SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Jetpack - Whether used to jump to a great height or in sustained aerial flight, the jetpack allows a Mandalorian to move around on the battlefield.
  • Stealth System - While a stealth field generator conceals the wearer from the visual spectrum, the thermoguard bodyglove conceals them from infrared and thermal scanners. The generator can also reduce the noise made by movement.
  • Polarizing Visor - Reduces the eye strain from harsh, bright light found on some planets.
  • Air Filter - Removes large particulate (e.g. smoke, ash, dust) while supplying a fresh supply of oxygen from the surrounding environment.
  • Sensor Suite - A variety of sensor packages including infrared, thermal, ultraviolet, motion, environmental conditions, radiation, and more for the working Mandalorian.
  • Heads Up Display - Sensor readings, text-based communication, and more can be overlayed on a wide field of vision displayed on the interior of the helmet.
  • Encrypted Comlink - A large antenna allows for an extended planetary range, while the encryption module ensure confidentiality when arranging lucrative jobs.
  • Sealed with Reserve - Full body suit with helmet designed to survive exposure to space. Plus a reserve tank of oxygen-nitrogen mix that is activated when a vacuum is detected, or manually in the event of hostile environmental conditions.
  • Power Pack - Long lasting power source for worn electrical devices. Can also serve as en emergency power source for external equipment provided a suitable converter or connection is available.
  • Tactile Gloves - Skin-tight material allowing the wearer to feel every surface as though they weren't even there, but still providing environmental protection.
  • Forearm Interface - Readily available command and control interface for holonet interactivity, activating the comlink, and signaling her ship for extraction.
  • Modular: Two Vambraces - Mini flame projector, wrist blaster, retractable wrist blades, wrist laser, dart launcher, snare/grappling line, whistling birds, stun prods, repulsor, shield emitter, wrist rocket launcher, computer spike, and other wrist or forearm mountable equipment can be installed in various configurations based on mission loadout requirements.
  • Modular: Utility Belt - Able to hold an assortment of grenades, ammunition, tools, pouches, holsters, bacta injectors, and more.
STRENGTHS
  • Stealth System - A stealth generator and thermoguard bodyglove obscures the wearer from the visible, infrared, and thermal spectrum; as well as suppresing noise when moving at low speed.
  • Enclosed Suit - Able to survive decompression or hazardous environments as long as the air tank holds out.
  • Beskar Defense - The refined and forged metalsmithing of the Mandalorians provides considerable protection against blasters, blades, slugthrowers, and blasts. Even a certain amount of lightsaber exposure can be held off or deflected. The metal is resilient against a great deal of abuse before repair or replacement is necessary.
  • Force Defense - While the effectiveness wil vary on ability and strength, a void stone lattice interwoven in the armor helps deflect or weaken Force powers turned against the wearer. No one likes the idea of getting Force Choked in the middle of a duel.
WEAKNESSES
  • Limited Spectrum - The stealth field generator does not cover the entire spectrum, nor does it conceal the wearer from those adept at using the Force to detect people or experience premonitions. While it can still conceal the wearer if they run, the noise of moving will exceed design specifications and may result in those close enough knowing someone somewhere is nearby (or drawing closer).
  • Emergency Clean Air - While vacuum exposure can automatically activate the air tank resevoir (even if unconscious), utilizing the system to protect against hazardous or poisonous fumes requires manual activation before sufficient exposure results in being incapacitated or killed.
  • Beskar Not Magic - The unyielding metal can protect against much including explosive blasts; however, that does not necessarily mean the wearer goes unharmed in all circumstances. Strong concussive forces can still injure the wearer (e.g. whiplash and even internal injuries), and prolonged lightsaber exposure is not recommended.
  • Force Denial - Given the proximity of the void stone lattice to the suit's wearer, the wearer will experience significant difficulty calling upon the Force themselves.
DESCRIPTION
Aria Nox built her own Mandalorian suit of armor following back to back near death experiences leaving her adrift in the galaxy. As a young armorer herself, she had the materials and skills necessary to construct it personally. Various components were included in order to survive in a galaxy full of thugs, mercenaries, militaries, and Force Users; people don't hire Mandalorians to tackle the easy assignments, and a woman has to earn a living.

Crafted using beskar, this armor is particularly strong against blasters, blades, slugs, and even lightsabers. However, it the armor is not without its chinks in the armor -- the beskar does not fully enclose the joints in order to allow for unrestricted movement. A necessary trade off, which Mandalorians are trained to avoid leaving exposed to foes that know how to aim. Likewise, incorporating void stone into the design affords some protection against Force Users, but there are plenty of abilities that can't be shrugged off like a blaster bolt to the shoulder pad.

Meanwhile, the stealth system is designed to allow the wearer to sneak in or out of a tight spot when guarded by your average person. Well-trained Force Users likely won't have a problem finding her, and even with the right sensor or defense grid the stealth field is far from comprehensive. While it can be used on the battle field, it's doubtful any tactical advantage would result attempting to toggle the field on and off repeatedly (area of effects -- like grenades -- work just as well visible or not) -- and a Mandalorian doesn't need to hide when a battle is joined.
