Aboard the Sanctum- in orbit around Kwenn

FWISH!!!
If sound could be heard in the vacuum of space, that would have been the noise the Confederacy ships would make when they came out of hyperspace. But since that was not the case, the confederacy silently zapped into view just above the planet Kwenn.

On the bridge of the Sanctum, Feena reviewed the plan. Carefully. Always so careful. she paced back and forth, trying to ignore the space sickness she knew she would get very soon, the instant she set foot on the shuttle.

"Lets see... The first objective... the space station... That is easy enough," she mumbled to herself, pacing back and forth, "And then the capital... They can handle that..."

"Lady Archon?"

"Not now," she snapped, going back to her datapad, "And then The templars..."

"My Lady!"

"And then the..."

"LADY ARCHON!!"

"WHAT!?"

Feena blinked at the view port, realizing at once why she was being called.

"...Oh. We're here?" She blushed and closed the datapad. Clearing her throat she said, "Well then... I suppose I should call the meeting."

She crossed the bridge, hit a button and announced over the ships PA system:

"All teams please report to the bridge for briefing. Repeat: All teams report to the bridge."

Feena stowed the data pad inside her crisp white uniform and waited with her hands neatly folded in front of her. Nervous was not exactly the word for what she felt now. It was a mix between the horrible need to vomit and giddy childish excitement.
The game was on.

Vorhi smirked. Although his busted arm had kept him out of the action, he was finally ready to raise some hell, now that he was off medical leave. It was time for the Teras Kasi genius, Knight of the Templar Mystics, Seeker of Lost Knowledge, and o a lesser degree, the Lord of the Dance, to have a little fun. He walked in and saluted the Lady Archon, smirking. Well, okay, he saluted slightly to the left of the Archon. A corny joke, but hey, it was nice to laugh at his issues instead of ignoring them.

He smirked at the room. "Okay, so which of you crazy folk is going to help a blind old fool play a little game of planet side prison break? I'll spot who ever comes first three points..." he said with a grin. He was...peppy today. Weird.

Keter was silent as he stood alone in the room, arms folded across his chest. Appearances were important, so he had been forced away from his wife's side for this little...sideshow. Keter cared not for the planet they were fighting for. He was here because Feena was. He would fight for her. Because that is what he did. Because he needed her to to be secure in the knowledge of his loyalty. Because he knew what he was planning would test that trust she had in him. Besides, he could hardly be around her all the time, though he wished he could be. He had noticed the worries straining the Archon, and how her health, though stable, was refusing to improve. The girls were being raised more by his retinue than their parents. Something would have to be done about that before it was too late.

But as always, Keter kept his tumult of thoughts to himself, the ring around him flickering as the array powered up. With Feena's promotion to Archon, he had splashed out on purchasing a hologram communications device for the Inferno Duo. He knew he would appear on the bridge, present at the meeting as if he was actually there, whilst the others would be presented to him as a small hologram just in front of him, giving him some idea of the people gathered. This was just a formality for his wife anyway. Keter doubted he would be tasked with anything at all. Besides, he had his own plans to consider. The blond briefly wondered if the CIS engineers he had contracted had managed to finish their duties yet...

Valarr exited the lift onto the bridge, and parted the people waiting for it and strode through them. He was a head taller than all of them, and his presence was easily noticeable. He paced with long strides, and had now adorned his armour, though armour only in name, it was a light breastplate meant to deflect, not to block. Lightness was all he desired, speed equalled efficiency. The time was now, it was dictated, to take the planet of Kwenn. It was said there was a Sith Academy, and so Valarr, along with other Templars, had been assigned to destroy it, everything inside, and then relieve the Imperial Sect sieging the planet's surface. This would be interesting.

Valarr moved to the forefront of the bridge, and smiled politely at the few there already. He had not put his hood up yet, and so his piercing magenta eyes almost glared at those there, and his coal-black hair weighed heavy on his head, and fell to almost shoulder-height. "I presume this is the briefing area? A lovely area, no doubt. A pleasure to meet you all."

Gerion was not here to contribute in any meaningful way. Far from it, he was here to commentate, observe, and supervise. These were his strong suites, particularly when the aforementioned commentary involved scathing criticism. The doors to the bridge slid open, revealing the grim faced and forbidding Umbaran holding a simple datapad, flanked by the two IG-100 MagnaGuards that comprised his recurring personal escorts. Uttering no greeting and making no great fanfare of his arrival, Gerion and his aides stood far enough out of the way as to not interrupt the proceedings, but close enough to hear their goings on.

