Kay stood in shock as [member="Macharius Solaire"] was hit. The words that the droid Commander gave; his excuse for this whole attack was absurd. Under Commenori law, droids were not treated like property. With droid friends such as [member="Ultimatum"] , there was no way that she could treat them as non-sentient beings.

But there was no time for her to tell him that. No time to have even stopped the shot to begin with.

As Macharius dropped to the floor, so did she. Only she did so to try to help him. "Hold on!" Kay grabbed a hold of him and pulled him underneath the table before moving his hand out of the way and placing one of hers over the wound. She then looked to [member="Ravenfire"] , "Turn this table over to give us cover and let me know when it's clear! He needs to get to a med bay right away!" Her attention turned to Mach once again. She lightly tapped his cheek in order to get him to focus on her. "Hey!...Keep your eyes on me, okay?" Help was coming soon. Although help was already here. There was no doubt that those that accompanied her here, [member="Adron Malvern"] , [member="Caedyn Arenais"] , [member="Jairdain"] and [member="Virak Ip"] would spring into action to fight back the droids. She was confident in their abilities. Hopefully not too much.

Raven fired at the droid commander shortly after he had finished his speech. "That should slow you down for shooting someone ( [member="Macharius Solaire"] )." He was then given a command by [member="Lady Kay"]. He did exactly as he was commanded flipping the table. "Yes m'lady here take this bacta patch I always have a spare on me just in case." Raven would hand it over firing at the droids. Ducking whenever he thought he was been shot at.

He looked around at [member="Caedyn Arenais"], [member="Adron Malvern"], [member="Virak Ip"], [member="Jairdain"] he gave them covering fire every so often hopefully they could look after themselves for the most part. Getting his lady out was his main concern. "My Lady we need a discraction there is no way for us to get across with all these droids trained on us."

Caedyn felt the impact of the blaster bolt as if he had taken one himself, the swell of the force growing with enormous surge and suddenly dispersing all at the same time the second that [member="Macharius Solaire"], the Prime Minister of Denon had been struck by the charge of energy and sent crumbling to the floor alongside his Mother, [member="Lady Kay"]. In that split second, fear overtook the boy for he knew not whether it had been his Mother who had been hit or the man for whom he had not known. Beside them, [member="Ravenfire"] was quick to come to their defense and with the movement of Kay Arenais the quick realization of what had occurred resounded within the lad with quick relief and appreciation for all the luck that she had. It did not however diminish the sense of dire urgency and the rising call that death held, reaching out for the fallen male awaiting the end of his life should his friends and allies fail to keep him strong.

The Snap-Hiss of a Cyan Blade cut through the air sharply, Caedyn's left hand having pulled his Lightsaber from his belt and wielding it alongside the lengthened Bo Staff, he quickly moved to deflect several blaster shots away from himself and those that might have been at his back. Stav Kesh was his primary focus, the martial arts of combat and self discipline of the body and mind both physically and mentally; through the strict harnessing of the force, focused, he moved fluidly. Like water, the staff and lightsaber spun in unison creating a weaving of energy in his kata, the boy propelling himself forward against the nearest droids, somersaulting across those non-combatants to land before them and return the aggression against their would be accusers. The Je'daii Order did not promote violence yet he had learned with all his years thus far, how to return it in the time of need.

His lightsaber lacked the frequency of power those of true swords of Force Users held, his ambition never to take a life but rather to immobilize and disarm, to rely upon civil combat that he down his foes yet never take a life. In these droids he was however afforded the reassurance that they were metal beings, programmed and not created by the living force. The cyan blade licked at the air with startling speed, flashes of light bouncing away as his twirling form passed the projectile fire back at their shooters while his staff struck out and again sent another shock-wave through the nearest droid, the hunk of scrap being thrown backwards like a rag-doll as the ever so present Force called to all those sensitive to it's flow, not dark nor light but simply powerful and awe inspiring.

