SPECIAL FEATURES
Collapsible Design
EMP Charge Function

STRENGTHS

Autobots, Fold Out: The Lookout is built to resemble a grenade while inactive, unfolding with the press of a button or upon the onboard sensors detecting the droid is already in flight.
Eyes In The Sky: True to its name, this little guy has a wide selection of scanners built in as standard and even includes a holotransceiver to broadcast snapshot footage.
For The Maker!: The built in Isotope-5 Powercell can be overcharged to create an EMP blast approximately two meters in diameter.

WEAKNESSES

Technobabble: The Lookout communicates in short-burst Military Flash Code as opposed to binary, requiring specialized equipment or training to understand.
Sacrificial Lamb: Overcharging its own systems and detonating in the process, the EMP Charge is a one shot suicidal tactic on the droid’s part. No wonder they’re neurotic little things.

DESCRIPTION

Let’s face it, in this increasingly unstable galaxy, it pays to have an extra set of eyes watching your back while in the thick of it. Someone to make sure you know what’s what before what’s what decides you need to become what’s not. But what happens when you don’t have that certain someone? Trust is an all too expensive commodity these days. One often out of stock when you’re out on the Rim.
Good news, friend. Tricks of the Trade once again has produced a handy little portable solution for the outlaw on the go.
Almost resembling a grenade in appearance, the Lookout Probe Droid is the workshop’s first successful foray into component miniaturization, utilizing an innovative isotope-5 power cell to ensure there’s no noticeable depreciation in quality. Quality such as that found in the broad spectrum sensor package loaded on every model, giving you the extra set of eyes, ears and, hell, even an extra nose that you never knew you needed. It also isn’t bad at predicting fluctuations in the local weather patterns.
Deploying whilst the droid is airborne or with a simple press of a button, three small repulsor coils afford a high level of speed and maneuverability. The droid is also capable of walking on tripod ‘legs’ that also house a set of miniature grasping claws. Offence wise, the little droid is lacking to say the least. Only having a small, yet modestly powerful EMP charge in which to both defend and sacrifice itself with. That last part might explain why each droid’s personality tends to be a bit neurotically morbid to say the least. Fortunately, you never really have to keep one around too long for it to wear thin. These boys come in boxes of twelve for a reason.
