We Came in Like a Wreeeeecking Baaaall{Mandalorian Invasion of Dromund Kaas}

Basaba Willamina

A'den and Alor be aliit Willamina
Location: Dromund Kaas
Exact area in location: One of the streets of Kaas City
Objective: @[member="Asar Anchti"]

Basaba watched the sight, first the grenade exploding and then the sith was running or trying to. A grenade going off in your face didn't mean you had speed usually. She didn't have the time to catch up with him in her armor but she sneered under the helmet. This wasn't the time to go chasing yet, the prey could run and hide but it mattered very little as Basaba checked her equipment and drew up the rail gun. The boy was still within range and she squeezed the trigger letting the shot fire off before tossing the empty weapon aside. All she needed was the ripper and her blades as she started moving again. The rail guns shot could connect with him or not it mattered little but right now there were more sith to fight.

The lightsabre in his left hand, backed up by a skillset wholly focused on physical enhancement, wavered back and forth with deceptive lassitude. Slugthrower shots hammered his powerful Djem So guard, and gobbets of molten metal splashed to the ground.

The shotgun's exterior ammunition capacity -- in belts and clips -- began to separate itself from the weapon and form a half-loop, a flow into the loader. Telekinesis was not his forte, but after fifty years of this, one picked up a few tricks, like reloading one's shotgun with the Force as quickly as one fired it. To do that while blocking automatic fire with a lightsabre-

Well, it was a good thing they were alone. Master or not, he didn't have focus to deal with anything else. Thank the Force that the kid had taken cover behind a piece of -- what was debris doing here? A constant stream of thunderous shotgun blasts focused on the very small region where the hand and automatic slugthrower had their options to protrude.

Buckshot everywhere.

The intruder lifted his pistol and fired a few rounds towards the Sith Marauder. As the shots blew through the wall, some of them going through holes she had made with her WESTAR M5 rifle, one of them caught her in a chest. The robe didn't survive at this point, the seams unfastening around her as they were ripped by it's own weight. Revealing her durasteel body, which was situated over her black, combat uniform, a scorch mark from where Northstar's shot had landed was seared across her chest. The other shots destroyed brick and walls behind her as she knelt down onto one knee to avoid them. Lifting her WESTAR M5 rifle, the Sith Marauder opened up severely more shots.

The spray of turbolaser was designed as cover shots, to force Northstar into cover. It was an age old military tactic utilized by soldiers, such as Ayra, before the time that blaster rifles were even invented. She lifted her hand and took off a flash grenade from her belt, loading it into the blaster rifle's grenade launcher. Then she lifted the rifle again, aimed for the biggest of the holes made by hers and Northstar's firing and fired the flash grenade through the hole and into the room ahead. She quickly lowered her head and raised an arm to shield her eyes from the resulting flash bang that erupted across the room. Turning the rifle behind her back, she hung the weapon by it's strap around her shoulders and neck, drawing her Lightsaber in a fluid motion and leaping up with it in hand.

Among the smoke and debris made by their exchanges of fire, a crimson beam flashed through it all ahead of Ayra. The Sith Marauder positioned herself into a Shien stance, ready to utilize her weapon to return exchanges of fire back onto Northstar with it. Her golden eyes glared through the smoke, searching for him.

Gilamar Skirata

The most important step is always the next one
Gil heard and saw the explosion long before Ordo's com came in. He had received the com a few minutes after Ordo had blown the academy. He had been wondering why coms seemed so choppy recently, and now he had his answer. Sucking his teeth Gilamar activated his range finder, tapping a finger to the com located on the side of his helmet "Copy that Ordo." The hum of repulsors coming from the LAAT he and a few others flew in was relaxing on this raging hell he called a battle field. They didn't have much time he reckoned. Sure, most of the Sith Empire's forces had been deployed, but it was a simple matter to divert forces that were lagging behind, or even forces that had already made it to their destination. After all, it only took a few minutes to travel the Galaxy via hyperspace.