To wield the two weapons in such a way, moving throughout passerby's whom sought to flee the terror, refraining from connecting with anything but the hostile display of violence that was forced upon the defenders of the Systems Alliance as well as the governance of Denon; Caedyn Arenais moved with the Force which flowed throughout his family line, The House Arenais, empowered by the training of his Master, [member="Asha Hex"].

As much as it annoyed her, the words of Detective Reese, her informal Coruscanti parole officer, slithered through her head at times like this. You have potential, Zyrias! You are worth more than a stupid street kid snorting spice, breaking into people’s apartments and shoplifting. Well, actually she told herself that. His words were more like a stern father’s: “You better get your act together, young lady.”

“Sure thing, Reg. I can squeeze in there.” Luckily today Zyrias wore a tight-fitting spacer’s jumpsuit, and her platinum hair was pulled back in an old rag. If she got a little greasy so be it. She could use some marketable skills at the end of the day beyond sabotage and stealing. And to be a top salvager in the galaxy you did need to know your way around the bowels of a ship.

“Alright where do you need me to go? And paid company doesn’t count,” she said with a wink. “But you know Denon probably has places we can go if you’re into that.”

She may have been a teenager, but she’d seen and done things that would make most Jedi squirm. A girl from Junktown had to get by, and she’d learned how to survive. Reggie, the Twi’lek companions he likely sought, all of them on the crew - they were now bound together by a need for credits and yes, company. Might as well make the best of it and make friends as well. She could hear the custom agents boarding the ship. “Um, where am I going?” Her voice took on a frantic tone and pacing commenced as inside one of the ship’s compartments would be a great place to hide from her arrest warrant.

Kait's nerves weren't so tattered that she'd just sit and take that cheesy grin. "Yeah, yeah..." Her eyes rolled, fixing on the rear view. "Pretty heavy security today." She pushed the button for the cargo bay doors again then looked back to see if Brunner was gone. The coast was clear, so she fished around her seat for that canteen of jet juice she had lying around. She'd be damned if she was going into the belly of the beast without it.

On her way to the stern Kait found Zyrias visibly panicking, as much as she was internally. "Ugh, you too? For frack's sake." After a swig of her flask, she grabbed Pax's arm and brought her on a terse frogmarch past the engine room to the escape pods. "Hide in there. Be quiet. Touch nothing." She took off her wrist link and handed it to the girl. "If I say move, you move." Her scowl softened the second she turned to leave.

Heading down to the hold, Kait welcomed the inspection team with authentic lower-Coruscanti vernacular. "Oi oi lads." She went to the hood of her speeder, casually took a seat and carried on drinking.

The speeder shot out from the ramp the wind instantly hitting her with a strong gust. Both hands would grip tight to the handles as she felt her body leave the seat for a second, her legs gripped tight on the frame until she finally was back on the seat. With a quick turn she began to follow the ship towards the landing pad. She knew what was been smuggled in and she didn't like the idea of spice been on-board. She was never a fan of drugs and had destroyed many people who was in that trade. Although they was in debt to the hutts and they where never patient when it came to collecting. Give it time they'd have bounties on their head.

As the ship steered off to a hanger Celty began to check around for one with no people in. All she had to do was create a distraction, something big that would pull as much security away. They'd be able to handle the rest. She began to drop down into an empty hanger five pads away. It had containers in and a Class 720 freighter inside. As the speeder came to a quick stop Celty quickly jumped off and moved the goggles for the porg that was sat between her cleavage. It would meep loudly and flap its wings. lowering her head shed shift her visor up. "Shhhhh little one. Don't wanna get caught." she said confident no one was close to hear her speak. Shed shift her visor back down before looking up and made her way to the terminal. Her hands danced around the keypad typing with haste as she broke her way into a random admin account. "lets see, lets see. distraction what to do." she said to herself nothing outside her helmet would hear her words with the sound proofing. Her fingers remained to dance sealing the doors shut.

She finally decided on a hanger fire. Not only would the building get cleared, but it meant they could get the product off the ship with no search. Her fingers moved faster and faster as she rigged the hanger doors to remain open once the alarm when off, then she began to rig the terminal to explode in fifteen seconds. In a rush she moved the goggles back over her porgs eyes and swung her leg over the seat of the speeder high tailing it out. As she passed the hanger doors she could hear the sound of the terminal burst into flames.