Kwenn was a relatively innocuous planet, its primary attraction being an orbital station above it. It would be interesting to see how these ruffians handled securing it. Elsewhere in the Galaxy, a legion of Vong-shaped clones were paving a green swath across dozens of systems. Far faster than Gerion could ever hope to observe or even catch up to them. Gerion did not like the tales surrounding these clones, largely because a boom in the cloning business meant a bust in the droid industry. Hopefully those clones were only for a limited run. Otherwise, Hypori would have many more problems than just labor disputes...

Phoebe stood on the bridge arms crossed waiting for the briefing to begin. She knew what her job was to be in this dominion and she was more than ready. It would be quite interesting to go though the old Sith Temple and explore after doing a little clean up first of course. Nothing could ever be simple but what fun would it be if it was that simple? She was itching to get down there and put herself to go use. This briefing while necessary she felt was just annoying fluff but Phoebe would never say such things to anybody.

She knew what was at stake here, she had read the information but before they just destroy something she wished to explore it and if the other Templars had an issue with it well they would just have to deal with it. Phoebe at the core was still a leader and she would not be told that she couldn't by them because they didn't know. Anything and everything in there could be useful in one way or another.

Ruusan was in the middle of suspended crunches when the call to the bridge came. She was really going to have to stop spending time in with the clones before she ended up like the Lady Archon. She crunched grabbed the bar freed her feet and dropped to the floor. She wiped off and wearing her BTU trousers, olive drab muscle shirt, jungle boots and dog tags, she walked to the briefing area. She would light a Cigar but their were Preggers all over the bleedin place lately and she was hoping to avoid the curse with kindness. She walked on to the bridge and tied her red hair into a bun and took a spot where she could see and hear the Lady Archon clearly.

Enough people had gathered at Feena would not feel guilty in the least starting without them. They should not have been late, after all. Besides, she could have her 'speech' sent to the others. She couldn't wait. If she did, they might fall behind schedule, and Feena just could NOT have that.

"I am glad so many of you responded so quickly. Thank you for your cooperation."

Feena looked around at the others as she opened the little holodevice in her hand and set it on the ground. An image of the space station presented itself to the group.

"First, I am sure that majority of you are well aware of the space station and our plans for it. We have purchased the very best equipment to outfit this space station as a medical facility. I will take a team with me to assist in the installation process. Now, I know this sounds like a very boring project for some of you, but let me remind you how essential such a medical base such as this one is. If we can get this place up and running, we will have one of the most sophisticated medical facilities in the Galaxy at our disposal. Those of you wishing to join me in this operation, stay behind with me."

She pressed a button and the image shifted. This time, to a ruined temple.

"Next, we shall address the issues of the Sith remnants."

She looked slightly uncomfortable for a split second, but quickly pushed that aside. It was time for her medication again.

"It has come to our attention that a Sith Master has taken up residence here, in this very temple. Simple as this may sound to some of you, there is something of a catch... We received word of civilian hostages inside. Your task is to infiltrate the temple, liberate the hostages, and... eradicate the Sith presence.

She looked around to ensure she was being followed before moving on. A new image appeared. The capital city.

"That brings me next to the capital city. You all by now should have received a message briefly explaining the situation there, but allow me to explain again. In the wake of the Empires disbanding, there appears to be a bit of a power struggle. Seeing the chance, certain individuals have taken it upon themselves to grab up power while they may. The capital city is now under siege. It is the objective of our military forces to engage and break this siege in two major zones. First, a team will join with the local militia to eliminate the enemies just outside the walls. A second group shall travel outside of the city to eliminate the reserve forces at their base. The mission there is to gather whatever valuable data may be available, take out whatever imperials remain, and, well..."

She cleared her throat, hit another button and the image disappeared.

"'Boom'."

The Archon folded her hands together, looking as calm as ever.

"Our political team shall then take it from there. Does anyone have any questions? Do we all know where we are supposed to be?"

