Jairus Starvald
Eidoloclast
Location: Valley of Fire | Contested Outpost
Objective: Take the Outpost
Allies: [member="Jorryn Fordyce"] | [member="Vaylin"] | [member="Scipio Alta"] | [member="The Matador"] | [member="Joycelyn Zambrano"]
Enemies: [member="Aela Talith"] | [member="Ryan Korr"]
Engaging: [member="Zark"]
Breath.
Steady.
Lord Saarai was not the young birb he once was. Back then the disorientating feeling of his eyes burning and ears humming would have been enough to either put him entirely out of commission or at least put him at a severe disadvantage. Luckily the Thirriken hadn't been standing in the path of the strange flashbang wave. After-ghosts, the huuuuum; they were distracting, but nothing that Tai could not handle. Not when his eyes closed and everything around him lit up with the Force.
The sensation of danger came moments before Zark fired and he was already gone, before the bolt hit.
The tight corridor was in his favor due to his relatively small posture. There was no red, nothing besides the shimmering of feathers as Tai called upon the Force to increase his strength. Then the sharp-edged blade unfolded itself out of hidden robes as he slid off the wall directly towards the Jedi Master.
Diagonal, the blade would end the fight before it had any chance to start.
Jugular, clavicle, clean cut.
