The REC-RCB/01 Enforcement Baton was the newest offering from the Republic Engineering Corporation, that was designed to assist the various Enforcement Agencies across the Galaxy in keeping the Peace - during these dark, and uncertain times. The Baton was forged of a myriad of composite and lightweight materials, which was intended not to encumber the wielder whilst they set about their duties. Each of these materials sought to work in concert with one another as they projected a numbing plasmatic field between the twinned conductor vanes - which gave the baton the ability to resist the cutting power, and lethality of a Force-wielder’s Lightsabre. Like it’s myriad predecessors, the RCB/01 was built to operate in a similar fashion as the stun setting on a blaster weapon. However, unlike the stun setting on a blaster - the collapsible and retractable conductor vanes were as far as the numbing plasma field capabilities would go. Nevertheless, the RCB/01 would prove to be a capable tool in the hands of a trained Enforcer - capable of restoring Order should things become Chaotic.