Rushing into the room, the Mando child veered into the back of the crowd in time to hear the words 'infiltrate' and 'Sith Temple'. Yes! That was something she could do! Her tiny size and quick toes would help get into nooks and crannies and and and, well, she needed hear no more. Sliding through the small crowd to @[member="Phoebe Draclau"], Ginnie took the woman's hand. "I'm coming with you, issat ok Phoebe?" Her helmet cocked to the side, the audio processors working to allow the deaf girl to hear.

Helped quite well, with her armour on she had better hearing than any regular humanoid. Even better for seeing if the hostages were still living. "Um! I… I have a question." The 4'11" pink armoured girl toddled up closer to @[member="Feena Mason"], "Where do we take the hostages after we get them outa there? Is there going to be evac on our six?"

The Archon turned her attention to the voice. Not seeing her right away, she made a face, wondering if she was going mad. Until she realized that the voice was coming from a child. A bright, pink armored child. She was tempted to crouch down until she was eye level with the girl, but crouching was so very undignified and her back did hurt...

"After the hostages are evacuated, you shall escort them to the nearest camp. Here-"

Feena hit a button and the holographic image of a map appeared. She pointed to a spot, showing the child.

"From there, a shuttle shall take them to the space station where they will be fed and looked after until we have secured the planet."

She looked around, half thinking that she really should forbid the little girl from going on such a dangerous mission. But thinking on it, it was not her place.

"Are there any more questions?"

"Yes." Gerion coldly announced. "Am I to believe that this station's purpose as a refueling and supply depot is to be overwritten in favor of a medical facility?"

He didn't want to believe that was the case, but the Archon's language seemed to imply it. Kwenn Station was the last major refuel and supply depot for starships entering the Outer Rim. To gut it completely it in favor of a glorified, orbital hospital struck Gerion as frivolous. Such a change would wreak havoc with the trade routes heading into Confederate space and erode the value of the Kwenn system considerably. Besides, the space station was nearly three thousand meters in length and two thousand meters in height. No one needed that much hospital.

The mention of a rogue Sith cell didn't register with Gerion. He was no longer involved with their ilk and felt no sympathy for their impending destruction. A waste of talented Force Users- nothing more.

Feena felt a little wave of annoyance, but she quickly controlled it and turned to the man with a fresh smile.

"No. Not entirely," she answered, "Only a portion is to be converted. Are you aware of the size of the station? Converting the entire thing would cost us several fortunes and take time that we simply do not have to dedicate to a project."

She was about to move on and invite further questions, but his tone... she did not like his tone. Disrespect would not be tolerated. Not toward her and not towards anyone else.

"And I ask that you kindly mind your tone."

There. Her smile was calm as ever, but behind the smile her meaning was quite clear. She may be the Archon, she may be a pacifist healer, but she was not going to be a door mat.

"If that is all the questions, then you are dismissed."

Gerion raised an eyebrow, curious as to this "tone" of which she ordered him to watch. He had spoken with as much cold indifference as he usually did. How impudent. Though not nearly as much as her informing him as to the size of the station. Of course he knew the size of the station. Hence why he had raised the question in response to the Archon's frustratingly vague declaration that the orbital structure would be "outfitted as a medical facility."

Regardless of that slight, Gerion opted to press his pestering of the Archon.

"I've several more, actually." Gerion said, retrieving a pair of spectacles from his breast pocket that he could more clearly read his datapad. "What precisely were the determining factors in selecting Kwenn Station for this facility? It seems a dangerous place considering our past interactions with the nearby Syndicate."

Feena sighed. In truth, she had not picked this out, nor did she come up with any of these plans or strategies. She was simply the messenger. But she had to hold her head up and do what she could. She glanced down at her wrist chrono impatiently.

"This plan came from the council of Masters while I was on medical leave. I was only handed this project recently. If you have questions regarding this decision, I will refer you to one of them. You may ask away once our tasks are complete. For now, I am going to do my job, and I recommend, sir, that you do yours.
If you find you are not... up for the job, then you are more than welcome to go take the day off. Enjoy."

She smiled and bowed to the others gathered.

"That of course goes for the rest of you as well. Those that are unable to do their duty, stay behind. The rest of you, Best of luck and may the Force be with you. You are dismissed."

Gerion gave a soft, possibly contemptuous, hmph. "Disappointing."

