The Liberation of Dac [Republic vs. Sith Empire]

Although Vinyata had easily dispatched the rocks telekinetically hurled at her, she had gravely underestimated the power of the Jedi that were attempting to abduct @[member="Marcus Faust"]. Vinyata cursed green and blue as she was slowly encased in a bright golden energy that was sure to put her in stasis. Vinyata’s fury and hatred became a torrent of internal rage. The fact she had let her arrogance take over, the fact that she was being slowly trapped by light side force that seemed to eat at her power, the fact that she was to weak to take on the Jedi fueled the fire that was her rage. I was put in a stasis 5,000 years ago, a stasis that drained me of my Darth power and made me a mere apprentice level Sith agaian. Vinyata thought. I will not be put in another stasis that puts me in prison in the Jedi Temple! Vinyata’s body began to radiate black and red dark side energy as she desperately combated the stasis attempting to overtake her. The stasis slowly crept up her, until it reached her forehead. Vinyata could feel the powerful dark side amulet she wore around her chest starting to suffocate, as the powerful light side energy threatened to engulf them both. Suddenly, in a brilliant flash of red and golden energy, the amulet without Vinyata’s command (which she had barley any over) fought back against the stasis and expelled the corrosive light side energy from them both. You’re lucky I am here to save you. The amulet whispered to Vinyata in a scathing voice that sounded demonic.

Collapsing to the ground, Vinyata heaved several times as sweat poured down her skin and she paused to recover her breath. Anger flashed through Vinyata again as she slowly started to recover her force energy. Humilated in a trifiling show of power caused by her arrogance, Vinyata wouldn’t back down, even if it meant not engaging the Jedi directly.

Where are the other Sith? Vinyata desperately thought. Reaching out through the force, Vinyata exerted a force pull on @[member="Marcus Faust"] that brought him from 90 feet to 50 feet away, as the Jedi Paladin intervened.

“Jeran, get that MACAU tank to fire on me!” Vinyata said, getting an idea.

“General-?” Jeran began to question over the com.

“DO IT!” Vinyata roared. A beam from the nearest Imperial tank shot out toward Vinyata, who, using her saberstaff redirected the continuous beam at the feet of the Jedi. Directing the beam in sweeping motions, she laced the area in between @[member="Marcus Faust"] and her and the oncoming Jedi with explosions.

“Jeran, I need evac NOW!” Vinyata commanded into her com.

Slowly she could here the exhaust of two MAAT assault shuttles coming in to evac her and Marcus Faust. Stopping shortly behind Vinyata, the shuttles deployed Jeran and his commandos clad in HYDRA armor. With enough suppressing fire to evac the area, Vinyata called out to @[member="Marcus Faust"]: “COME ON!”

She was surprisingly caught off guard by the Hutts ability to see through her feint; she would have to admit that she underestimated him. She hd become too confident. He batted her blade away and used his immense form to begin to pin her up against the blast door. Seeing no other way around him, she brought her hand up quickly sending out a surge of force energy strong enough to keep him frm fly crushing her, but due to its lateness she was still for e up against the wall, and hidden behind his body.

Hearing the conversations, and constant fighting, she feared the worst for her comrades as she barely kept the sith frm crushing her. She heard the clashing of lightsabers and movement, she strained for a time. Turning off her lightsaber and brining up both her hands, she gained a little more space. Centering herself she pushed and move the Hutt acouple of feet forward; not strong enough to harm him, but just enou for her to jump up and rejoin the fight.

Regaining her footing, she ignited her lightsaber and assumed a Jedi ready stance. She reached out with the force and tried to pull the Hutt back towards her. It would seem his back area was exposed, at least to her.

The warning went unnoticed as the woman went into a fury after grasping the Sith inside the Command Center behind A'donari. Then the tank fire began to sound off all around from the streets. His arm raised defiantly grasping the shots fired and heaved them back towards the Sith. Her own weakness would be her downfall as he had watched her collapse before heaving her ally. She would soon be running out of steam. The towering Jedi Knight would not allow either of the Sith to escape this.

Aurelic Vos Talen

Jedi Newcomer and Shapeshifting Marsupial
Talen looped his way to the center of the combat. The city was in blazes, smoken ruins surrounded him as he made his way, quickly and quietly toward the signature he recognized. The Sith were losing ground, that much was apparent and his goal at this point was to get his one and only ally amongst the Sith off-world as quick as possible. This was a losing battle and sometimes cowards were the survivors. The Gurlanin combed through the wreckage at quick rate until he pulled to the rubble near his 'friend'.

