The hum of the Iron Hand brought little comfort to Malachite. A mechanical brow rose as the servos in his eyes turned, their focus shifted to concentrate on the holonav points. "Here," his voice seemed to drip with malice, the intention made clear as his skeletal digitus connected with the image of Geonosis. Diamond had dispatched the droid to bring the Confederacy into their fold at last. They would not be forgotten, no, he would ensure it. His feet were anchored at his command post, eyes surveyed the crew of droids. "This shall be the sight of our incursion." The words echoed throughout the bridge connecting with the movements of those at work. Golbah City was their goal on this day, as the Iron Hand carved a path through the sea of hyperspace.
Would they be worthy? Malachite wondered if Diamond's decision would work, but his laying waste to the city would only serve as a distraction. A distraction to the end, he thought for a moment, seemingly amused. Refueled, rearmed from their recent incursion against the First Order. Having ravaged their military academy and part of the world itself, Malachite was eager to show the new Confederacy the power of the Iron Knights. And then he answered his own question as he moved away from his post, none of them would be worthy but that did not mean that they could not become worthy. Worthy through the flames, for one can be pure once the fire has destroyed what needed to be destroyed. His servos moved again, this time focused and zoomed in on the time left until they would revert over Geonosis. "Soon."
