The Corporate Gathering on Ropagi II was a fairly recent tradition established by the Fromco Group. The main event was a showcase of corporate inventions across the area formerly controlled by the defunct superpower known as the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Old technology acquired from this defunct superstate was also put on display behind glass cases in an attempt to draw attention towards the gathering itself on the world.

The Fromco Group if one was to research its history was formerly known as Fromco Unlimited until its economic collapse due to mismanagement. Only recently had they re-gathered enough corporate power to become a legitimate face among the corporations within the galaxy. Although ancient corporations such as the Corporate Alliance or the Trade Federation would gather more attention due to their vastly unlimited wealth. The World of Ropagi II was chosen because of its proximity to several planets with the main one being the fuel planet of malastare. The Fromco Group had made special arrangements via Gamorr Chemicals to begin synthesizing the fuel into a more environmentally friendly version.

This partnership was announced across corporate media within a few days. The unofficial "Fromco Industrial Sector" was already underway with several planets nearby their corporate headquarters falling underneath one of the various companies within the multi-industry company that was the Fromco Group. President Strassmann had sent out various invitations to the galactic elite to arrive on the world at the recently opened 'Fromco Botanical Gardens' for the corporate gathering, it being located several miles from Fromco Tower which was the main corporate & meeting place for the group members.

The Botanical Gardens were filled with exotic planets taken from all across the galaxy mostly through underground channels due to the semi-legal status of their activities. Amongst the exotic plants were various tables with the finest food purchased from the Mancheron Association of Food and Beverages whom was also a member company of the group. Wolfgang Strassmann was mostly a mysterious corpo due to rarely showing up at other corporate gatherings and his nickname of the "Villain Behind Glass" made people wary of his motives. Although he had donated to several charities and desired to increase the wealth of everyone both poor and rich across the board.

With the gathering now set and security having been alerted to possible disruptions.

The 82 Year Old Corpo gazed over at the entrance gate into the gardens.

"Let them in"

With a single word, the gate would swing open allowing people into the gardens to view the products on display.

The Fromco Group, a rising corporate power in the Mid Rim and Expansion Region, having slowly begun to consolidate power across various worlds in proximity to Ropgai II, the most notable planet being Malastare. This new development had not gone unnoticed, for as soon as word reached Eriadu of the rise of the Fromco Group and it’s consolidation over the “Fromco Industrial Sector, the Final Dawn became interested in this new corporate entity seeing the possibility of establishing a partnership with the Fromco Group which in turn would accelerate the Final Dawn’s plans in the former territories of the Confederacy.

As such, Grand Overseer Marlon Sularen sent his subordinate Dorian Sevenar, the head of the Final Dawn’s intelligence agency known as Politorate to attend a corporate gathering hosted by the mysterious CEO of the Fromco Group, Wolfgang Strassmann under the guise of his alter-ego, Adam Versili, the CEO of the Intergalactic Shipping Collective. The Corporate gathering itself was said to be held at the so-called recently-opened Fromco Botanical Gardens which itself was located only a few miles from Fromco Tower, the Headquarters of the Fromco Group. According to Sevenar’s sources, Strassmann himself would be present at this gathering and thus it would provide him with the perfect opportunity to seek out the mysterious CEO and establish formal ties between the Fromco Group and the Intergalactic Shipping Collective (and by extension the Final Dawn).

Thus as the gates leading into the Fromco Botanical Gardens opened, Dorian Sevenar was among the first of a large variety of individuals such as wealthy businessmen, politicians and other elements of the galaxy’s elite which poured through the gate heading into the Botanical Gardens to begin the gathering on Ropgai II. Now all the Director-Admiral needed to do was find the elusive and mysterious Strassmann in order to set the stage for the long anticipated partnership between both men and their respective corporations.

Bluam Poshrung didn't often attend the social functions of the Fromco Group considering his relative position on Nar Shaddaa. Making the journey over to Ropagi II was not difficult considering his knowledge of hyperspace lanes obtained from another corporation within the group conference known as the Galactic Bureau of Astrology & Astrogation which was a premier scouting agency when it came to finding new lanes that were until recently undiscovered.


As the Botanical Gardens gates opened up to allow patrons, the Gamorrean Foreman of Gamorr Chemicals made his way to the designated meeting spot he was given to meet with President Strassmann. His brown eyes searched through the crowd of galactic elite that gathered here for the event, although his actual focus was on one Rackham who arrived before him. Although he didn't think nothing of him at the time. Smoke filled the air around him from his smoking pipe as he traveled with his Gamorrean Guardsman down the various winding pathways through the exotic garden.

Poshrung himself was dressed in a large black suit and tie with a white undershirt. His head bore a top hat and his lips were decorated with a false bushy mustache that covered his gamorrean tusks. Underneath his formal suit was a set of heavy battle armor considering his line of work using mostly slave labor to produce the chemicals and then sell them at trumped up rates.

He arrived at the location of President Strassmann who had reserved a large lounge for himself and his guests.

"Preisdent Strassmann, I have arrived as requested."

The Robotic Voice of the Translator said to the elderly CEO on the opposite side of the lounger with a large table in the middle. He raised his hand as his gamorrean guardsman pair moved back to allow them some space to talk. Reaching down and plucking some cookies from the table, shoving them into his mouth with a slight crunch.

President Strassmann currently was occupied setting up the display cases with the help of his service droids. Each display case showed technology acquired from various sources and marketed by the Fromco Group to avoid any disputes over ownership. Sponsoring this corporate gathering was but one tool to gathering power and influence within the galaxy through proxy influence. One could force a planet to hand over materials in exchange for things that they needed, such as food and water. Although if attempted with military force the odds of not having a rebellion was slim to one.

Holding ownership over these vital supplies was paramount to control. One in which the fromco group would fill the void by offering an alternative to state backed programs which often targeted those who had made donations to political lobbying groups instead of their citizens who needed it so much more. His thoughts were moved away from this by the sudden announcement that the Foreman of Gamorr Chemicals had recently entered into the botanical gardens.

Clutching his black cane within his right hand, Wolfgang moved with some purpose to his steps. Moving through the winding pathways of the botanical gardens until coming across his reserved lounge for the event. He arrived before the gamorrean so it seemed as no one was there when he had arrived. Gamorr Chemicals was one of the first companies to join the growing fromco group and he counted; Foreman Poshrung among his inner circle amongst the group members.

Taking a seat on the lounger, his appearance was formal with a black suit and red tie with a white undershirt. On his right side was a medal with the fromco group symbol and his position of "President" mentioned underneath it. Beyond this his white hair was slicked back by some form of gel and his round reflective glasses sat upon his wrinkled face.

His hand reached for a bottle of wine that was on the table between the three loungers. He thought about resting for a few minutes until the sudden noise of loud footsteps harkended his mind back into focus with the arrival of the Foreman of Gamorr Chemicals, Bluam Poshrung. He listened as the robotic translator went from gamorrean to galactic standard basic since gamorreans lacked the vocal cords to replicate basic.

"As expected, Foreman Poshrung. I trust that you had no problems getting over here."

He questioned him, leaning back as the gamorrean fetched a cookie and shoved it into his mouth.

A Service Droid would announce to some of the gathered galactic elite including Rackham if they were nearby that the President of the Fromco Group was within Lounge Section C-34 of the Botanical Gardens. Anyone wishing to see him would take the northern walkway across the small pond; and another right before arriving there.