Looking down below, his rangefinder tagging friendlies and enemies alike, he attempted to obtain a rough idea of how the battle was going. He had a little while to go before he reached the Palace...He would make that the Mandalorian's base of operations. A smack right to the face of the Sith empire.

She was really good.

Northstar dove, barely moving swift enough to dodge the fire let alone the flashbang. But the woman would find it still difficult to best the young man, for though in reality he was stunned, he would appear fine as he moved swiftly to protection. Using his Shadow's sight to guide his more or less blind body, Northstar ducked behind a table he stumbled by - having accidently knocked it over.

Gasping for a breath, Northstar forced his vision to clear as he reached towards his belt. Memories allowed his hand to move in precision without sight, gripping a frag grenade that he hurled over the table. Soon enough his vision began to clear again and he glanced over his cover, aligning a shot that would hit the nade before it fell.

After getting up from the cheap force move bane was angry. To show this he he charged again at his enemy, shooting with his heavy blaster repeater and in his heavy armor if he would get close enough would attempt to truck his enemy into the nearest wall. Bane was, a massive tank with brute strength, he never gave up. If the connection was successful and he trucked this sith into the wall, their would be a loud tingling of pain in his body.

(OCC: nich, not me, also I hope you don't mind this )

Ayra's golden eyes scanned the room, her breath steady and her movement relaxed. On the surface, it would appear that the blonde haired woman was calm, in control. On the contrary, her rage was cold, methodical and nefarious. Her rage and hatred for this man, although she did not personally know him, was guiding and controlling her. There would be no chance of diplomacy, no talking other than the use of Dun Moch, a mark of contact utilized to goad an opponent into unnecessary movements or strikes through the art of manipulation and misdirection.

Something came out of the smoke and nearly caught the head set she wore over her head. She ducked to avoid it and then moved towards the direction. Then a streak of red light came from the same direction. Instinct forced her to avoid the shot. Time seemed to slow for the Sith Marauder as she spun out of the way of the turbolaser. Her golden eyes caught the gleam of the frag grenade as it descended in mid air. Her training told her that the shot deployed by her unseen enemy was going to hit it.

"GRENADE!" She screamed, natural instincts then dictating a brief moment of panic and her military training telling her to warn any comrades nearby, although in reality she was warning herself. She went to dive behind a pillar as the shot connected with the frag grenade, sending pieces of metal flying around in a three sixty arc across the entire room, the red line of her Lightsaber returning into the hilt for safety precautions as she jumped. She quickly rose, a sharp, sheering pain in the lower right side back as she got back up and got into a better position behind the pillar for cover. Her shoulder strap bag, containing her arsenal of grenades, was dropped behind the pillar to her side along with the WESTAR M5 rifle. She would come back for it later. For now, she would rely on her Lightsaber and Sabestaff, which hung from the utility belt on her waist.

Her free hand lowered to the point of the pain and she found one of the pieces of metal lodged into her body. Through the feeling of pain and sensation of touch, she determined that only the tip of the frag had sunk into her body, her Armor thankfully taking the brunt of it. An amateur would have tore the frag out, but that would have only left the wound to bleed, which would be bad. She would get first aide later, for now, the frag would have to remain where it was. She couldn't contain the rage anymore. She darted around the pillar, her Lightsaber igniting to her side. She ran faster than it should be possible for one that has sustained an injury to her back. But then Ayra was no normal individual. She was a Sith Marauder, trained to endure physical tumor that even your average Sith or Jedi Master would find difficult to cope with.

Ayra tore through the table Northstar found himself behind, sacrificing the efficiency of jumping over it like a meticulous Lightsaber duelist would, as her unadulterated rage took over and the beast inside her, like the dark side itself was rising to crush Northstar, rose and descended upon thy. A second swing her Lightsaber, in the Juyo form, headed towards she thought her enemy was, based on her sense on the Force and direction in which the frag grenade and previous shot came from. She was going to steam role Northstar with a state of ruthlessness and brute force that, with any luck, he wouldn't be able to cope with.

