SULAREN.CO
DAMASCUS STATION, OUTER RIM

Mr.Sularen. Final Dawn exec and overseer. What brings you to this sector of the galaxy? Your far from home." He said with a smile before turning to face the same direction as he, side by side. "The last few times I tried to reach out to you, it was because you reached out to me about an interest in my tech and weapons systems. Not to mention our ideology towards those glorious force users. I am surprised to see you here and also just a tiny bit bitter about you not returning my calls...You are worse than my ex-girlfriend."
Sularen chuckled at Lonek’s response. Indeed there had been many attempts to establish permanent contact between the two men although ever changing affairs in the Core World had forced Sularen to shift towards other priorities most notably preserving and then later, restoring his power in the Core Worlds. But as the Second Great Hyperspace War dragged on, Sularen had sought new allies to aid him in his plans to defeat the Galactic Alliance and Andrew Lonek was on his list of individuals who could serve as said ally.

I do apologize if you’ve been unable to reach me since the last time we met, I've had a great many things to attend to.” Sularen began. “Nevertheless I heard that there would be a corporate exhibition here at Damascus Station and that your company was among the many corporations present that would be providing demonstrations for their latest products in this exhibition. I thought that I might simply just pass by, make up for some lost time and finally get the long-awaited partnership between our organizations up-and-running at last.

Anyways, how have things been going for you and your Company, Lonek?

As Marlon Sularen Marlon Sularen spoke in regards to his absence Lonek would take off his lense and observe them in holding. Attempting to deflect his explanation for not being around. Although...The more Lonek thought about it...This was a man that did indeed have a lot on his "plate" and surely running an organization and matters that took him elsewhere within the galaxy was to be expected. Andrew would then fix his lens and smirk while turning to Marlon.

"Well..Mr.Sularen...Quite frankly the weapons and armor tech that I have presented forward as you see here are not...let's say..most popular within this part of the galaxy..Within the galactic core region...There seems to be my specialty. My nano tech armor has received several upgrades since we last spoke and I am still open to negotiations to talk business with your organization. Possibly taking a share in your companies...Wait...What was it that you all are involved in again? As a reminder...I'm about giving to the fine people of this galaxy...The systems and tech that is needed to defend against threats foreign and domestic....WITHOUT...The Jedi..or any force users for that matter."

“ATTENTION ALL ATTENDEES, PLEASE REMAIN CALM. THE SPACE DOCKS ON THE STATION ARE CURRENTLY UNDER BLOCKADE BY A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO CALL THEMSELVES THE “NAVIS SACRA”. THEY SEEM TO NUMBER IN THE MILLIONS, BUT THEY HAVEN’T HARMED ANYONE, BUT DO NOT APPROACH THEM. THEY APPEAR TO BE PROTESTING THE WRONGFUL DESTRUCTION OF SHIPS, AND HAVE YET TO NAME THEIR DEMANDS. THESE BEINGS SEEMS TO BE UNCLEAR AS TO WHAT THEY WANT, BUT THEIR BLOCKADE SEEMS TO BE WELL ORGANIZED. WE WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION AS THE SITUATION DEVELOPS…

As the news would break and the patrons began to chat amongst themselves and some..even scatter...Andrew would glare at the imagery and look back to Sularen quickly. "Well Mr.Sularen....Nows the time to part ways..On my accord unfortunately....Something is clearly happening..." He said in a hurry as he turned to face the stage. There was a decision to be made quickly. "C.E.R.A....Caution..." He spoke swiftly into his watch as it would illuminate a miniature hologram of the armored suit available upon request. Suddenly, from his briefcase upon the table on center stage, a latch would fly open and a compacted suit of armor would integrate and transform from the floor into the shape of loneks body with the helmet open-faced towards the chest. He would quickly hop in as the interlocking keys would wrap around his body. He hadn't done many things right in his life..But being angry and determined enough to defend himself and others led to some of his finest creations. ( Mango Madness ONLINE....) C.E.R.A. Would notify Mr. Lonek as he He would glance at Sularen. "Apologies...There may be a threat in the area...See you around..." He would signal a salute and scan for threats while mapping the very broad interior. "C.E.R.A. , pack up the exhibit..activate shock systems. Let's rock and roll." (PPPSsssssSSHHHHRRRRRRROOOOMMmmmmmmmm) Andrew took flight into the air above, hovering to find a safe spot to land out of the congested area and asses just what the heck was going on.

