Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist
Dorthea Dobson Dorthea Dobson

The jedi master looked up as she was greeted and rather liked it.. the woman didn't beat around thbe bush as it were with her questions and her smile was there as well as a nod. "Yes I have attended several of the OSuth Systems. Danger hosted them and they were popular for many years." She said it and remembered it as there was a good deal and she had managed to get quite a few strange or unique things from them. "THis is largely the same and well done, the only thing that Danger did was auctions.. it attracted the masses as a means to get items of interest or rare things you might never have known about." She had gotten a few things like a kernal of the red queen or the winter eagle a ship that had inspired several advancements for Sasori's ships.

Andrew Lonek

Holy Knight Commander (Navis Sacra)
As the miniature strobe lighting illuminated Lonek's stage he would smile and greet several people passing by. As he paced back and forth and would check his watch he then would quickly use his Optic Lens to communicate with C.E.R.A. "My dear, boost me louder than a wookiees roar." He asked as he then cleared his throat. From under the left lens, a microphone would lower towards his mouth. It would make his speech loud enough to be heard but overpowering.

"Humanoids, non-humanoids, sentient of all ages and make or models welcome to Lonek Tech Industries! Or dubbed L.T.I. Weapons and Armor manufacturing unlike any other available for your personal arsenal needs including full-body armored suits and nano shielding technology. Combined with microfiber-lined Vibranium and leather holdings this is something you all would want I'm sure. Space travel suits are also available upon request! Come and look at what L.T.I. can do for your protection needs! Special discounted offers for first-time customers! Thank you all!" He would claim and exhale deeply as the mini mic retracted back to a visual functional lense. His face would then turn stoic. As he was determined to keep a professional appearance and demeanor even though he was a giddy kid inside..excited to show off his toys. And all he needed was a chance to show that his tech was worth it.

Objective: 2, 3 & 4

Interaction - Open

Khrusaes felt a little badly for Tatede Truibark Tatede Truibark , he had roped her into sharing her new shielding upgrades in a booth at this expo. She didn’t think her ideas were ready for production, but Khrusaes knew how much she liked to lecture. He hoped that she had found an interested party or two, but regretted that it would be some time before he would be able to cease his networking and relieve her of the booth watching duties.

The true reason for ADL’s presence at the expo was to provide a reason for Khrusaes to see who the business heavyweights of the Elysium Empire were. Pantora was at a crossroads; the Supreme Chairman had announced his retirement and there was a fight to see who would take over that job. The choices were varied. Some wished to build up Pantora to stand on its own. This was good for Khrusaes and his companies pledged to build ships, surface vehicles and equipment for the fledgling Pantoran Defense Force. Some wanted to create an alliance at the least and who knows, maybe even join up with the Galactic Alliance. This choice was also not terribly bad for ADL and its subsidiaries. Coruscant was a long way from Pantora. Maybe instead of sending a force of their own the GA would send credits. Those credits would look really nice in Khrusaes’ bank account.

There was a third option that was rumored to be in the works that made Khrusaes worry. Eremia Loigos Eremia Loigos , the head of the PDF was reportedly building support for a coup. The Admiral was fiercely patriotic, which was good as a defender of the people. How that would translate to politics Khrusaes couldn’t help but wonder. And he couldn’t help but wonder what the Elysium Empire would think about a military takeover of a system close to its borders.

So now Khrusaes found himself, by design, on Damascus Station. The Queen of the Empire had a booth for her company Dar'manda Industries. He would find his way to that booth in good time. For now he needed to get noticed, so he purchased a few raffle tickets from the Guardian Authority Ltd. booth, figuring he could make a scene if he managed to win. Then he looked over the other booths noting those of interest he would circle back to after visiting the casino. When he arrived he was disappointed to see it had not opened yet. Placing a hand on his chin and tapping his foot he thought on whether he should wait here and be among the first in the casino? Or if he should return to the expo and make another round.

Objective : 1&2

Judah stepped foot onto the expo floor and was immediately hit with a flood of memories. The event reminded him of the events thrown by Danger Arceneau Danger Arceneau years back. Those were always events to see and be seen at. He smiled a bit, remembering how he got tangled up with the busty redhead right from the start. Judah had a crush on the woman but due to circumstances in both of their lives their relationship never developed further than a deep friendship and understanding. He hadn't seen the redhead in some time in fact and hoped she was doing alright - last he had heard Danger and her husband were working on philanthropic issues.