In Umbris Potestas Est
"Well, sir, you're currently moving at full-speed on a collision course towards the Sith capital world, which just so happens to be in my territory. I'd rather not have to deal with hostilities unless I absolutely have to, so please, divert your course before we, the planetary defenses, and the planet's artillery have to engage you." Switching off the comms, she ordered all the ships to link their targeting computers together, using the combined processing power to plot a precise point to collectively fire their turbolasers, laser cannons, and ion cannons at. All the starfighters, as well, were launched, moving at full speed towards the point that they would have an opportunity to hit the Mythosaur at.

"Where the hell are the planetary guns?"

"They can be reactivated in thirty-"

"We don't have that kind of time, genius!"

((Circe. You have no idea who I am. You've never met my character IC before. Nobody other than about 5-8 PC Mandalorians have interacted with Larraq. Also, please use the spoiler feature for your list of ships. It's rather long. Also, perhapse I was not clear earlier. Larraq's fleet is moving in a perpendicular line from your location. The path he is traveling on is 150,000km from your entry point. In order to intersect this point of travel in less than half an hour, you would need a constant speed of at least 84,000m/s. which is faster than Larraq's fleet has attained after nearly 5 hours of preparation. The rate of acceleration to go from 'normal' speeds to reaching a 150,000km distance in less than half an hour... Honestly, I can't even calculate right now. Please reconsider the theme and scale that has been set up in this thread. I look forward to reading your revised post.))

Zero Three was given once again, only enough time to avoid utter death. Moving backwards, falling backwards is more like it, the Czar avoided the slash, taking a direct cut against the front of his armor which took a large chunk - of armor and leg tissues. Biting his tongue against the pain, the giant man somersaulted backwards to line up another few shots at the woman from his Heavy Blaster. The last 5 of his clip sent the Blaster into dead silence, and then to the side it went. Reaching into his pocket he drew forth a second - and sole remaining - DL-44.

Now breathing even heavier from pain and another Dimension Shift so quick in succession, Northstar forced his body into action again. Using the pain to fuel his own rage, Northstar moved faster then he ever had before - for he had never been wounded as such. With his pain fueling the speed behind his movements he dove as far as he could, landing near the door the young woman had enetered. Now behind her he charged forward, Blasster firing rapidly - another 5 shots. This was only to get him in close though, for he instantly dropped to the ground with his legs spread open.

Sliding along the ground, Northstar sought to use his momentum and scissoring of his legs to take the woman down. But even if that did not succeed, he had closed the gap quickly. Drawing his Blaster up once more he spoke finally, "Yield"

Ayra raised her Lightsaber in defiance to Northstar's counter attack, reflecting three of the bolts to the side with her Shien technique, attempting to turn them back onto her aggressor but without such luck. The fourth bolt caught her in the hip, which made her buckle as she moved to the side. A moving target was harder to shoot and so the Sith Marauder had attempted to exploit this, which worked for the fifth shot, which narrowly missed the blonde haired fury and connected with a nearby pillar. An crack began to scissor it's way along the structure from the place in which the shot had landed, only for the cracking to stop half way up. A Lightsaber or another shot or two to it's base would cause it to crumble completely, giving away to the ceiling.

She began to move forwards as fast as her body would allow her to, in order to engage Northstar again. She had felt her Lightsaber connect with the individuals body and knew that he was suspect to her Juyo technique, if she was accurate and fast enough to get a hit on him. However, before she could engage him, he moved again with his unfamiliar technique. Her training told her that he was trying to exploit her with his overwhelming speed. Ayra likened the individual to an unstoppable force, who had encountered an unmovable object in her. Turning around, she blindly slashed her Lightsaber ahead of her, believing that her target would exploit her from the back with a weapon. She misunderstood Northstar however, because as she turned, she felt the crimson beam of her Lightsaber connect with a shot of energy before the force of the hit forced her Lightsaber out of her hand, which fell into the wall behind her and ricocheted down towards the ground. Before she knew it, the other four shots connected, hitting her in the chest, stomach and her left shoulder and arm. The momentum of the hits forced her off her feet, landing with a crash into what remained of the table she had earlier decapitated.

