- Modular: Utility Belt :: Store small items such as stim packs, medpacs, grenades, and more.
- Heads Up Display :: Allows remote viewing, recording, and zooming in on the visual scene in front of the wearer. It also provides atmospheric and environmental conditions, direction, information regarding the suit's status (including reserve air remaining), and warnings of health abnormalities of the wearer (such as high heart rate).
- Exoskeletal Reinforcement, Enhanced :: Framework of technology that enhances the strength and speed of the wearer. While it takes an extended duration to get up to full speed, the reinforcement can enable chasing certain vehicles and even scaling surfaces an unassisted humanoid would find impossible.
- Dynamic Gravimetric Control Unit :: When cresting certain inclines at speed it can be difficult to change directions. A localize gravity-field can rapidly reorient the wearer to localized surfaces; the momentum or inertia built is not dissipate, merely the direction of travel is altered.
- Secure-Lock Mounts :: Enables storing even large, portable weapons using one or both instant-lock mount points on the back. Gear can be stored instead of weaponry as needed.
- Sealable & Life Support :: Able to survive on a self-contained supply of air and an internally-regulated environmental settings for an extended period of time. Under certain environmental conditions a rebreather can be used instead to conserve the self-contained oxygen supply.
- Climate Controlled :: Thermoguard Bodyglove and Bistate Gel allow maintaining a constant thermal environment inside of the armor even in sweltering or freezing conditions.
- Polarizing Visor :: Protects the wearer's eyes from sudden exposure to bright lights, including the filtered rays of a star when in space.
- Magnetic Boots :: Provides secure footing especially in space on magnetic surfaces, similar to Magno-Grip Boots.
- Encrypted Transmitter/Receiver :: Secure remote communication with fellow Imperium officers and nearby Command.
- Local Communication :: A vocabulator and annunciator allow the wearer to communicate with nearby lifeforms openly and freely.
- Mental Dampening :: Void Stone has been incorporated into the helmet of the armor to provide protection against telepathic and Force intrusions that can cripple an operative in the field.
- Solar Knight >> With thick enough metal plating, anything can be blocked. This armor has a great deal of Titanium and Chromium to absorb blaster fire and kinetic impacts.
- Solar Acolyte >> A thermal regulating bodyglove, some bistate gel, and a little technology keeps the heat or cold at bay.
- Solar Intensity >> Enhancements to the reinforcing exoskeleton enables the wearer to deliver inhuman levels of strength behind any melee weapon's strike -- provided the weapon itself can endure such forces.
- Solar Embrace >> With enough room to build up speed, a Venatrix can climb surfaces others cannot using enhanced speed and the localized gravity field generator. This allows pursuit of hostile targets even in urban terrain despite the lack of a jetpack (though requiring significant more strain on the wearer).
- Solar Flare >> Wearers already need to be in peak physical condition, but a little extra at the right moment can make all the difference -- whether that strength is used to keep a hydraulic door open, deliver a knock-down blow to a sturdy opponent, or put a little extra hustle while wearing the armor.
- Acid << The armor is weak to acid. While its thick plates of metal would require time for the acid to eat through to the wearer its bulk makes it difficult to remove large portions of it quickly.
- Solar Massive << The armor is quite heavy, requiring the wearer to be in excellent physical condition. The Imperium expects its forces to be engaging in regular physical exercise.
- Dimensionality << If caught off guard, the localized gravity field alteration could be used against the wearer causing them to 'fall upward' or in other inhuman directions, which could expose them to hazards others wouldn't even begin to conceive. Falling upward in perpetuity into outer space, perhaps, or through a falling cascade of lava.
- Starlight << This behemoth armor is not subtle -- in fact, it is quite loud -- nor was it ever built to be. Anyone that sees a Venatrix coming would be wise to relocate elsewhere.
The Astrorum Imperium has no problem being bombastic. Their huntresses wear armor that reflects the desire they not only be feared, but seen to be feared on the battlefield. A Star, after all, does not hide -- it annihilates. As its forerunner, Anvil was being sent into the wilds of the galaxy, and so they poured effort into crafting a particular suit of armor for their reconnaissance and special forces unit. Their mission was to seek and destroy the Imperium's unwitting enemies, after all.
Since Anvil's arrival into the wider, more populous regions of the galaxy she has used her own skill in the Forge to... adapt her armor to galactic forces. Many armors made by the Imperium, for example, are dreadfully exposed when it came to combat with a lightsaber-wielding opponent; it was a weakness Anvil addressed by reinforcing the armor's construction with phrik. Void stone was also added to the helmet to ward off telepathic or Force-based mental assaults. Such changes did require some sacrifices, of course, such as the increased susceptibility to or danger from corrosive substances.
With her time among the Mandalorian Empire, Anvil has contemplated other designs to mirror the less physically demanding constructions of galactic armors -- the Mandalorian armor, for example, and its incorporation of beskar. For now, however, she continues to wear the armor from home.
