HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Throughout his career, Marlon Sularen had established various strongholds across the galaxy, from Byss to O'reen to Wistril to Dathomir, but eventually he always found himself being forced out those planets in due to the ever-changing political landscape within the galaxy and the fragile nature of the regimes he followed such as the Brotherhood of the Maw and the Dark Empire. Following the collapse of the Dark Empire, Sularen vowed to ensure that the next regime that he would serve wouldn't face the same calamity as those he had served before and when he entered the ranks of the Imperial Confederation as it's newly appointed Supreme Commander of their Armed Forces, he immediately got to work.

Within days of his appointment, Sularen would settle on the planet of Cholganna, a dark and cool forest planet in the Outer Rim home to the predatory feline species known as the Nexu along with a sizable population comprised of the descendants of the survivors of the Sa Nalaor, a Seperatist Warship that crash-landed on the planet at the end of the Clone Wars centuries ago. Soon, the Imperial Center for Military Operations would be erected on the planet serving as the headquarters of the Imperial Armed Forces and the site of one of it's main Naval Academies. Furthermore additional sites such as vast training bases would be established further increasing the military presence of the Imperial Confederation on the barely populated world.

After the Imperial Confederation's defeat at Brosi and the Cholganna Naval Conference, Sularen decided to take a step further and begin the process of Industrializing Cholganna seeking to transform it into a major shipbuilding hub for the Imperial Confederation on par with Mon Calamari, another Imperial-held planet. The first phase of this initiative would soon manifest in the Cholganna Drive Yards, a large ring-shaped orbital array that would encircle the planet similar to the Shipyards at Kuat and Ringo Vinda. Through the Cholganna Drive Yards, Sularen's shipbuilding corporation known as SularenCo, would possess a major facility from which it could churn out new warships for the Imperial Confederation while also enabling it to collaborate with other Shipbuilding corporations on major projects for the Imperial Navy.

Thus with the completion of the Cholganna Drive Yards, a new era for Imperial Shipbuilding has begun while new job opportunities for Imperial Citizens within the Confederation have opened up, enabling the Supreme Commander to pave the way towards further building-up Cholganna as a major planet within the Confederation by expanding it's native population through immigration and resettlement. The Cholganna Drive Yards serves as a symbol of Imperial growth and resilience enabling the Imperial Confederation to navigate through the ever-changing political landscape of the galaxy with greater ease.

Thanks for your patience on this. There are three main issues here.

1. The factory submission for this shipyard renders it immobile. It would have to be taken apart and moved piece by piece.

2. Most of the permissions you have are for the Dark Empire and you have affiliated this submission with the Empire Reborn. Those particular permissions are invalid and require that you, or the Empire Reborn, get permission to use them.

3. The shipyard model you are using is closed market and affiliated with the Dark Empire. You have affiliated this location with the Empire Reborn meaning this shipyard cannot be used with this location submission without showing the proper permission which you have not.

This MIGHT have worked as a modification with the ability to keep the same model from the factory. As it stands, the fact you do not have the permission to use this model requires something new. That would defeat the rest of the edits here or the idea that the shipyard was simply relocated to another planet‘s orbit.

I believe your best course of action is to submit a new location submission with the proper permissions.

If you want to make your case, I’m all ears, but I’m inclined to deny this.

That would also be an option we could work with. Just as it is written etc, it was really more so a new submission and not a modification.

If you can procure the proper permission and work out the move, I’ll take another look.

Would like this in pre-codex for that or would you like to keep it here?