Another whack from Northstar from his skidding kick forced her onto her side, her back faced away from him, her golden eyes locked onto the wall ahead. The head set she had put on earlier in order to keep an eye on the CCTV surveillance in the citadel had been lost somewhere along the line. She spent five seconds checking her body with the Force and her physical feeling. She felt burns on her chest, from where the second shot had hit her. She figured it had punctured through the durasteel plating in that particular area, which had been weakened before by the earlier exchanges of fire. Another shot to that position and she would be finished. The rest of her body told her that the other shots had connected with the Armor. Her left arm hurt a lot and she knew that, after this episode, it would take weeks for it to heal naturally. For now, however, her hatred for her opponent, mixed with adrenaline fueled her, as the dark side willed her to continue, to crush her enemy and move onto the next kill.

She felt the click of Northstar's DL-44 come into play as the Mandalorian held it close to her and said, "Yield." It was then that her Force rage took over the body and mind of Ayra. Her hand latched onto a incendiary grenade found on her utility belt and she rolled over quickly, shoving the device into Northstar's arm pit and pulling the latch as she rolled away, got up and began to move, her speed and strength augmented by the effects of the Force rage that had taken her. Her hand found her Saberstaff as she rose up and she ignited one end of the weapon as she moved away from Northstar. With any luck, the incendiary grenade would take the man and incinerate him on the spot.

Northstar dove backwards, to late though. No force predictions to save him from the heat that erupted all along his body. But before to much damage was done, Northstars rage exploded, as he yelled in pain his subconscious kicked in and powered the vocals. A mix between a powerful Force Scream, and a huge telekinetic wave emitted from him in all directions, slamming the door swiftly.

The flames died away instantly, but still not fast enough. Burns lined his face and neck, and his armor was already blackened. But with the power driven behind the pain and rage, the floor panels began to push outward in a wave, leaving the wounded giant in a craterous hole. Each wall seemed to bend outwards, the pressure in the room being enough to create a steady flow of blood from his own ears. He tasted the coppery liquid as well, for it began to pour from his nose. It was a foolish mistake to let loose pressure like that in a sealed room, it was strictly now a game of whom was more wounded after numerous grenades, and a Force Explosion.

Giving himself a split second once over, Northstar found a deep bruise along his left ribs as well as the deep chunk of skin missing along his left leg. His face held severe burns, with his neck taking the main brunt of the pain - if not for his enhanced lung implants the smoke and heat alone could have killed him. But he was alive.

Turning his eyes to the young woman, Northstar slowly reached for his weapon once more, for it was pushed to the nearby wall after the explosion of pour. His body was wounded, his power was drained, and he didn't know of his opponent. It was a bad situation he began to realise as he began to swell with Force Energy. Taking in as much as he possibly could.

Dromund Kaas
Unknown office building
Objective: reengage Sith.

Ordo pushed up to his knees and then slowly to his feet. The slowness was to test hia body and see it anything was broken, again. He was in one piece and he would definitely feel alot worse when the adrenalin stopped pumping, but he was alive, for now.

Ordo checked his ripper and his bes'bev. Both were intact. He reloaded the ripper and holstered it. Then he checked his grenades and found none missing. Finally he pulled his fragstorm off it's magnalock and started for the stairwell. He had to rejoin the troops heading to the palace as soon as he could.

It was fortunate that Ayra wasn't an amateur and had come into a fire fight prepared. The ear plugs that were inside her ears activated the moment Northstar let loose his rage in the form of a Force Scream. Temporarily, Ayra became deaf as the plugs sealed out the sounds of the Force Scream from puncturing her ear drums and deafening her on a permanent basis. When the decibels around her returned to a level in which they would not harm their owner, the ear plugs deactivated and the sounds of flame, moaning and her rabid breath came back to her.

The resulting Force Scream had forced her skidding backwards when she was about to launch her attacks on Northstar. Her Force Rage kept her held up, as she tried to force her way through the Force energy that was making her go backwards. Then the explosion happened and that sent her off her feet. She felt the bonds of her Armor break when she rebounded off the wall, creating a small impact crater from where her body has collided with it. She felt wet begin to mat the back of her hair and back and knew from it that she had cut her head, from where she had rebounded off the wall.