What Talen saw he disliked. More than dislike, he outright feared. His mind raced instantly in that intelligent cranium. His first reaction was to run, to leave Aronis to own fate. It was the logical reaction and the one he had been taught by his instructors on Korriban. But his Dark Jedi Master beforehand had taught him, never leave a useful friend behind. And though he couldn't really consider Aronis a friend yet, it still rung in his head. He hissed and looked at Syn. A resigned smirk crossed the animal's face as he suddenly, using the Force to speed the transformation, became the exact likeness of the Jedi Master he was staring at. He then activated his saber with a hiss and lunged from his vantage point.

He had no intentions to go toe to toe with the master, merely harass and district him, therefor, while using Force speed, he launched small bolts of lighting and moved to another location as quickly as he could.

"Aronis! I hope you have a plan!"

Orbital Ring, Command Center:

The young woman, rubbed her temples as Donatos also engaged into his own private theories and thoughts. She however announced hers first, proposing that Donatos' elite forces disperse and each head to a landing port where some capital ships were still in docking bays. The station still had its slave force on it to maintain it, even though it was under attack the Sith masters were also on board...even if preoccupied by the Jedi strike team, their presence was still enough to keep the slaves in check by fear alone. The Jedi woman had spoken her part of the plan and tried to motivate the resistance fighters before making a dash out of the command center.

The group of Mon Calamarians and Quarrens glanced at each other, knowing full well not to take any orders except from their commander, their Azu-Cal. Donatos stood in the center of the control room, his eyes glanced to the left, viewing the holographic display of the incoming pirate fleet. No doubt leading a suicide run straight for the Ring, a spiteful move by the Sith which most likely was a clear sign they were loosing this battle. They would kill hundreds, including their own if it meant leaving the Republic with an empty world to wallow in, no resources and no people to liberate....

The Jedi woman had good intentions and her plan to commander the docked ships and form a skeletal crew with the slave workers and his elites taking on command of each vessel, would buy them some time. But that Kamikazi Stardestroyer, even if shot up, would not stop its fiery debris from raining over the station and possibly the planet below. Donatos squinted, it would only postpone the inevitable destruction of the ship yards.
"Azu-Cal?" One of his followers called to him again, a slight ounce of doubt came from the soldier's mouth. Donatos took in a deep breath, raised his shoulders and with that, raised the attention of his followers.

"The Jedi, is partially right. Do as she says, go the docked Imperial ships throughout the station, inform the captive workers that the Resistance is here to save them and their home. But we will not engage the Pirate Fleet in battle, that plan is as suicidal as the crew of that Star destroyer making a direct course for this very Ring! When you have control of the ships, you are to engage the enemy fleet, maintain your defenses, but your main objective is to stop that falling death trap from reaching this ship yard!" Donatos swung his arm forward into the are and snapped his red lightsaber to life, offering a salute gesture to his men. "Take the Imperial ships, once you are in position, activate the tractor beams to towe the kamikazi vessel away. The station defense will aid you in attacking them once the enemy ships are at a near enough range, but not too close to damage the Ring."

One Quarren male approached him while returning the salute, "How do we convince the slaves to help us, Azu-Cal?" Donatos said nothing, he brought his lightsaber arm down to his side, the humming continued to echo off the command center walls. The stare Donatos gave, forced the Quaaren to kneel before him, of his own free will and choice to show respect to the Azu-Cal.

Donatos with his free hand, arched one finger made a half arc with it in the air, he then brought his finger straight down. The sign of Azu'nami, their deity and most sacred belief. The arc symbolized the ocean that rises and like everything else comes to an end. The resistance soldiers would pass this message on to their liberated slave crews, to encourage them to work together and defend their home. Each solider mimicked the prayer like gesture and in cohesion chanted together, "All life will rise.... All life dies...." The one truth, death is natural and will claim living beings through acts of nature and war was not natural in the eyes of the Mon Calamari and Quaaren who have suffered through generations of brutality and wickedness from the minds of dark sentients.

His men regained upright postures, before whispering prayers and thanks to their Azu-Cal. Donatos lead them through the deactivated force field and they each ran down separate corridors to achieve their mission. Once they all had left, save for the soldiers and droid Donatos left to defend the command center behind the force field, he too jumped into a Force amplified sprint to keep up with the Jedi woman who he believed was racing back to her own docked ship and to help her reinforcements.

@[member="Rasu Gan"]

Outside the Orbital Ring:

The Resistance soldiers had got to the docked Imperial ships on the station, the number of guards on each ship were few in number and easily over whelmed by the ensuing slaves revolting after they were told the Azu-Cal had come to liberate them. Though that is not what the Azu-Cal had wanted them to truly believe, to treat him as some prophet when he was only a simple Mon like them. They cared not, he for all his mortal worth gave hope to them and fortified their faith that they could be free!