Not being with the royal party, Jairdain sat with the crowd. As the proceedings happened, her attention wandered around her. Her focus went from each presence to the next and stopped in its tracks when it fell on Virak Ip.

His outward appearnce was obviously unknown to her, but what it showed inwardly was enough for her to recognize just who it was. Feeling his annoyance as clear as day, she knew who he was. It was impossible though, Darth Lykos was dead. Their bond that connected them had frayed and broken when that happened. What that darkness did proved that he was the sith lord that had a hand in her corruption.

One of the only people in the galaxy that could pierce through her defences to her mind, Lykos...no it wasn't exactly him. His words were his, but he was different. Maybe time had changed Lykos, but Jairdain did not think so. The blind Master gazed with a focused determination at her former enemy through the Force. His message came to her perfectly and that formerly dead link twinged just slightly.

His words were both those of the Lykos she knew, but altered slightly. The mental tone and display of humor of him was different. It's like the man both was and was not the Lykos she knew.

Within her there was true surprise and shock, enough to cloud her Force sense to emminate attack from the droids. The physical reaction of her would be clear as day on her face, but there was no opportunity to address him mentally before the attack happened.

A single shot was fired first and aimed at the pen Macharius was using to sign the bargain. The mechanical voice of one droid rang out in the now silent hall. That silence did not last long before Caedyn jumped into action. Luckily she wasn't his advisor, but Jairdain let out a sigh before sending a simple thought to Lykos.

"We have much to talk about..." And with that thought, he would get the impression of being boxed around the ears.

Lady Kay stepped forward, asking what it was these droids wanted. A person Jairdain did not know came to stand next to her and advised her again speaking to these droids again. She knew that wasn't to happen though.

More was said by the droids that incated their only interest was with Macharius and presented their logic to the crowd. What was said in return was not at all what she would have said and the droid fired a second shot. This one hitting Macharius squarely in the chest. That was enough for her and Jairdain went into action.

Reaching out with the Force, she heard clearly what Lady Kay called out and assisted Ravenfire to flip that table over and give them addition protection. He said a distraction was needed and she thought of something that might be perfect.

"Cover your eyes."

It was all she said before turning her attention to the droids up in the seating of the balcony. Raising a hand, a broad beam of light would erupt from her fingers. In theory it would effect the photoreceptors of those droids up in the balcony as well as anybody that didn't have their eyes covered. If her plan worked, Ravenfire would be able to pull Kay to safety and make their escape.

After sending the light at those droids, Jairdain would turn her attention to Macharius to see if there was any way she could attempt to heal his wound.

A wave of tension crept through the civilian populace of Denon. Security employees and analyst gathered around the holo-c0m for updates on the situation, which was presently being reported from the ceremony hall. With no interest in current affairs, Sebastian was not among them. Tapping away at a computer terminal, he slid through windows of data and filed reports on every shipment to pass through customs. Of all the jobs he had picked up on his travels, this one was by far the worst.

It was still not as boring as politics.

"Turn up the volume!" An employee called from behind the crowed. Around the corner, in a bunker strewn with grime, Sebastian leaned over a computer screen with a pair of headphones blocking his ears.

With his cheek resting firmly on his fist, he sighed and pressed the keys with one hand, reviewing the data which passed through the system and organizing the cargo into which was clear to pass through and the shipments which required further inspection. The job mostly involved computer work, with almost no mathematics required. Sitting in a white shirt with the top button undone, Sebastian's long coat was slung over the back of his chair. Reviewing the cargo of a vessel name The Forlorn Hope, Sebastian did not pass the shipment through to inspection without gaining an idea.

"Thel!" A muted voice called beneath the synthwave music filling Sebastian's ears. He had not heard and continued to pass through windows, tapping away at the keyboard and clearing shipments. Suddenly, the headphones were wrenched out of his ears and he jolted in shock to see the chief security agent standing behind him. "Headphones are prohibited at work stations! You know that!" The overweight man shouted, causing Sebastian to recoil in anger.

