Turning away from her conversation with [member="Joza Perl"], Daska saw a young Patoran woman approaching her. Shaking her hand, she couldn't help but detect a false note in her enthusiastic tone.
"It cost what one would expect," she replied, not wanting to go into detail over the financial disputes of the company with this judgemental stranger right away. "Of course, it's hard to keep the venue classy when it's a nightclub, not a restaurant, but according to customers I've managed it." She knew that clubbing and class would be hard to blend together well, but [member="Priscilla Genesis"] had been the first to suggest - or think, since she hadn't yet said it outright - that she hadn't succeeded, and that was fine. It would be impossible to please everyone, and so far she had not only pleased the majority of customers, she'd pleased herself.