He noted this apparent gap in communication on his datapad. The Archon not being in the same loop as the Council of Masters and then readily approving some project of theirs without subjecting it to review was marginally disconcerting. Just how long "recently" is was also somewhat of a mystery. A stretch of the truth, no doubt. He couldn't imagine this project was in such dire need of completion that a cursory look-over would have sacrificed far, far too much time. Her impertinence was much more apparent this time around, suggesting that Gerion had found a way under her skin. How droll. Still, if moderate antagonization was what this dominion needed to shell its posts out, far be it for Tyrin to pass up the job.

He turned on his heel and made for the exit, escorts following close behind. He noted the Archon's hurried dismissal and implication that Gerion couldn't do his job. Oh, if only she knew. He would be on the station to observe the facility's installation later, though he made a note to torment the Archon just a little bit more. No slights unpunished, after all.

"Phoebe, why are they fighting? Aren't we supposed to be working together?" Ginnie said to @[member="Phoebe Draclau"]. Grabbing the woman's hand, the tender girl watched @[member="Gerion Ardik"] and @[member="Feena Mason"] bicker. How was it supposed to work to their advantage if someone's questions weren't dealt with? It did sound a lot like Feena meant to say the whole station would be made into a gigantic medical facility.

"So, whose in charge then? Where's our dropship for that Sith Master guy? I wanna go kill him! Kill him with fire!" She started tugging at Phoebe's hand, hoping to drag the woman along. "There are hostages! They need us! They need us like Felicity needs her Mommy!"

And Feena was done. This one wanted drama? He was not going to get it from her. There were things to do and she did not have the time to answer every question that was thrown at her, especially when the only purpose of the question was the make her look like a fool.
He didn't get it. None of them did. She didn't care how she looked. She was here to get the job done, and get it done on time. There were people who needed help down there. She could not hold things up any longer to answer questions that in no way affected the mission one way or another. Those people, the hostages, they needed help now.

Without a word, she turned on her heel. The rest SHOULD have known where they needed to be. It was all in the briefing package. She was not going to baby soldiers. If they did not know where they were supposed to be, then they needed to try a different career path.

"If you are coming with me, then follow. If not, then you should know where to go."

As the form of @[member="Feena Mason"] dwindled from her HUD, Ginnie huffed and cracked her knuckles. "Felicity's mom needs a nap."

Grunting, and kicking at the ground, the 'warrior' tromped off toward the nearest hangar bay, "Whose coming for the Sith Guy!? I'm coming too! Don't forget me! I'm coming! I'm gonna yank hostages out of deadly deadly peril! With these two hands!" She started grabbing at the air, pretended to pull someone back. "I'm gonna be good at it, too."

Objective B: Imperial Remnant; Team B - Prefab base

The dropships were filling up. Clones after clones after clones, in squads or alone. The hangar bays of the Sanctum were absolutely awash with human men and Mirialan women in identical armor shorting out their weapons and squads and designations and objectives. It was like a chaotic symphony, only it was as orderly as if it had been rehearsed...because it had been. At length, for years, under the watchful eye of Kaminoan cloners. In fact, getting ready on the hangar deck of a cruiser was something the lot of them could probably have done in their sleep.

CC-329 didn't have a squad to set up with or check in with. She'd grabbed her gear out of her footlocker, strapped on, and been hanging out by one of the ships for half an hour by the time the alarm had sounded. It made it easier for her, getting that extra few minutes of head start so her mind didn't attempt to check every single one of her clone brothers and sisters for kill points as they rushed in all at once. By the time the floor was a din of clone noise, she was already safely holed up in one of the dropships destined for the capital city.

She'd only have to check dozens of ways to kill a few of the clones she had been born and raised with, instead of every single one of them.

As the lot of them filed in, Nadir leaned back in her position in the corner of one of the dropship interiors and tried to keep her eyes closed. It didn't work terribly well. The first one into her ship was a pilot, a man with a cornrow cut, holding his helmet. 'Relaxed demeanor conceals self-defense training. Approach from blind side. Cold-cock to side of throat. Two shots to the forehead.' Then the copilot, with a topknot ponytail. 'Notices surroundings. Difficult to take off-guard. High chance to overreact to knife feint. Follow through beneath arm. Finish at throat.' And so on, and so forth. Force, Nadir hated crowds.

All she could do was hope the dropships lifted off soon.
