going for the Dark Blade schematics asked for. He started by copying a set to his databanks and then sent a communication to [member="Jessica Med-Beq"]. "Got what you asked for, where would you like it stored?"

While he waited for a reply he began mining through other datafiles searching for systems he could get hold of. There was already some interesting looking devices that he thought of taking. But for now he would leave an inserted program to mine through and unlock more schematics while he looked for ships.

She could see more of them out there, hear some more chatter but it mattered little they had the crew ready for the carrier and had gotten it loaded up as they were moving. Matsu herself preparing and working with the Saratai's production factory as it was making what they needed now and the carrier jumped away towards the shipyards that they were using and developing. Those massive stations were able to reproduce and develop ships as needed when she was looking at some of the other ships. Makai had said there was a second shipyard and that was where they had been heading when the first order ship arrived and now there was some virgin territory as the ships that were there looked nice and impressive compared to some when she was sending them out again. "Go after the designs we have not seen yet and start getting them away leave the rest for the others. We do want to work with Salacia and sell them off plenty of ships while working and analyzing hem in our own areas."