As the man wrenched his music player away, Sebastian glared behind his back, a silent, resentful glare, as he swore to be rid of this place. He turned back around to the computer screen and found the window displaying data on The Forlorn Hope. A big, red border indicated that the ship was currently under inspection for illegal cargo. Thinking for a moment, he decided to stall the crew in customs, rather than let pass through, in order to give himself time to sneak on board. Tapping a key, he set the shipment aside for inspection.

While the other staff members were preoccupied with the scene unfolding at the ceremony hall, Sebastian shut down the computer and grabbed his coat. A scream traveled from the hangar bay down the corridor, along with the smell of smoke. Whatever had unfolded would provide an adequate distraction and allow Sebastian enough time to bail on this planet. He picked up a short sprint to the lockers in the corridor outside, where he grabbed a soft bag filled with utilitarian clothes, slicing tools and writing equipment and hung the strap around his chest.

Smoke billowed through the corridor as he made his way to bay four, which hid from any security officers inspecting the ship. As staff panicked and called for defense, Sebastian slung into the bay and tried to avoid the flames. The smoke disguised him as he set his eyes on the landing ramp, trying to not to be spotted by any of the crew members.

Kay took the bactapatch given to her by [member="Ravenfire"] with thanks. [member="Macharius Solaire"] hadn't responded to her at all. That was either a good sign, or a really bad one. She placed it over the wound, her hand already painted with blood. At least she wasn't the type to faint at the sight of it.

Ravenfire tilted the table over, providing them with the cover needed to afford them a little bit of time. "A distraction?" She looked around. Obviously she couldn't do anything herself. Her concern was about the man laying on the ground. "Just take out as many as you can." That was about all that she could think of at the moment.

[member="Caedyn Arenais"] soon lept to their defence. From what little Kay could see over the table, her son wasdoing so well. He moved with grace and fluidity that his training had given him. It was hard not to feel pride for him. His time away from home under the guidence of [member="Asha Hex"] has allowed him to grow into someone that others could look up to. With a bit more confidence, he could be a great leader.

Snapping back to the present, [member="Jairdain"] 's words reached her. "Cover my..." Oh but she couldn't. Not when she was applying pressure to the wound. Instead Kay ducked her head and shut her eyes tight, placing her free hand over Macharius' eyes.

Paid company doesn't count... Reggie mumbled something under his breath about having more game than that, but it was undiscernable. The truth was they all had certain bounties or places where each one of them had some kind of arrest warrant. Reggie was wanted for questioning on several planets, but his act usually got him out them easily. Still, why go places if they can be avoided. He shrugged thinking about it not realizing that Zyrias had asked him where he wanted her to go...

"Oh... just inside the tube there love... then stay hidden. Customs agents can't scan with what I lined them tubes with..."

He winked at the young woman before he turned and watched the pilot grab Zy and escort her to an escape pod.

Of all the... Reggie just shrugged as he tried to help and wandered into the cargo bay and waited for the customs agents to walk into it. He greeted them with a boisterous and obnoxious tone. He figured that if all eyes were on him, the would not be on what they were trying to hide, which right now... was nothing. So why were they all nervous?

He eyed the captain.

"As you can see we just got a little bit of cargo... nothing the manifest says we are delivering today. Just a stop over for some fun... make a few contacts... get sloppy drunk, and maybe find some female company..."

The customs agent in charge rolled his eyes. Reggie smirked. It was already working.

Raven was still firing when [member="Jairdain"] came across and used some kinda force trick. Raven ducked his head closing his eyes. "My lady we need to get you and [member="Macharius Solaire"] out of here. Come on, I will come back of the others without you the CSA would fall." He continued firing at the way they had came managing to make a hole thru the droids before getting ready to move Macharius. "Jair help me lift him and get him out of here, [member="Lady Kay"] lead us out. Once we are out the force users here can do what they need to." He hoped they could make it.