The Imperial ships began to disembark and were forming a perimeter to guard the station. The Republic Fleet that remained would most likely join in to reinforce the defense of the Ring would be in communications by now with the Resistance forces controlling the Imperial ships. The station it's self now had full control of its outer shielding, turbo lasers and automated turrets. The slave forces who through the centuries were naturally gifted as pilots and engineers were also at their highest peak of space combat. The Mon Calamarians who continued to build and operate the Ring's machinery as well as Imperial ships had also been given the privileged to test flight all crafts and systems that were built. Lacking in land combat, the Sith had actually spent years allowing the slave population to learn and exercise their tenacity at piloting and ingenuity in theorizing tactics and technology.

Quarren and Mon Calamarians were all on stand by in their Imperial hangar bays, seated in fighters to await their orders to engage enemy ships.

Vinyata may have been running out of force energy, but she was not short on the muscle memories and agility and speed engrained within her body. Somehow the Jedi Knight had managed to absorb the energy from the tanks laser and redirect it back toward her, which she dropped to the ground to easily dodge as the laser sailed harmlessly over her head. Calming herself, she realized that her best option would be escape. Summoning most of her remaining force power, she activated her tried and true skill force cloak. She became soundless and invisible, requiring concerted energy to detect. YOU WILL NOT CAPTURE ME! Vinyata thought, sensing the overconfidence she could not stem in hone Nautolan Jedi. Unable to be detected, she fled back toward the squadron of gunships waiting to extract her. Using the force, she jumped into the troop bay of the gunship, her Hydra troops close behind. The squadron of gunships then laced the area with an unimaginably deadly assortment of lasers and rockets that would provide enough cover for Vinyata's ship to escape.

Rotating on its axis, the gunship turned toward the skyline and bolted away toward a Star destroyer hovering in the sky. Safe and out of range, Vinyata collapsed on the floor, and started to regain her force energy, furious she had failed to regain @[member="Marcus Faust"]

Syn looked on at the padawan while he fought Iella and he remained very still while he kept his senses out and around the area. Then something came at them as he looked at a blob, whatever it was the thing was shapeless and... Well trying to copy a jedi master in heavy robes and armor who doesn't have his face shown makes for interesting proportions. His senses were going over his and his blood boiling while he spoke. The purple blades spinning for a moment. "I'd recommend running." He remained with the hood up while the force screamed around him. There was no need yet, just the thrill of the fight and if need be as the lighting came and the thing moved.

The lightning caught on the blades easily enough and what went through shimmered along the length of his hands in blue light. THe force flowing into his muscles and increasing his speed as that loop of energy, of fighting worked to close and feed off his own intensity. The jedi master lunged with his own speed in the force and chanted for a moment one of the spells Elayne and the witches had taught to boost your own speed. The surge sent him faster and faster while the juyo stabs came using the force speed. A creature that could strike hundreds of times in the blink of an eyes and this was only needing a fraction as he smirked letting the silver armor underneath gleam.

(OOC- at work and didn't see the word beam. Thought multiple tanks were peppering our butts. Just PM me and tell me to edit* next time.)

The air around the Sith erupted with Fire and smoke. Though no sooner had the explosion seemed to take out the Sith did a Empire Gunship let hell loose on the Control room and Court yard A'donari was standing in.

He ran. Jumped. Explosions threw him hard into the Control room sending back first onto the marble. His limbs moved violently as he bounced and skidded through a hallway before hitting a wall of marble. An attempt to brace his impact against the wall held slightly as he stayed conscious. That didn't suck worse by any means. Aches and pains seemed to throb all over his body. A soft chuckle left his lips as he kept as still as possible.

Apparently the slave had never learned not to run between a Sith using lightning and his target.

Eenes was far from exhausted, and was still under the effects of Battlemind. It took more than a few cuts and some telekinesis to tire her. She hadn't turned her back to the writhing tentacles, and certainly not to the Hutt or his associates. She looked up and raised a hand from her torso, sending out a wave of energy to knock the Nautolan back. Most of the lightning hit her square in the chest, pushing her back against the wall. She fell to the ground, rolled and activated her saber, assuming a hurried Soresu stance. She was in a bad way, but not quite dead yet.
Since there seemed to be no response to the intercom message, she deemed it a Sith trick and focused her attention on the battle at hand.