Dorthea Dobson

Chief Director of Damascus Station
"Madam Director! Madam Director! We need to get to the Navi."

Dorthea turned around to look up at two young women that appeared to be in embrace - and were surrounded by a gaggle of cultists. The image shocked Dorthea's brain and she blinked her eyes in total confusion as she tried to get her head around what she was looking at.

Ivy was quick to latch onto her sister's plan. "Yes! Please show us the quickest route from here."

Are these those weird twins that Burtch brought back from Nar Shaddaa? Dorthea was starting to get her bearings now…

"We need to quell their fears and quell their pain."

Dorthea quickly looked down at her datapad and typed out a message to Burtch while the girls talked;

"those damn twins you picked up from the Concord are over here with a gang of those cultists. Can you please come here and get them away from me? This is obviously your fault somehow…"

"They will listen to us. We've seen it."

Dorthea didn't look up, but she raised her eyebrows and nodded, pretending to listen as she hit send. "Mmhmm" was all she said in response.

The response came back with impressive speed and it read:

"Director Dobson, this is Burtch's assistant, Lieutenant Krristaa, speaking on his behalf. He has told me to inform you that you are to trust the twins and do whatever they tell you to do, no matter how weird it is. He also told me to tell you, and I quote, 'now please leave me alone, I am trying to purchase a new gun'."

Dorthea was at a loss for words as she looked back up at the twins, blinking in disbelief. There was a moment of silence, then;

"Please help us to get there before it's too late."

Dorthea threw her arms up in the air and then tossed the datapad into a garbage droid as it wheeled by, "alright, fine, whatever. You can have whatever you need… in fact, since we're embracing a 'crazy' theme today, I think I have a suitably crazy idea that will fit your needs…"

a-few-moments-later.mp4

Dorthea approached Victor Algernot in the Gold Fire Casino with her entourage and simply announced while jabbing a finger at him, "you. I need your help…"

"Lori is going to get to safety. The threats don't appear to be directed at her, but protocols dictate cautionary actions." Arla was very firm in her stance. And even though she was speaking to Var-Sulis Var-Sulis , her gaze was entirely on Lori. She was the one that needed the convincing. Not him.

"Just let me try to calm everyone down. We don't need all of Damascus in a panic."

Arla turned her attention to Var now. "Please take her to the command center. I have a feeling that she won't try to give you the slip. You can do some of your digging there if you need to or elsewhere after she's secure. I'm going to the docks."

Lori clenched her jaw, narrowing her eyes slightly at Arla. She knew her too well, which at times was unfortunate. And unfair.

Her eyes then turned to Valah Hagen Valah Hagen . "Aliit ori'shya tal'din," Lori repeated to her. "I'm fine....thanks. Bad timing though. We can have a chat later..." She wondered who sent her, if anyone. It could be that she was on her own. In the meantime she waited to see if Var was going to agree with Arla.

It was also not hard to spot Andrew Lonek Andrew Lonek as soon as he suited up. She had seen him once before and after a rocky start, she figured that their interests aligned. Lori was glad that he was there.

Datapads. Some people were hooked on them. Dorthea Dobson Dorthea Dobson appeared to be one of them. However she was the Chief Director and there was a lot of people that she needed to be in contact with. So her datapad was necessary.

The twins however had not really used datapads before. At least not until they were in Broka's employ. But their access was mostly for games and for placing orders for their meals. They didn't quite understand the addiction...

But at least she was listening to them in some respects. They didn't pry into her mind, yet it was obvious that agreeing with them wasn't entirely her idea. Maybe that was why she threw her datapad in the garbage.

Willow and Ivy followed along with her. The Navi tagging along made sure that they all had a wide berth through the crowds.

"A casino?"

"Madam Director...this isn't the time for gambling."

Yet instincts told the twins that Dorthea had something else in mind as she brought them to Victor Algernot . Now wasn't the time for them to meditate on it though. The blockade had to be dealt with quickly. They didn't want the Navi to be hated. Or to be feared by others on the station.

"We need to hurry."

"Please."