As a stowaway made his way onto The Forlorn Hope, Zyrias had a choice to make - scamper into a tight tube, risking claustrophobia and an allergic reaction to the dust inside or hide in an escape pod. At least if she locked herself in the pod, she could detach it if someone wanted inside. It would cause a bit of a clamor outside of the ship but by that point, she’d be running off onto the streets of Denon to hide.

Not resisting the pull of Kait and realizing she might also have something to hide, Zyrias asked, “What’s your story? Who’s after your tail?”

She clasped the wrist-watch. “Fine, fine. Normally customs aren’t smart enough to check the escape pods.” As soon as the door slammed, the teenage criminal heard the co-pilot’s footsteps, the sound fainter and fainter as she walked into another part of the ship.

In about two minutes, Zyrias could feel her ADD kicking in and realized the escape pod holding cell was not going to work for her. As custom agents swarmed the Hope, the Tatooine native disengaged the pod from the ship with a whoosh. It thumped to the ground causing her to bounce around momentarily, and then she slipped out of the hatch and crouched behind the pod, making sure the coast was clear before she jogged off.

Tapping the wrist-watch, she assumed there was a commlink to Kait. “Hey, hey. You there? I got spooked and left the ship. Heading up the street to a cantina. Let me know when the coast is clear.”

Despite owning an obscene amount of credits, the girl was still a fugitive and survival mode had kicked in. No way am I going back to the Coruscanti Queen, a giant prison barge that hovered just above Galactic City and held the dregs of the galaxy - traitors, blue collar criminals and serial killers alike.

The captain had a way with words. While Duece tried to decipher the meaning behind the statement, Splinter shuddered at the idea of being integrated into Reggie's personal fresher unit. He had seen the size of the man, had seen what he ate, and heard the grunts as the droid had gone by the fresher unit. He could only imagine the horrors that waited such a fate.

Stop talking metal head. You don't want to know ...

Assessment of Splinter's tone and verbage left a 83% chance that Duece would likely agree with the sentiment. So he filed the audio clip from the captain away for later review.

The crew seemed to have an ill veiled dislike for the droid based on comments directed at him. While to an organic this may seem unpleasant, to a droid he had grown accustomed to the common occurrence. His presence was only truly valued when he was assisting the organics or saving them from early termination. His programming did not allow for clarity through emotional coloring, though his allowance for pitch and volume of sound did assist in decoding the hidden element of an organic.

Silently the droid viewed the interaction between the lead custom agent and the assisting droids. As Reggie spoke about their cargo Duece nodded vigorously in imitation of organics.

"Yes sir. We are a completely legitimate cargo hauler with no hidden compartments, illegal stores, or crew with criminal charges anywhere in the Galaxy. Ordinary and mundane."

Oh karking hell, I'm going to the crapper ...

Duece turned his head to look at Reggie, the right photoreceptor blinking off an on in his impersonation of a wink, still in full view of the customs agent.

Logen's dismayed blue hues darted to the wrinkled netted corner of his eyelids to catch a glimps of the wayward Droid and Reggie. Their effort to keep cool under pressure was noteworthy, disastrous, but noteworthy. At least they showed up to the cargo hold for inspection, the rest of his crew seem to scatter at the very mention of local law enforcement, one bailing before landing and the other two women were unaccounted for. The captain was really questioning his very own existence at that moment, while his eyes ventured back to the steely gaze of the Agent in charge. The look that the smuggler got in turn before he could even open his mouth was a look that the man's bulls$*@ meter was full. We be fooked.

Alarms rang from outside the ship, a sharp repetitive klaxon that had its own code of signal barred within the beat. Really didn't matter what part of the galaxy you were in, what ship you were on or station you were visiting, they were for the most part all the same. This one meant fire. Logen could see that the agents were getting order's and updates over their earpieces. If luck would have it, they would be called off to aid in the emergency. But today Logen knew that his luck hasn't exactly been in his favor so he needed to act quick. Were many options open and he needed to make the right one if they all planned on staying out of jail this day.

