Built around a heavily reinforced impervium and ultrachrome framework, the ship incorporated AB-163 "Svalinn" starship hull plating, turadium for its doors, PGEM/C-0036 Dunalmite-coated interior walls, and extensive transparisteel construction, creating a remarkably durable vessel despite its relatively modest armament.

Its enormous hangar facilities were designed to accommodate gunships, ground vehicles, and both combatant and non-combatant craft, transforming the Sovereign into a mobile staging and maintenance platform for prolonged operations.

Construction of the "Sovereign"-class transport ship reflected the Consortium's philosophy that logistical capability could be as decisive as raw firepower, with the ship's immense internal volume dedicated to transportation, storage, repair, refueling, and deployment rather than heavy weaponry.