Salacia Consolidated had fallen back in recent years in aggressively marketing itself. Judah was in a comfortable place with the company, its focus on salvage and mining more than anything, although they did dabble in energy technology. Today he was here to see what was new. The old farmboy had been a hermit for a few years, sticking to the outer rim and unknown regions, working and keeping to himself. Judah had been working hard to get his son up to speed, the boy showing interest in joining the business, especially in some of their mining ventures.

Which brought him to the booth of Roth Likonis Roth Likonis . He stood on the edges of the booth, watching the machinery at work. While Salacia could easily produce their own as they had in the past, Judah was always willing to invest in someone else. Someone who already did the R&D and had the means to get droids and machinery on jobsites quickly.

OBJECTIVE 1

Bold, intrusive and eye-grabbing, the
NAKAIOMA Corporation had taken the liberty of acquiring a notably large area of the space that Damascus Station had set aside for the Corporate Expo for it's own exposition. Adorned with elaborately animated holographic characters directing bystanders to the displays and bright-flashing neon-lit signs advertising any one of the dozens of products the conglomerate was looking to show off, their exhibit was less looking to impress and more looking to leave any form of impression on those that saw it.

Staffed by more than five dozen salespersons, public relations representatives and product specialists, the operation was headed by Seiji Arata, a young man with fine black hair and Atrisian features whose job title was formally listed as Deputy Director of Sales for the Outer Rim. Assigned to the event on Damascus Station by his superiors at the Regional Headquarters on Arcadia, his objective according to those who had dispatched him was simply to provide a notable presence. While the corporation had already begun the process of establishing operations in the Elysium Empire, with it's substantial logistics, energy and security infrastructure in the Praeda System being the most prominent example, the Empire- along with much of the Outer Rim had yet to be fully tapped into as a potential market, both in individual sales as well as in larger state-level ventures.

"Affordable, reliable.. Nakaioma." An automated voice with feminine characteristics repeated over loud speakers, one of the many audible advertisements that were dotted around the exhibit.

Divided into several sections for each of the
NAKAIOMA subsidiaries that had chosen to attend, the exhibit was bustling with activity, as all varieties of customers came and went. In the booth of Nakaioma Defense Dynamics, a large crowd had formed to watch an event-exclusive, pre-recorded demonstration of the company's next-generation armored land systems line-up, including the Goliath, Kodiak and Bulwark models. Over at Nakaioma Medical's quarter, product specialists were attending to more high-profile business clientele, showing real-world data to justify the cost of their latest medicines and technologies. While Fukashi Electric opted for live demonstrations, utilizing individuals with their cybernetic modifications to demonstrate how they worked in a real environment, and in the midst of all this, holonet terminals connecting directly to the Nakaioma Central HoloNet Store were proliferated throughout the exhibit.

Everything had been more or less going off without a hitch, with the exception of Osato Aerospace, who's employees had been continuously pestering Deputy Director Arata about the issue of Damascus Station's so-called 'ship worshippers' squatting near their quarter of the exposition. Though it was clarified (albeit somewhat reluctantly) that the worshippers were not causing any physical hassle for either the staff or their customers, their persistent presence, frequent chanting and lack of spending had apparently become an annoyance for some of those working at the exhibit regardless. It was admittedly a difficult topic for the man to tackle, given that the station had its own security and police force, which may not have been reliable due to the fact that what the worshippers were doing technically was not illegal, while physically pushing them away with the corporation's own security may have proved otherwise.

Overseeing the NAKAIOMA Expo from his central position at its Help Center, Seiji simply had to sigh and pinch at the bridge of his nose, hoping that the ship cultists would either leave of their own accord, or that his employees would stop complaining about them. Whichever came first was preferable..

Objective Two

The admiral turned to Salmakk Salmakk , "I trust you have everything under control?"

The mon calamari sagely nodded, "There shouldn't be too much excitement except for the raffle."

"Try not to give it to anyone who's too questionable," smirked Sariya.

Soon, an overhead announcement along with several holo-projector ads would be announcing that Lucerne Personal Defense would be holding a promotional raffle among the attendees. Whoever won the raffle would be getting their own customized version of an existing weapon from their catalogue.

Gir turned to the echani woman, "Ready to go?"