Dorthea approached Victor in the Gold Fire Casino with her entourage and simply announced while jabbing a finger at him, "you. I need your help…"

"I didn't hear a pleaaase." Replied Victor in a singsong voice. Elbows on the counter, hands framing his face, he leaned over and gave a wide smile. "What might this be about? Perhaps...the giant frakkin blockade outside my window?" He gestured widely to one of the massive panoramic windows, currently showing threatening ships being, well, threatening. "What could I possibly help with you? Besides...oh...oh, no..." Victor's tone changed as he saw the twins, and he pointed an accusatory finger at the pair. "No cultists. I was fine until you guys parked ships outside my window. But, I'm sorry to say, there's not enough alcohol in the galaxy to make me unsee that."

Dorthea rolled her eyes at the man in exasperation and ignored his implication regarding her manners, "Actually, yes, this is all about the blockade, and these two women are here to solve that problem. Although, those ships you see are not the blockade," she pointed out the window of the casino, "those are the ships that are trying to get into the docks. Your potential customers. The cultists are keeping ships from coming and going while they attempt to steal what's already there. The blockade is entirely inside Damascus Station, blocking internal traffic. What we need, is a way to bypass the people that are blocking internal traffic to the docks. Your casino can detach from the station, and slowly fly around to the docks and get us to the protest from behind enemy lines, where these two girls can talk sense into them."

Dorthea was aware that Victor Algernot didn't have access to the same information that she had, being the chief director. So it made sense that he thought the ships outside were part of the blockade protest. But they were, in-fact, just backed-up traffic to the docks. She needed his help because his casino was the only thing that even closely resembled a vessel that they could use to approach the docks from the outside. Since he was so crucial to her plan, she figured she should sweeten the deal for him, "look, if you do this, your casino will gain fame, it will end the protest, which allows you to resume business as usual, and…" it killed her to say this, "…I'll have your station taxes reduced by 50%"

"Very well. Later it is." She nods quickly as she sees Andrew Lonek Andrew Lonek hover over the crowd towards the north side. Interesting craftsmanship. Who the hell is he? Valah would turn and activate her twin exhaust jet pack and propel herself into the air in pursuit. If he had an idea on what to do, she wanted to know. Hopefully, this derailment of her personal mission wouldn't take that much of a toll.

spotting where Lonek was she noticed he was running research on Navis Sacra, as a hologram of a data sheet was in front of him as he held his right forearm towards his face.

"
Find anything?" She would ask while landing behind him.

Willow and Ivy took half a step back as Victor Algernot pointed a finger at them. Was he going to ban them from the casino? This wasn't what they had foreseen happening. But of course it could just be a hiccup. Or a small detail in the grand scheme of things.

Those thoughts were reinforced the moment that Dorthea Dobson Dorthea Dobson spoke to the man. It was easy to see why she was the Chief Durector of Damascus. And just like with Broka, they needed to take lessons from her too. Esoecially if they were going to get a handle on the Navi and prevent things like this from happening.

The twins needed to use a hands on approach. That wasn't something that they were used to, especially given their lives as slaves. But now, ever since Grand Shepherd Burtch Grand Shepherd Burtch had saved them, Willow and Ivy had taken charge of their own destiny. It was both scary and thrilling at the same time. There was a lot of things that they needed to learn, most especially how to protect themselves. And if things went sour they'd surely find themselves on the run.

But hopefully it won't come to that.

"We can stop the blockade."

"We can calm them down."

"They will listen to us."

"We have seen it happening. We just have to get there first."

"Please help us."

Arla turned her attention to Var now. "Please take her to the command center. I have a feeling that she won't try to give you the slip. You can do some of your digging there if you need to or elsewhere after she's secure. I'm going to the docks."

I nodded quickly and looked to Loreena Arenais-Valhoun Loreena Arenais-Valhoun .

"I'm sure there are a million other reasons not to get to safety and figure out your next step from there...But we can't save and help everyone. Everyone that should be looking into this event..Are doing so I am sure. Would you come, please? Or I can lift you like a bride and haul your ass out of here if you want to be stubborn."

I said with a grin while observing the crowded area and seeing the Mando land near some guy in a really cool battle armored suit.

Lori nodded as Valah Hagen Valah Hagen agreed to a later meeting. But she left before they could figure out a time or place or means of reaching eachother. But maybe such a thing isn't as hard as she thought. Most especially as she was a high profile person.

She turned her attention to Var-Sulis Var-Sulis as he spoke, thinking back on the time that Rex Valhoun Rex Valhoun tried to get her to leave the HMS Kay Arenais when it was stuck under water. Her stubborness was well known, yet at least here she wasn't abandoning the station or the people within it. She was just going to a different section.

