The kind of smile that people who knew Aris spoke volumes of just how joyful he was. Everything had worked out so far, and while there were still challenges to face, being able to talk was a skill he was pleased to have learned.

He genuinely smiled for a moment when Aris was mentioning the emotional state the man was in. Connel nodded at the strategy, it was sound. Quickly pulling a small pile of credits out to pay for the sandwiches. This would of course bring over Alka who was not going to go for that.

That was the cue the man needed to get up and make his leave, and fast, straight out the door. Connel kept a distance but started to follow.
