The Rundown Skills Features Relationships Loadouts

  • Born to parents that had migrated to Denon from Corellia, the beginnings of his upbringing were largely typical of a healthy childhood. Both parents in the household, both working while he was tended to by a droid sitter until one or both returned.

    Issues within the household began when the labor group his father belonged to began to have grumbling of discontent with their labor conditions at work. Attempting to form a union, the labor group was targeted outside of their work hours by smear campaigns, marital sabotage, acts of violence, and even death threats. One such vein of attack finding its way to the Tokarache household.

    Manufactured evidence of his mother having an affair were revealed, and already frayed nerves and paranoia led to his parents separating.

    Even when the falsehoods were proven false, the fallout was irreparable and the company had won in their campaign. With his parents divorced, Zinder began to see less of his mother who was now attempting to make ends meet with a single income by working extended hours.

    As one would expect, his schooling began to decline with the lack of parental presence seeking attention, filling his time at home with old holovids varying from poorly made action vids, to overly dramatic thriller and romance vids. Further seeking attention into his early teen years, Zinder joined a gang of similar circumstance children and began to strike out at their surroundings however they could.

    The companies campaign of discontent having far reaching consequences than any could imagine as Zinder found a propensity for homemade explosives and began using them to vandalize company buildings.

    The act that got him caught being one that damaged CEO property, giving the authorities reason to seize his holo-net activity and find condemning evidence of his activities. All the while his mother began to become overwhelmed with the piling issues her son had created for himself.

    Begging him to take an offer made, it was decided he would avoid having a juvenile record and potential felonies hounding him for life by enlisting with the Galactic Alliance Military and be barred from Denon until his "sentence" had been served.

    Being thrown in as a recruit, and skirting enlistment requirements, from the ripe age of 16 Zinder has been serving as a member of the Galactic Alliance military machine.

    His service record including notes of his early troubles in regard to respecting superiors and their orders. More than once being condemned to the brig, and less than flattering service orders for his behavior. Eventually finding a squad with Aiden Rennek that tolerated his initial attitude, and carefully shaping his demeanor into a more pliable and less hostile service time that found his specialty in both Heavy Weapons and Explosive Ordinance.

    During the Maw conflict, the squad Zinder had come to relax with fell prey to an ambush, leaving near all of them wiped out.

    Zinder being surprised by an improvised explosive detonation whilst in the process of disarming the weapon. Knocked unconscious and left for dead, he was picked up by another Marine party sent in after the ambush. His identification chip damaged by the explosive, it wasn't until he recovered in a field hospital that it came to light who he was.

    Choosing to remain in the field to aid in Explosive Ordinance Removal following the Maw's defeat, Zinder has been out of the loop for some time to any news of his former remaining squad mates.

    One noticeable but mostly healed scar covering his right side beneath his arm. Running from the top of his hip to armpit, spanning from the center-front of his ribs to his spine. Earned by disarming a Maw explosive in the field.