Ayra would have felt shock, when she realized that the Mandalorian she was fighting was Force sensitive, and a trained one at that. Unfortunately for Northstar, the brute of the woman had just reached the peak of her hatred for him. Pain was pushed to the side in place of rage, the ruthless Sith Marauder leaving no quarter. She could heal later, but she had to kill now. Anything less would leave a dissatisfaction she could not bear. Her hand swung forward and a strand of lightning burst forth through her leather, black gloves, disintegrating them in the swirling vortex of blue energy as her Force Lightning, empowered by her Force Rage, was headed towards Northstar. She began to step, then enter a jog, but breaking into a sprint towards the Force sensitive Mandalorian as her free hand dropped to her Saberstaff, aiming to attack him after the current of Lightning she had conjured impacted. A swing of her crimson beam came afterwards. She aimed for the Mou Kei, an Mark of Contact designed to sever all of Northstar's limbs in a circular motion of her Saberstaff. She ignited the secondary beam to help in this circular attack when she descended upon him.

Where were we again? Ah yes, Kyr's plan. Let's pretend that his writers has actually posted since page four and that crazy shiz hasn't gone down everywhere.

"Zack, move. Walker's too big. I'll tackle its insides." He grunted as he reached the top of the building. There was blaster fire everywhere, and he observed the sky which rained down hell between the massive clashing Mandalorian and Sith Fleets. It was nice to see that he could clearly tell which was which, with the Mythosaur being the biggest ship on the block from what he could tell. There was also a flurry of angry shots being sprayed around from the advancing Imperial Column, attempting to crush the invading Mandalorians, you returned fire as best they could. He wasn't sure if the jump was even feasible with all the other vehicles and soldiers down below, but he went for it anyway, without even a second though or a moment of hesitance. He took a leap of faith between his building and the top of the droids walker, relying on his jet pack to carry him the rest of the way. He had an idea of how to get it, as after all, they pilots needed someway to get to the cockpit.

Location: Dromund Kaas
Exact area in location: One of the streets of Kaas City
Objective: Get away from @[member="Basaba Willamina"] and treat his wounds

Asar just narrowly evaded the shots shot by the Mandalorian. The motion was pure instinct as his focus was fully aimed at his wounds. He limped away from the woman as fast as he could. After some time that seemed as eternity leaned against the wall to catch his breath. The Mandalorian was nowhere to see, fortunatelly. Now Asar could tend to his wounds. He slowly searched the street for an empty house. When he finally found it, he removed his helmet very carefully and entered the house. First and the most important thing right then was to get the shrapnel out of his left arm. As he grabbed the piece sticking out of the arm and pulled just a bit, horrible pain errupted in his left side of his body. It was obvious the shrapnel was deeper than he thought at first. However, this was not time for weakness. Asar clenched the teeth and with one quick motion, he pulled out the piece of grenade. The Kel-Dor howled in pain. He felt his consciousness drifting away and almost succumb.

"No!" he shouted both in his head and aloud. The Apprentice shook head to clear it. With clenched teeth, he stood up and looked around for first aid, but found none. His brownish skin got pale from loss of blood, but Asar didn't give up. He bandaged his hand with a piece of cloth he tore from bedcloths he found in one of the cabinets. Then he kneeled down and started meditating, sitting on his heels. If he wanted to join the fight again, his wounds had to be mended enough for him to fight again. And he knew that Dark Side could provide such mending. He immersed himself fully into The Dark Side around and within him, keeping himself on the border of the meditation, trance and sleep. This would going to take a long, long time, but he knew, once he finished the meditation, he would be ready to join the fight again.

Karsh Lithern

The Living Mutation
Karsh had spent enough time doing his own petty tasks. He was bored. He wanted death to flow from his fingers and into the miserable bodies of others. Starting his calculations for exactly what he needed to do, Karsh sat down in his personal work space aboard his AEG-77 Vigo. Screens flashed and numbers were rolling all while Karsh read and observed every bit at the same time. The atmospheric pressure wouldn't be too bad. The cities would allow for good sneaking and the hyperspace jump wouldn't be too bad.