Rianna commed Saki back, "I am on my to your location, should be there, 15 minutes, maybe less considering" She ended the communication there, She had been moving effortlessly through it would seem most of the fighting was where the Council was. Rianna paused looking the shift of light and dark continued back and forth the effort of both sides felt. She did not know what Saki would do with her prisoner, and Rianna did not know if it was Saki who was harmed or the prisoner. In a few moments it would not matter.

Rianna triangulated the position of Saki and moved in her direction, counting off the moments that it would take to get to Saki.

There was a scrambling of troops, how odd Rianna thought where were they headed, and this was becoming more odd by the moment. Just then team one checked in they had met up with two resistance fighters and were gathering up wounded to take back to the triage area. Rianna wished them well, and speed.

Somewhere a warning in her mind, make sure resistance is resistance. She hoped they knew better. Rianna was getting closer.

Dac Orbital Shipyards

Heart racing, Rasu ran down another corridor, every step bringing her closer and closer to the massive warship which she now knew as Salvation, catching the name printed on the docking tube. How ironic. She had come across no Sith or soldiers, all probably having fled once the pirate's announcement passed over the speaker system, giving Rasu the chance to relax slightly, lowering her guard. As she turned into the next corridor, she suddenly found herself colliding with a figure travelling at exactly the same pace. Before she could stop herself, the Shi'ido was flying forward, landing with her stomach on the cold metal floor. Grunting in pain, Rasu got immediately back on her feet, unsure as to whether the being who she had collided with was friend or foe. Turning to face the newcomer, the Headmistress recognised Saran, relief flooding over her knowing that the Miraluka Jedi was safe and looking reasonably well.

"That's fine Saran. You haven't missed that much." Thinking back to the past events that felt like they had occurred so long ago. The Hutt Sith, the shapeshifter, and now this pirate fleet, the latter being the one of most concern to the Shi'ido. Rasu informed the Jedi Knight of what had just occurred, telling her of the situation with their strike team and then of the fleet and the threat they posed. "I'm heading over to the Salvation now," she said pointing to the docking tube entrance only a few more steps down the corridor. "other members of the resistance are heading over to different warships as well, so if you want to accompany me you can. Otherwise I'd suggest going to help out the rest of the strike team." Whatever the girl decided, she would be benefiting the Jedi. Rasu could handle commanding the Salvation on her own but it would be nice to have some assistance from the Miraluka. It was not necessary for her to come, although she would not deny her company. "I don't have time to talk Saran, so you're either with me or Sochi and the others." Breaking back into a run, Rasu made it to the docking tube, hitting in a code combination she had memorized from the control console, the access way slid open, artificial air cooling her hot cheeks.

A few minutes later...
Aboard the Scythe-class battle cruiser, Salvation

A yellow blade suddenly shot out of the Sith's chest, smoke rising from his burning wound. The body went limp and fell off the blade, landing on the ground in front of the Captains chair. Picking up the dead carcass with the Force, Rasu picked it up and placed it in the open trash chute, the metal lighting up as the fire deep below consumed the body. Turning to the stunned crowd of Mon Calamari and Quarren, she switched off her saber, before addressing them all. "We don't have much time to talk so put me onto the ships intercom." Directing this at a female Quarren operating the communications station. When she had been given the all clear, Rasu began her short and hopefully persuasive speech. "Crew of the Salvation, this is Headmistress Rasu Gan of the Jedi Order speaking. Your shipyards are under attack, although you are probably all aware of this. A pirate fleet threatens something generations of your people have put their blood, sweat and tears into constructing. I am here to make sure that their sacrifices are not a waste today. I'm suggesting that you take charge of this vessel, break free of the shackles that your Sith masters have imprisoned you in and make your own decisions. Starting with the defense of your shipyards. What do you say?" To her relief a cheer erupted throughout the bridge, which she assumed was being echoed by the other beings throughout the ship also. "Good now let's get to work." she said, seating herself in the Captains chair, she began to issue orders.

Soon enough the Salvation was prepped and ready, already on the move towards the incoming pirate ship, the flaming cruiser acting as a signal for Rasu's forces. Looking down again at the communications officer, she said, "Set up a frequency channel to the other resistance ships, bring them up on the holo-display." Leaving the chair, Rasu took a few steps to her left, approaching a large blue table, tinted figures of the resistance popping up on the display. "Situation report people, what's the plan from here?" she asked, looking mainly at the apparent leader of the group, a red skinned Mon Calamari.

DAC ORBITAL STATION
HEADING TO THE BLAST DOOR OF FAME

Saran nodded and dashed down the hall, hoping to reach the others in time. She rounded corner after corner, searching for the presence of those there she knew. They weren't far now, but she needed to reach them before the Suns opened fire and the Yard went up on smoke. Rounding one last corner, she almost stopped in her tracks. A hutt Sith stood between her and her friends. She would need to get past it to do any help. The blades activated in her hands. She let herself go into the force, letting it empower her weary and scarred muscles to do what they would not be able to otherwise: fight one more battle.