She nodded. The two soon departed to wander among the booths and displays themselves. Some of it was just pure casual and personal interest - he always found it interesting to see what other minds in the galaxy were coming up with - especially in fields that he knew little about. Of course, there were companies present that his company competed against in some markets. Browsing their wares could be useful, either to understand their marketing plans or to see if there was any way for his company to improve their own products. It was in this state of mind that the man initially caught sight of LIKON's impressive display before realizing that their companies were in fact very different in their markets. While the Lucerne consortium was largely geared to supplying the war material needs of so-called light side factions, it only dabbled in civilian products as a financial hedge and to ensure that some of its own internal needs could be met if cut off from outside suppliers. But the more man looked at LIKON's products, the more Gir thought that Lucerne Labs might benefit from at least trialing some LIKON products for possible adoption within the company's own assembly lines. He eyed the LIKON SM-BL industrial assembly line droid.

"Going to ask it to solve a rubik's cube?" teased the pale woman.

"I think I'd like to ask about purchasing some for some trials..."

The admiral began to look around the displays for a company representative.

Lori was so glad to see so many vendors on Damascus station. The expo was such a great success for a first time event. There was sure to be more in the future. She was quite certain that she could convince Dorthea Dobson Dorthea Dobson to help organize it.

The voices of many echoed through the exhibition centre, with some like Andrew Lonek Andrew Lonek sounding louder than most. There was plenty of food being offered as well, including a cooking show by the famous Caltin Vanagor Caltin Vanagor . That was pretty wicked. No doubt he had a huge following of fans.

She pondered going into the casino that latched onto the station. Victor Algernot did a great job and she wondered if she could give gambling in a casino a try. Although more than likely her lack of knowledge in the games would probably cause her to lose. She gambled enough in many other ways. Usually with her life. But that's what happens in war.

Speaking of which, Rex Valhoun Rex Valhoun , Kimiko Taiyou Kimiko Taiyou and others were off at war now. Lori didn't know that they were all going until it was too late. And now here she was, manning the fort so to speak until the war came to an end. At least there were no political problems for her to deal with as a chunk of their forces were far from home. No doubt other political types were just waiting for her husband to return, which left her free to do as she wished. Elysium Empire space was at peace for now and they all had to enjoy it while they could.

Lori headed over to her booth. Viken Dobson Viken Dobson had helped her set it up and no doubt he wanted to get a break from being in the public eye. The man was happiest when he was away from people, yet she was fortunate that he'd handle the expos for her at times.

"Hey Viken. You can have your break now. I'll look after things for a bit."

He breathed a sigh of relief. "I'll see you in an hour. Sooner if you need me. Thanks." Viken quickly slipped out behind the booth and disappeared through the VIP section.

She gave him a quick nod and then took up his spot. Various holodisplays showed off minatures of Damascus Station and how it worked with the twinned planets that it orbited. They also showcased the various ships, suits and weaponry that Dar'Manda Industries had created for Elysium under it's former names. Hopefully there wouldn't be any other name changes for her company. And hopefully this time all of her facilities would be safe. Along with all of her resources.

Lori stood there with a smile. Her tummy grumbled of course. But maybe she could have Arla or Var-Sulis Var-Sulis to get her some food. Hmmm....

DAMASCUS STATION, OUTER RIM

Sularen walked through the busy crowd as he made his way towards the main exhibitions, escorted simply by his trusted aide Colonel Rackham any two Elite Raptors acting as his personal protection, wherever the Grand Overseer went he'd always have a security detail comprised of at least 2 Elite Soldiers. Nevertheless, the Grand Overseer was here on matters of business not on the behalf of the Maw-aligned Final Dawn but on the behalf of his own corporation : SularenCo. This Corporate Expo had gained Sularen's interest and despite it taking place within hostile territory, Sularen had opted to go there anyways considering he had friends on the other side. According to Colonel Rackham's sources a former acquaintance of Sularen by the name of Andrew Lonek would be present and after the botched Yug'Duhl Summit, the Grand Overseer had sought to seek him out in person. After all they had unfinished business but not in the way most people would think.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Colonel Rackham spoke. "We are in hostile territory and the Elysium Empire has already taken action against the Maw..." Sularen chuckled in response "Please, Colonel you forget we aren't here as members of the Final Dawn but rather representatives of SularenCo." Sularen said in response. "...Which in turn is affiliated with the Maw. I don't see how that will stop them from arresting us" the Colonel said. "Nakaioma has done business with us, yet are partners with the Elysiums and so has Haon Hafey who even fought alongside the Final Dawn at Adrathope. Regardless i trust the Elysiums to be reasonable, after all they wouldn't want to risk ruining their own corporate exposition as unnecessary conflict are bad for business" Sularen responded. Before Rackham could say something, a sound of a familiar voice could be heard from a nearby microphone.