He was going to Dromund Kaas.

After the jump, it took a while to maneuver the ship so he wouldn't be seen or detected by unwanted presences. The ship picked up speed and shot into the atmosphere. He had to make this quick. The ship was in a dangerous nosedive hurtling towards the ground below. At the right moment, Karsh brought the ship out and leveled it into a safe flight pattern. He chose a nice, safe alley well away from any attention of the battle. But it had been here. Bits of buildings were strewn about everywhere, and everything had just a hint of war slapped on it. Now he would go looking for a fight. He craved it

The problem was where? Where was it all at? He set off using the Force to speed his long, silent strides. Sticking to the shadows without a single sound. This was what he could do best. He was looking for a fight when he suddenly stopped. From an office building a Mandalorian. Immediately Karsh started his Force whisper. A tactic used to bring the biggest strongest men to their knees. Out of fear. It was loaded with thick layers of dark Force.

Northstar dove behind a nearby table as the arc of electricity shot his way, illuminating the surrounding room for a brief moment in it's blinding blue color. But as it died away, he rose again to line a shot at the woman but instead had to flip backward to avoid the woman's attack - feeling the heat of her saber as it swung close to his legs mid jump.

As the man flew backwards, Northstar lined up and fired 2 shots to keep her from attacking until he was firmly on his feet. Ducking behind the same pillar the young woman had been at prior, Northstar continued to siphon energy - a glowing lamp to anyone whom was sensitive to it's touch. His power was nearing half of his usual strength, less than anything to use.

He had revealed his secret to the young woman, and now he had to kill her. Waiting a long moment for his body to cease it's trembling, he used his least draining form of Force attack, his Shadow. Guiding his senses about the room for a moment, he sought the best way to reach the young woman without being wounded. Planning swiftly, he launched into motion.

Turning round the corner and charging to the nearby wall, he ran up and kicked straight backwards like a bullet. When he began to descend he placed his empty hand down, gripping his empty Blaster he had discarded, then vaulted again. This flight he took the second to reload both pistols.

When he landed, Northstar spun to face the woman whom was now less then 5 feet away, and begun to unleash a torrent of blasts.

Ordo walked out of the office building after he checked for snipers and troops. It was not as active here as farther into the city. His mad flight to escape the explosion he had caused must have sent him farther off course than he had estimated. He checked his HUD to confirm and found he was indeed south and west of the main battleground.

Ordo held his C-M Fragstorm up to his shoulder and walked toward his vode. Then as he thought he was alone he felt it. The back of his thick neck began to prickle and his heart rate increased. It was a force user. A saber jockey was close. Ordo didn't know where but the forcie was nearby.

Ordo stopped and bolted to the side of the street and pressed his broad back against the duracrete wall. The sound of his black armor scraping against the duracrete was the only sound close by.

Suddenly he felt a pressure on his mind and knew from experience what that meant. There was an enemy forcie with line of sight on him. Ordo felt a pang of fear and anxiety creep into his thoughts and quickly began reciting hyperdrive calculations in his head. The preasure lessened but Ordo still didn't know where his new friend was hiding.

Ordo dropped to a knee and put his black crushgaunt to his head.

'This is going to be a long day.' He said to himself.

Karsh took a pause. The suffering he saw was beautiful. But he couldn't kill this man with his whisper, despite having done it before. No, Karsh would kill him with his lightsaber, of which he had a simple replacement while the other one was being worked on. In a whispery voice he sent a telepathic message. "Do you know where you are?" It looked as if he were going to speak, "NO, let me answer that." Karsh still with the raspy, quiet voice told him, "you are on the home planet of the Sith Empire. And son, looks like the Gods don't like you, because you're alone and I'm Sith." He let the fear swell, then stepping from the shadows. Karsh revealed himself.

But he had his hood on.

He let it down.

He showed the mandalorian his eyeless, noseless, earless, face. He then stretched open the strands of skin linking between his mouth and let the whisper go as he slowly approached.