"Five hundred credits for you and your partner if you give us a clean scan here and now!" There was no point in trying to lie, the jig was up and now it was down to fast talk to find the appropriate bribe. "Be a few credits richer and still have time to go play hero! sounds like a win win to me, aye lads?" The other option was to draw down on the agents and droids and pray that you come out on top. An option that had much less odds in his favor and a risk he wasn't ready to entertain just yet.

[member="Sebastian Thel"] [member="Macharius Solaire"]

The flash of light had the desired effect and there was a lull in the attack of the droids. Within moments of her sending it out, the small party around Macharius sprang into action. Ravenfire requested her help in moving the downed man and she mentally sent a quick message to the not quite Lykos as she moved.

This conversation will have to continue later when we're not dealing with other issues.

That was all that was sent, but there would be a nudge with the suggestion to lend a hand. Nodding at what Ravenfire said, Jairdain reached out with the Force to gently lift Macharius off the floor.

A door was not far off where the real signing of the deal was going to be done, maybe had been already and that was where she floated him.

"Get that door open."

The smoke and fire in the hanger bay was billowing out from the openings. The heat was intensifying to such a degree that the windows were being blown out. The overhead sprinkler systems weren't enough. It had appeared as though some of them were offline, which was very unusual and suspect in and of itself. Customs agents, security and emergency responders all had their hands full. What had started as a one alarm blaze was quickly growing. If they didn't get it under control soon, then there was little to stop it from spreading to the other hanger bays.

And with some of the cargo sitting in the adjacent bays...

Force help them...

The customs agent that stood across from [member="Logen Brunner"] stepped forward so that he was just a foot away from him, his green eyes giving the man an intense stare. He seemed to ignore the bribe offer completely as his finger touched the commm in his ear. It was time to move. "Everyone out. They are evacuating the hangers. So MOVE!" It wasn't a request by any stretch of the imagination.

Kay looked to [member="Ravenfire"] as he seemed to hold her in such high regard. She didn't quite believe that the Systems Alliance would fall without her. If that were true then it would only last for as long as she lived. That was a disheartening thought. Then it would mean that all that she had done was for nothing.

She glanced over yo [member="Jairdain"] once the unconscious body of [member="Macharius Solaire"] was lifted from the ground. Well that's helpful. [member="Caedyn Arenais"] was doing a great job at keeping the droids occupied while he cut them down and protected the innocent people in the room.

Kay turned her attention back to the present and made her way over to the door, thrusting it open and moved aside, just in case there were more droids on the other side in the hallway. It was at this point in time that she wished that she had her umbrella on her for it was a perfect shield.

Virak only smirked an unseen smirk as he prowled towards the droids at the sound of Jairdain's words echoed within his mind. Before she sprung back into action, the sensation of being tapped over the back of her head would ring within her mind along with the words "Indeed, we have much to talk of, later, though, when we have less problems to draw our attention." Beyond that, however, no other words would be telepathically uttered as Virak focused on the matter at hand just as Jairdain had. Sound in the fact that his words would not be heard due to the Cloak of the Force that was wrapped around him, he ran his fingers along the length of the blade, feeling the Force that was gathering within it, and muttered to himself. "May Vysh guide my hand this day. May the Hunt this day sing within my blood. May Nath have no work this day, no souls to claim."

Sparks of bloodlust began to sing within his eyes, amber being consumed by the thrill of the hunt, as he prowled towards the nearest droid. As he did so, to those sensitive to the fluctuations of the Force, a sense of creeping cold and emotionless Darkness began to consume the interior of the Hall, though it came without any source as Virak was hidden to the Force. The civilians in Virak's immediate began to pale, weakening slightly as Virak reached out through the Force and began to drain their strength, feeding on it, empowering himself. And though he was careful to not kill anyone, a few individuals ended up collapsing to their knees and the world swam before their gaze.

A deadly smirk pulled at his lips, pointed and bloodstained teeth peeking forth, Virak surged forwards with an explosion of activity. His longsword swung through the air unseen, the air parting smoothly, to meet the neck of the closest droid, leaving it to collapse headless to the ground. Legs bunching, he lunged towards the next nearest droid and sunk the blade through its chassis before tearing the blade free - bisecting it. From droid to droid he moved, Darkness filling the room with cold rage, as he began to join in the fray by dropping droid after droid. Beneath the Cloak of the Force, he passed unseen and unheard, making it look as if the droids were being torn apart by an unseen specter.