Thank you all!"

"Ah, that's our cue. Rackham." Sularen said as Lonek finished."Don't worry, everything will go just as planned regardless of whether the Elysiums decide to act against us or not" Sularen said confidently. The notorious Grand Overseer of the Final Dawn would then move forth to approach Andrew Lonek's exposition seeking out the CEO of Lonek Tech Industries. "Ah, Andrew Lonek it's been a while" Sularen said as he approached the Corusanti Businessman. "How have things been going for you?"

"Going to ask it to solve a rubik's cube?" teased the pale woman.

"I think I'd like to ask about purchasing some for some trials..."

"I wouldn't ask it to do that - it's dumb as a box of rocks. Now give it a schemtic...it'll build that cube in point three seconds flat." Said Roth as he moved forward towards the pair. Extending his hand towards Gir and nodding cordially at the man's companion, Roth chewed on the end of his cigarra with a smile that reached his eyes. Roth was something of an old fashioned businessman - he wore work boots and the clothes of a miner, eschewing the fancy clothes and tuxedoes that were all too common among his pampered contemporaries. A dyna hammer hung at his belt, and he seemed perpetually coated in a fine red dust. "You're Gir Quee." He said it as a statement, sure of the answer - Roth was new to the galactic corporation community, but he was savvy enough to look up the holonet profiles of the big names coming to the expo. Gir Quee, arms manufacturer and armor-smith, well, that was a big name. "Roth Likonis; industrialist." Laughing, marcan herb smoke swirling around him as he did so, Roth gestured widely at his display. "SM-BL's can improve line efficiency by thirty percent if deployed in groups of five or more; we have a programming patch upcoming that should push that to thirty three...course they were supposed to be used in concert with our self-replicating factories, but you can blame a bust trade deal and a raw mat shortage for holding that up."

As he greeted several passing humanoids and would wink at a female twil'ek a familiar voice caught his attention on his left. (SIR...MR.SULAREN HAS ARRIVED) C.E.R.A. would speak into his wireless com device in his right ear. His eyes quickly scanned the man from head to toe and as he waved to several people gesturing that he would be with them in a moment he would take a youthful leap off the stage.

"Mr.Sularen. Final Dawn exec and overseer." He said as he gave a smirk peering at the ground for a moment. He would then take off his lens and look directly at him. "What brings you to this sector of the galaxy? Your far from home." He said with a smile before turning to face the same direction as he, side by side. "The last few times I tried to reach out to you, it was because you reached out to me about an interest in my tech and weapons systems. Not to mention our ideology towards those glorious force users. I am surprised to see you here and also just a tiny bit bitter about you not returning my calls...You are worse than my ex-girlfriend." He said with a smile lowly while keeping up a professional appearance.

"Hello, hello, I am Victor T.D. Jackson, Owner of Beyond, and Lothal Chips and Parts, philanthropist, majority stock holder in Holoflix, largest real estate owner of Damascus Station, and Chief Financial Advisor to King Rex Valhoun. Pleasure to meet you." He extended his hand to Victor Algernot , "Congratulations on opening your casino, I think you'll find The Empire is a great place for businesses such as yours."

He gave the man a smile, hoping he didn't look as uncomfortable as he felt. He had attended many, many events like this, and shook hands with some of the most important people in The Outer Rim, but he was convinced he'd never be comfortable in public. He also hoped he wasn't bothering the man, who had just finished a conversation with some armored woman. Was she a guard? An enforcer of the casino? Victor T.D. Jackson did not know.

Nor did he particularly care. His own businesses were closed today. Well, technically they were open, just, not selling anything. Instead they would leave their doors open only for charity donations...Lothal and Mandalore were being rebuilt and Victor T.D. Jackson was becoming the number one donor very rapidly. Perhaps this expo would bring in the revenue required to reach that spot. Not that it mattered...he wasn't after fame nor fortune. It was a labor of love. Lothal was his home, and Mandalore was in a similar situation...both planets were devastated by invasions...Lothal from the Bryn'adul, and Mandalore by The New Imperial Order, and The Sith Empire, multiple times. It amazed him that a "normal" nation such as The N.I.O. could almost match The Bryn'adul in terms of destruction.

