Vashti rarely speaks, and when she does it is either behind her helmet or in isolation. When she does speak, she has a sultry voice with an accent reminiscent of that of British-India (think Shohreh Aghdashloo, a la Expanse).
BIOGRAPHY:
BORN ON MIDVINTER
[SIZE=10pt]Vashti was born on the planet of Midvinter, to a humble and modest couple of traders. She grew up an ordinary life in the never ending snow, gathering and foraging goods to sell to the off-worlders. Her family lived in a small commune that often dealt with Slavers and other Galactic Scavengers. Her father was a handy man, a jack-of-all-trades in electronics. Her mother was a loving caregiver, and always had a smile on her face. Her parents barely made enough to feed the three of them, barely making enough to put a shelter over their heads every night. They scrapped by, day-to-day for eight years, until Vashti's world changed from reasonable peace to a life of indoctrination.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]Vashti awoke to the sounds of crackling wood, high pitched bolts and the screams of familiar voices. Her home was burning down around her, the night sky twinkling above. She jumped from her bed and ran out of her home, screaming for her parents. Only to be confronted by something a child couldn't comprehend. Her parents, sleeping in red velvet snow, with a group of titanium titans standing around her. "Shackle her", a processed voice rang through a helmet.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]As she was dragged away, the levity of the scene began to hit her undeveloped brain. Her family, friends all lay dead. Her village and home was burning, and she lay shackled and enslaved. The Sith troopers dragged her onto their ship, kicking and screaming. Some of the troopers who were on site report the ship trembling, as if a tremendous pressure was caving it in. Some men reported tight throats, as if tiny hands were gripping their throats.[/SIZE]
SITH RISING
[SIZE=10pt]From that moment on, Vashti has stripped of everything and sold into conscription of the Sith Order. She spent her adolescence and early adulthood training to become a Master Sith Interrogator. She was well on her way, having reaching the rank of Sith Marauder within under a decade of beginning her forced training. She was to become the rank of Sith Lord, but her Proving did not end well in her favour. Being sent on a mission to recover a highly dangerous traitor of the Sith Order, Vashti was overcame by her prey. The fault in her actions, misjudging her opponent, lead her to being improperly frozen in Carbonite for over 100 years.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]Her remains floated around the Galaxy, being pawned off as an Exotic Decoration for many Slum Lords. It was in the a palace of Slum Lord on Tatooine that she was discovered by a retired cybernetics operator, Kadal Kodo. After examining the remains, he discovered that they were the perfect candidate for Cybernetic Body replacement. He created Vashti's current body, and worked with integrating a neural link between her brain and the new body. This took Vashti over a decade to master, and recover her what little memory she had left of her former life. As the last step to his project, Kadal installed a secondary AI brain into Vashti's body. This brain is not a separate[/SIZE][SIZE=10pt] entity, but improves her cognitive abilities exponentially. After the AI was installed, this gave Vashti access to her memories. This was a traumatic experience, and as a result of it, Vashti killed Kadal in a fury of flashbacks. The force returned to Vashti at this moment, although she did not have the control she had before with it. Her new body had imposed challenges on connecting with the flow of the Force.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=10pt]After leaving Tatooine, she worked off and on for The First Order and other individual contractors. She made a small fortune playing all sides in the Outer rim, allowing her to purchase her custom IM-005 and maintain her cybernetic body. She is still looking for leads into who terrorized her life all those years ago, back on Midvinter. She is also looking for a Force user who can reveal to her on how to grow her Force abilities with her new Cybernetic body. Whether she has to "train" or rip it from whomever's skull herself. She did not want to be indoctrinated into the mindset of "hokey" fools again. And besides that, she was barely human anymore. It wasn't hard to snuff out what doesn't benefit you. She can be found in the Outer Rim, acquiring leads for her motivations.[/SIZE]
