OK, time to use this thread for something.

This thread. I am not sure how it should be handled as I get it was originally meant to be a new droid, but it is now here, in the NPC creation, and I am so confused whether I should judge it or not.

It should be a tech submission first. It's not a droid found in canon or a droid that has been submitted to the factory. Usually on this board something can't exist unless its one of those two.

He should make a tech submission for a unique droid first, then make an NPC submission to ensure people don't just roflstomp the droid companion.

My opinion on that.

Well, the rules stated in the tech creation template thread says that 'All droid characters must be ran through the factory'. I think unless it's a vanilla droid, or a droid that's already been run through the factory, that would extend to npcs too. Correct me if i'm wrong!

That is what I thought, but the thing is that it was moved to the NPC Creation, even though it was meant to be a submission for a new type of droid.

Yeah. People mess up. Just apologize to him and tell him what i just said. He has to either Base the droid off of a canon droid, or make a new unique droid in the factory.

NPC creation takes things that are already in canon/factory and makes them more permanent in the story, its not here to create new things.

That droid's been moved between NPCs and Tech twice now. I think people are just trying to get rid of it.

Haven't they? First 'critters' who I originally thought were teh gremlins from Gremlins... and then the actual Mogwais from Gremlins, and then badgermoles from Avatar.

[member="Mrrew"] those aren't Badgermoles that is the creature sexy Jennifer Hale (June/Kyoshi) uses I just kept out the tongue that paralyzes and is several meters long the near infinite stamina and ability to swim fast in water. That anteater mole is actually really powerful.