As he held his hand out, he thought about what he should say next. He didn't know much about the man opening the casino, except they shared the same first name. Perhaps he would make a joke about that...try to set the mood before pushing his agenda which of course was the purchase of this casino, or perhaps part of it, depending on what Mr Algernot would propose.

As soon as the armored bounty hunter had left, a new visitor had come to say hello - an important one given all the titles and such. "Welcome, welcome - call me Vic - Victor was my father." As he spoke there was a thud from somewhere deep within the station; the lights flickered, then died out before coming back on a little brighter. There was a chime, then a friendly voice announced itself over the PA. Chime "LIKON EX-3C Mobile Luxury Platform...online. Reactor: online. Shields: online. Hyperdrive: online. Security system: online. Secondary systems: online. Tertiary systems: online. Thank you for purchasing LIKON." Chime A great cheer went up from the staff on the casino floor, and Vic's shoulders slumped in relief. It had taken eight days for LIKON engineers to put the half-decommissioned station back to one hundred percent. The fact they had been able to do it in such a small amount of time was a testament to their construction ability and prowess. "The Empire's money is as good as anyone else, though I don't know how long Damascus will be staying in Imperial space. Rumor has it that we'll be heading out into the black soon enough."

The power flicker was very odd...and worrisome...

"They must've failed to pay their bills." He joked, returning to the conversation. As Mr. Algernot mentioned that the station would be leaving soon his face went from a small smile to a heavy frown. What was he talking about? He certainly hadn't heard this rumor, but a man opening a casino would have a surplus of rumors.

"I certainly haven't heard that rumor. I'm sure it's just that: A rumor. It's highly unlikely that The Empire would give up Damascus Station. I mean, the station is our crown jewel, and it took a lot out of our treasury. Anyways, I've come to hopefully strike a deal with you. See, I own businesses. Probably more than you if I'm honest. I'd like to purchase this casino. Now I understand if you aren't interested in selling the entire casino, but perhaps you'd allow me to become a majority stockholder?"

He was socializing terribly. Every word that came out of his mouth made him wince mentally. He sounded arrogant, aggressive. Typical for him to completely fumble the ball when it comes to social life. He could manage an Empire's finances but he couldn't talk worth a crap. Fortunately what was lost with poor social skills, would be reacquired by masterful negotiating in a moment...

"I dunno...rumors have a strange way of having an element of truth to them." Shrugging, Vic kept wiping the bar down, moving down the bar as he did so, listening to the man as he spoke. At the mention of purchasing the casino, though, Vic burst out laughing. "Mr. Jackson, I don't even own this casino. It's owned by LIKON. This is more of a...lease situation. Granted, I have authority to do whatever I want with it - Roth and I go way back - but the casino itself is technically a subsidiary." Finishing his cleaning, Vic straightened, his back popping. "I figure though, that Roth would be up for negotiating something. It's why he's here at the expo after all."

Looking like an idiot was no good. His reputation was enough to back him up, but he clearly hadn't done enough research this time. Blushing slightly, he asked, "Oh, I see. Well Mr. Vic...where could I find Mr. Roth in this expo?"

He was punching himself in the face mentally. It must have been a lack of sleep that caused him to rush into this without researching properly. Lack of rest was causing him more and more problems lately. But the pros were great. A lack of money was not one of said problems though. He was basically working overtime every day, and his companies were growing incredibly rapidly. Add his work to the business-friendly, hands-off government of The Elysium Empire and the companies were growing faster than wildfire. But he made poor decisions, had trouble focusing, had very little physical energy at times, and he looked terrible....the cons were becoming greater than the pros. He made a note mentally to get on some medication, and awaited Vic's response.

"He has a booth set up on the expo level - it's pretty hard to miss. Just look for the giant mining machinery." Vic laughed, wiping his hands on the rag before slinging it over his shoulder. "Word of the wise, though? You're going to have to bring more to the table than simple credits. Roth is one of those...old fashioned...businessmen. Integrity, cares for his employees, that kind of thing." Nodding at the man, Vic turned, snapping his fingers at the assembled staff. Pretty much everything was in place, and with the station systems up at a hundred percent, they were - finally - fully operational. "Ok, places everyone! Dress rehearsal is over! We've got work to do!"