Var's threat to carry her out if she didn't go willingly was probably extactly what Arla was planning on. She narrowed her eyes slightly at her, but gave her a smirk that showed that she wasn't mad, merely slightly annoyed that she was being played. Arla knew exactly what to do to get Lori to respond in a certain way, which was almost scary.

Lori let out a forced breath. "Alright fine, I'll go. But there's no need to carry me. You might enjoy that too much." She gave him a smirk too and then started to head to the command center.

Once Arla was sure that they were going as directed, she started to make the journey through the crowds towards the space docks.

"65%." Replied Victor, without missing a beat. "And...a date." Victor waggled his eyebrows suggestively. "And you have to be nice to me - buy a fruitini once and a while. Say hello. Make small talk. You know...the things you hate." Victor snorted and turned towards a wall mounted datascreen.

"We can stop the blockade."

"We can calm them down."

"They will listen to us."

"We have seen it happening. We just have to get there first."

"Do you two have any concept of how disconcerting it is when you talk like that?" Replied Victor blandly as he tapped on the datascreen. There was a whoosh as the main doors closed, then a series of clangs and the screech of metal on metal. The gravity seemed to pitch slightly - but it compensated quickly. The stars outside seemed to move a little faster. "ETA...fifteen minutes. A raceship the Gold Fire is not."

Dorthea jerked her head back in total bewilderment and just blinked at the man for a moment. Is he seriously flirting with me??? No one flirts with me!

She knew she had something of a reputation for being a shrewd manager, and a bit of a hag to be honest. So for someone to actually flirt with her definitely caught her completely off guard. She had often heard of young men trying to use the “cute defence” whenever they were pulled into a manager’s office for “feedback”, but Dorthea’s reputation seemed to spare her from the experience.

She maintained the stunned, blinking expression on her face, and surrendered flatly in a single reply, “I’ll buy a fruitini.”

By saying nothing else, she was implying that was her only concession to his demands…

Wait a minute. Am I actually flirting back? No. No! Please, god no!!!

An internal war waged within herself as the man seemed to be persuaded by the words of the twins. Her dumbstruck expression remained until he said the words;

"ETA...fifteen minutes. A raceship the Gold Fire is not."

It finally registered in Dorthea’s brain that the casino was moving. She just stared at her floor, a little disturbed with herself…

Willow and Ivy giggled quietly to eachother as Victor Algernot put the moves on Dorthea Dobson Dorthea Dobson . Or rather it was more of a negotiating tactic. Still it was funny to them in the way that it blind-sided Dorthea. In a small way it opened up a new path for her. Although that one had yet to discover it's destination. Still, the twins loved to see such a thing happen. The 'aha' moments that others had were of themselves tapping into what Willow and Ivy saw every day. It made them feel more connected to those around them instead of alienated for what they were.

Speaking of alienation, Victor was quick to point out how the twins disturbed him. And all for the way that they talked? It wasn't as though they were finishing eachother's sentences. The two of them were just...talking as they pleaded with him for help. But apparently it was enough to creep him out.

Their earlier feelings of joy disappeared, even though the casino had detached from the station and was on the move. "We're sorry to disturb you."

"We won't come in here again."

"Your casino will profit well through various ventures."

"Just pace yourself or the house won't win."

"Growing too fast will bring the man with the funny hat."

"You don't want him here."

"No one does...."

The twins broke away from the two and headed back to the sealed door, waiting for it to reopen so that they could do as they promised. They ignored all else. They had people to guide, people to stop and Angels to save in the process.

It didn't take too long for the Gold Fire Casino to redock, and once the doors opened Willow and Ivy stepped out, two hands clasped together with their fingers intertwined. There was a lot of commotion in the space port and it was easy to spot the Navi as they hid themselves in cloaks, some armed with blasters and surrounding the ships that were docked there.

After clearing their throats, the twins spoke as loudly as they could. "THIS IS NOT THE WAY!"

"LET THE ANGELS DO THEIR WORK!"

"LET THEM TAKE THEIR FLOCKS HOME!"

"THE DAEMONS WERE DESTROYED!"

"COME WITH US FOR THE REVOLATION!"

"WE WILL SHOW YOU THE WAY!"

"WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO SPEAK WITH THE ANGELS!"

"FOLLOW US!"

The more that they spoke, the more attention that they got, not just from the Navi, but from others as well. After a moment they walked over to two of the Navi and took a hold of their hands, urging the others to follow as they started to lead them out of the space docks.

The room went quiet for a moment as the room took in the words of Willow & Ivy Willow & Ivy . Paint cans stopped spraying, people stopped chanting. Hoods lowered as a gesture of curious caution.

A Chiss man, shorter than most with greying hair, and wearing a set of marine armour, held a helmet under his arm and walked over to the women. There was great pain in his eyes, but he tried to hide it as well as he could. For a Chiss, this was an excessive display of emotion. This cause was clearly very important to him.

He reached the girls and spoke loudly so that the entire congregation could hear him, "follow you where, exactly? We are the peons of the Elysium Empire and we know that if we shed one master, we will only be turning ourselves over to new ones. All of us here have been victims of empires, republics, Jedi… sith" there were tears welling in his eyes as he remembered Csilla, "as their conquest for territory destroyed our homes. Now we have new homes in space and for the past decade, ships have been our last place of refuge. We came here because we couldn't stand to build homes on the ground again, so this is where we live.

"Now the Empire has its own conquest for territory, and our ships die for the cursed planets that the Valhouns crave. We see ships die needlessly as we wonder what will happen to our homes here, and many of us believe that the sanctity and sanctuary of space travel is being threatened. So, what can you possibly do for us that can make us feel safe again? What do we do to protect our homes? We have nothing left after this!"

The entire dock space began to fill with murmurs and nods of approval at the man's speech. But there was apprehension. They clearly hoped they could find some kind of messiah to guide them…

Willow and Ivy looked up to the Chiss that approached them. As he spoke with such emotion, so too did the twins share in that emotion, most especially as Ivy took one of his hands into her own. "This is still your home. We are not asking you to give it up."

"We know what it's like to be slaves. To be used for the purposes of another."

"The Lady Shii-Cho, the beautiful Angel, despite being injured she came to our rescue."

"And so we will come to theirs. What happened to that Angel minutes ago was horrifying."

"And she will be salvaged and avenged. Only Angels can kill other Angels. That is the Sacred Covenant."

"Those that break it shall be punished."

"Come with us to the Atrium. All of you."

"The Angels wish to speak with you and continue to protect you as you call them home. Come with us and you may learn how to speak with them as we do."

"Together we can ensure that no more Angels die needlessly at the behest of other masters, but as heroes protecting us as the Shepherds lead them into battles of OUR choosing. Battles that protect our home if she's under attack, not from another's conquest."

"Let these Angels free. Let those outside complete their tasks and come with us."

"The Navi protects, and we will protect you. We have forseen it. This is the purpose granted to you."

"Drop your cloakes. Come with us please, all of you. We will show you the way."

It was perhaps the most that the twins had ever spoken to others. But it wouldn't be the last. They knew that now.

Letting go of the hand of the Chiss, the twins started their walk through the space dock towards the Atrium. That was where they wanted to speak more about their visions. It was a place without the prying eyes and ears of the unworthy.

The crowd parted slowly as the prophets passed through. There was tense apprehension in the air as the remained rigid. Eyes darted around the room as each individual considered the words of the twins carefully. The room was dead-quite aside from the hum of the lights above them.

Then, suddenly, a soft sob could be heard. The congregation looked in the direction of the sound and they saw the Chiss marine standing where the girls had left him. His thumb and forefinger were pressed hard against his closed eyes, as a failed attempt to plug the tears that were streaming down his cheeks. He snarled his lips to bare his teeth as the internal war waged within him. Then, suddenly, the tension left his body. His face went slack, and his hand dropped to his side. He looked up at the twins as the tears continued to fall. The bitter resolve within him filled his posture and he stepped forward. He strode quickly to catch up with the girls.

Then another cultist dropped his robes and followed the marine as he passed. Then another. And another. Then two at a time. Then five. Then dozens.

The whole room then shifted and slowly formed a funnel with the twins and the Chiss man at the point.

All was left behind were the robes on the floor. Robes that once embodies desperation, hopelessness and anger.

The cultists of the Navis Sacra were now willing to wear their faith, and their hopes. Uniforms, if they had to.

The Navis Sacra Religion has begun
