- Description: Taken from the highest marks at the academies on the planet. For training officers within the police force or giving opportunities to soldiers. As more skilled and focused guards they have access to the new standard equipment as well as special weapons and tech to distinguish them from the other security forces on the planet. Their additional training and lower numbers also allow them to work more focused protecting the main government building answering only to the Senator or some of the elected officials unless a situations calls for them to maintain and keep control to protect the people from themselves. In the subject of their training itself there are small changes, often they are given briefings and lessons in other fighting styles from different military's, or provided information from public records for buildings when off planet to have ways to get in and out if something goes wrong. Seven members of the unit are on reserve with themselves being rotated in and out over time so seasonally they can rest to not become burned out and make mistakes.

- Size: A common sight in Upcity and there are always more wanting to pull themselves in from a few of the other districts.
- Militarized: While serving more roles like police investigating and protecting the citizens of Upcity... the security forces are clearly kitted like a military unit with advanced weapons and armor.
- Size: While they are numerous in Upcity they are rare to see outside of recruitment posters in the other districts and the further you get from the 19th district even that is harder to see.
- Specialized: Trained, recruited and meant to be the common security of the district they are not equipped for some of the larger scale terrorist attacks like advanced military units with vehicles and airships.
Formed from the older Denon security forces from when Ayumi was a senator and working to bring large scale changes to the planet under the Republic. The security forces were one of them a more specialized military force to respond but as districts and more corporations were cropping up there was less need for them. Each district usually having their own forces so she p;ulled them back more and more and with Upcity effectively being its own area of the world with a gap and energy bridge designed to divide it from the others... they were given a more concentrated areaa that they could saturate and protect. Becoming the more common forces on the streets of Upcity and even more importantly they were given some of the most advanced in terms of weapons and armor.