Giving a final friendly smile, Victor said "Mining, got it. Thanks, and I look forward to working with you in the future." He spun on his heel, grinning at his hint that he may be working with the man soon, and began walking in a random direction, looking for mining equipment. But he was looking around as he walked; The Casino wasn't his only target, nor was it the biggest. If he could find Dorthea Dobson Dorthea Dobson , who he knew had a large role in the construction of this station, he had some offers to make...

This place was amazing. So many had shown up to see the Crown Jewel of The Empire. He wondered how many credits Loreena Arenais-Valhoun Loreena Arenais-Valhoun , the current majority stockholder, would make off of sales here today. Surely there was an admission price for companies that were actually selling things during this expo, apart from those that were already here, whom had purchased excess space just as he had recently. That alone would be quite the profit for The Queen.

Victor wished he had been just a few months quicker in forming his businesses...perhaps he could have helped build the station. That's what gave Loreena so much ownership -51% if he recalled- She owned MandalArms, rebranded Mandal-ElysiumArms, and now more recently Dar'Manda Industries (A massive name change that surely hurt her profits). The company was the primary company chosen to build Damascus, and so she was rewarded with partial ownership. Had Victor's businesses been formed at the time, he could have provided funding and perhaps owned part of it. Instead, he had to make a deal now, and prices would be ridiculously high if any was offered at all...

Chief Director of Damascus Station

Dorthea was pleased with the information that Matsu Ike Matsu Ike had offered and she had her datapad recording the conversation for future reference. "Thank you," She replied, "I think that holding an auction in the future would be a wonderful idea! I really appreciate the feedback!"

All around Dorthea, sounds and energy were picking up as the expo progressed. She could hear Andrew Lonek Andrew Lonek 's voice booming over the crowd. Lucerne Personal Defense was also broadcasting their raffle, which Dorthea seriously wanted to enter. She liked Gir Quee Gir Quee 's company and the products they sold. And other sounds were starting to build up, but there was too much to keep track of.

To her dismay, she could hear yet another cluster of cultist lurking near the NAKAIOMA section of the expo. They were getting a bit conspicuous and it was starting to set off a weird vibe in her head. Dorthea figured that since she was in the neighborhood, she could deal with this problem herself. "Thank you for your time Matsu Ike Matsu Ike " Dorthea excused herself. "If you have anything else you'd like to see at these events in the future, please send me a message and I'll be happy to implement it!" She flicked a finger across the screen of her datapad towards Matsu, sending her contact information and took off.

Dorthea really hoped these cultists weren't going to become a big problem…

The central holodisplay lit up as it was about to display some kind of major demonstration…

As she exited the area and into the open mass, it seemed like hundreds of individuals were set up for the sale of wares and items of value. She would pass through the crowd casually while scanning facial recognition for Loreena Arenais-Valhoun Loreena Arenais-Valhoun . While passing through she noticed Var-Sulis Var-Sulis peering amongst the outskirts of the area. Who was this man? Dressed in a suit and obviously security of sorts. He wasn't good at hiding his role if that was his intention.

She then noticed the Nakioma display and paused for a moment. it was impressive and interesting to say the least. She made a mental note to stop by after her objective was complete. Continuing on, a green blinker would alert her inside of her helmet. Identity match found. Time to have a talk.

Objective: 1 & 2

There was plenty going on. Lots of people coming by the Dar'manda Industries booth and asking her question. Lori did her best to ignore her hunger. In just a half hour Viken Dobson Viken Dobson should return from his break. That is if he didn't get too distracted from what he was working on in his lab. There were a few secret projects in the works and the man was a workaholic. She knew well enough of what it was like for time to run away from you.

She raised a brow as she spotted Valah Hagen Valah Hagen in the crowd. A fully kitted Mandalorian was easy to spot amongst everyone else. Lori didn't recognize her armour, at least not from afar. Surely her Clan sigil would become apparent if she came closer. But it was hard to tell where people would be going. Most would pause as something would catch their eye and then continue with their wanderings. This was probably one of those things.

Lori busied herself with talking to people about Damascus Station and how it operates almost like it's own sustainable planet. She was glad to have been able to make it. Not only was it an amazing mining and shipbuilding station, but it kept everything local without the need to ship anything elsewhere for manufacturing. There was much employment for a lot of people. Not only that but the station was well equipped to defend itself from attack by invading forces dropping out of hyperspace. Inward attacks were another matter. But that was the same with any large vessel.

So far there was no need for patrolling security questioning everyone. So far....Hopefully that'll be the case.