His gaze eventually fixated upon the lead droid as his rage bubbled forth, breaking the calm, cold Darkness and stirring it up into a writhing mess of anger. Sword clattering to the ground where it soon became visible, Virak leapt across the room, the Force gathering in his claws as he descended towards the lead droid. As he fell upon it, he let the Cloak drop away, conserving his strength in the Force, letting the droid in command get a glimpse of him. His face was twisted into a snarling mask of feral rage, his sharpened teeth fully exposed and his hands reaching forwards towards it chassis, claws glowing with Dark Force energy.

Sorry for the poor quality of this post, wasn't sure what to write but felt like I had to get something up.

The King of Ergonomic Assessments

Objective: Peddling ergonomic assessments

Decidedly this month was the month for him to go on a travel to do what essentially amounts to... selling ergonomic assessments. Hosnian Prime, Manas, and now Denon on his way back to Heklor. That's what his big ticket to fame in this region of the galaxy was for: no one would even suspect him of being a planetary governor, in whom he placed a lot of trust in the planetary administration on Heklor. Everybody that heard about him in this region readily associated him with one thing: ergonomic assessments. Now he received a call from an asset management company based on Denon apparently wanting to seal a deal for ergonomic assessments. Probably the single largest client he ever had for those things, so he had to approach this deal as though bulk discounts are his base position for negotiating a price. But first, he had to get to the main lobby of that asset management company, taking up several dozen floors in a building called Aura at College Park. Once he has arrived at Aura at College Park's ground floor, not suspecting, in fact that not only the client took up several dozen floors in that building, the client owned it and used all but the first three floors, he began to look at the sheer magnitude of what he was going to sell.

"Utinni! Now that's what I call an ergonomic assessment job requiring more than what bulk discounts normally call for"

"The ergonomic assessor has arrived? Send him on the 71st floor: this is where the head of safety and security is" the receptionist commed to him.

Einon had been waiting out in the hallway when it all went down. The droids had snuck up from around the corner and knocked him out with a stun bolt. He was no Forcie, so he couldn't sense them coming. And given that they knew the building far better than he did, it was quite easy for them to have the advantage.

It wasn't his best moment, wasn't anything that he could be proud of. The sounds of the fight in the hall sounded very distant, as though his ability to hear had been dampened. Rolling his tongue in his mouth, he tasted the copper-like blood. Did they punch him too?

He slowly got to his feet, grabbing hold of his head as it pounded worse than any hangover. Einon leaned against the wall as he recovered, giving himself a moment to keep himself from getting dizzy.

It was then that the doors flew open and [member="Macharius Solaire"] , [member="Lady Kay"] and [member="Jairdain"] came through. Einon pushed himself from the wall and drew his blaster. "Kay, you alright?! Where's Caedyn?" The Prince [member="Caedyn Arenais"] was his responsibility too.

The security guard handed them visitor passes before they were even allowed to take the turbolift shaft taking them to the 71st floor for their meeting regarding ergonomic assessments. Taking the elevator to the 71st floor of the building was punctuated by a large number of stops since it was one of the primary turbolifts of the building. It was just... massive. And then, the décor of the 71st floor was very, very sterile, almost as if it was the building's infirmary, or at least part of the floor was used for that purpose. It was safe perhaps, but the décor was far from inviting. there was resin-coveted concrete everywhere, with floor mats underneath the adjustable chairs, which was much better than at their last client on Manas. They were then brought within the office of the head of safety and security, with a weapons locker securely tightened behind the Ubese's desk. Whew: at least the safety and security chief knows what they are doing, he thought, before preparing himself for assessing the ergonomics of the office as he came through to it.

"Welcome, Sith Inquisitor, before we can sign this deal for ergonomic assessments on a bulk discount, could you please perform an ergonomic assessment on my work station?"

"Certainly"
