A physically fit woman in her mid thirties. Tin appears like any Pantoran with blue skin, somewhat above average height, black hair, and her golden tattoos. The only thing somewhat out of place would be her violet eyes.

-Not nearly as knowledgeable in medical expertise as most of the Vran from whom she gets the Vo.
-Unusually, she possesses the abilities of a Shi, the lesser aspects of the Vo, in spite of her heritage.
-Functionally no force training resulting in almost no abilities that the Vo doesn't already grant or the most inherent abilities.
-In spite of her lack of training her force presence is easily identifiable to force users as she has two, her own and that of her organ. A common problem for those with the Vo.

Tin Zeer is a second generation military family within the Pantoran forces. Both her father and mother were in some manner involved in the military forces before and during her start. Her mother, originally Isil, was half Vran. And a child of Nexus Krae. Though the man was not informed. And the affair was kept somewhat secret. Technically it was documented but for the most part the public wouldn't know anything about the situation. Tin herself is only somewhat aware of the circumstances. Unlike her mother and grandfather, Tin's Vo, a force sensitive organ, manifested itself as though she were a Shi. This is likely due to the dilution of the genes that encompass the organ, as the shapeshifting abilities of the Ven that her grandfather have require the entire body to be greatly influenced by the Vo whereas the Shi can be artificially made far more easily. And so the organ likely defaulted to it's earliest form when the species was originally made. While Tin has made use of these abilities in the past she doesn't typically use them publicly or in training unless she specifically wants to practice with it.
However she has functionally no interest in her Grandfather outside of some curiosity about the origin of her abilities that she's kept fairly hidden. Instead, she considers herself completely of the Pantoran and completely dedicated to them and their planets. It was this, and her own parents entrance, that had her join their military along with some of her siblings. Tin would go on to excel enough in combat and prove herself tactically to get and hold onto positions that could have been quite comfortable. However, she felt that this was not sufficient. While she preferred direct action, that action could not take place if her people only wanted to back down or serve under others. Demeaning themselves further after wards, so she sought out the life of a politician. Though she had very little interest in the complicated socializing, wordplay, and whatever other foolery was involved, she'd seen it before in a different manner in the military. Even there where more bluntness was expected you had people playing games whatever the rank.
And that is where she stands now, quite ready and willing to jump into the front lines to prove she means what she says that Pantora needs to claim more for itself and not yield easily. Though her presence within the military is still existent, it is often as a sort of tactician or advisor, but there are moments that she'll request temporary service again for the sake of a battle, having shown in the past her capabilities in both capacities.
Even so, this too would pass in time. As while she had no major setbacks in office, she could tell it was insufficient in the long term. Perhaps a more lasting impact would be necessary. And so TIn turned to the force, she heard of an order that might accept her. That specifically would be willing to share knowledge, and so she'd seek them out. So that she could learn from them, and perhaps one day bring back that knowledge to her home.