For a moment, Iella's eyes fell on the new comer, it seemed Aronis had a friend of sorts no doubt being Sith there was a hidden agenda to the friendship, never truly given without a cause. Syn immediately engaged the being and it was clear he would be over powered by Syn. She knew well enough his abilities and power and the being needed caution or this would be his final day. She turned her attention back to Aronis however, she could sense his block to his mind, but she would continue to fight him. Focusing on him totally, she sent her aura out toward him, the white light swirling out and wrapping around his, it would send him a sense of calm and caring and love, she would not give up.

"Have you lost yourself completely to the darkness?, that you do not remember who you are anymore, has that happened already?", she asked softly, "I remember the man that came to the temple and eat with me, telling me of all the things he wanted to do for galaxy and for the Order, longing to fly as a pilot and work in as a diplomat. Has he gone?. Has the darkside already consumed him up that he long exists?", she said with more then a touch of true sadness. She could sense he is at a crossroads, she hoped she will be able to guide him back to the light.

"If you have truly come to find me to fight me .. to kill me then so be it. If you need to try then do it. Then you will truly be a Sith and not the kind man I once knew". She walked toward him now her saber still in hand screaming for her to ignite it, but she would not unless he attacked.

All the Sith could do was back peddle at that, making a collection of weak dodges and lucky jumps. He was entirely outclasses and he did this for Aronis? What was he thinking. He was likely bantha poodoo now. Talen made one small gambit, after a close dodge which Syn's saber was close enough that he could feel the heat and vibration in the air. The Sith quickly used the force to grab a hold of a small pile of rubble with tow large stones and a collective of smaller ones. With a jump and hiss the Sith sent them hurling towards Syn. But not before his arm as grazed by the saber.

Talen yowled in pain and dodged back towards Aronis, effectively getting back to back with his fellow Sith Apprentice.

And, because he was a nice guy, he let her pull take him back. In fact, he went with it using a massive flexing of the hundreds of pounds of muscle that formed his connection with the floor. This was what he enjoyed and this was where the real fun came from as he slashed and stabbed letting the blades move in purple flurries. He wasn't going to talk to him like Iella as the apprentice moved back to back with her former padawan, a face showing little as he felt something smack into his dace and was glad for the armorweave keeping him from being cut as the high grade material folded and his attack stopped. Throwing rocks and rubble was questionable, if he had been Siobhan that might have been something scary but focusing on rubble while dodging and the force was dangerous even for a regular mind. Now his fists clenched on the blade before letting the attack come, the small pockets of force energy forming as he pushed on them to distort the air in balled fists before shadowstriking. Before letting three strikes come from above at the apprentices head to try and catch him above the eye, fro, below as it tried to strike him in the groin and finally right to the knee cap as it tried to shatter bones.

LOCATION: BLAST DOOR OF UNFORETOLD GLORY
OBJECTIVE: DEFEND

Zoe Kelborn was not in fact running into the Sith Lord's lightning, as battles existed in more than one dimenion and as such differing angles could be taken to get to the same target, a fact that thought to be unnecessary to mention, but one this writer would clarify in the future. Just like when 99% of people flee they turn around to increase their speed, which is hence what 99% of people would assume without a specification that said otherwise. But alas, what was done was done.

Zoe Kelborn, while not knowing the exact effects and extents of battlemind, assumed that Force-users didn't have an infinite reserve to use their magics, and thus assumed that between using the battle concentration not only on oneself, but also on an ally that had been falling to the darkside, as well as using a combination of Telekinesis and lightsaber ship to stop a master-level power that had caused her extreme pain that the opponent she presumed was a padawan-level Forcie would be at least a little tired, and hence unable to use large display of power.

She was it seemed, wrong. The Quarren still had enough energy to push the nautolan slave back. And thus, back she went, flying until she hit a nearby wall. While nothing was broken she had just hit the wall with no small amount of force with no effective armor to shield her. Bruises were beginning to form, and pain was had regardless. She came back, slower than she had before on account of the pain, but still returned to the fold. It had seemed while she had been thrown back the Hutt's lightning had struck her, and apparently was not nearly as she expected it to be, the water-based species jedi immediately getting back up and into a hurried stance. Which, she supposed was okay. Between her and the Hutt's movements she couldn't seem to block two attacks at once so it became a battle of attrition, and anytime bought for the hutt seemed to be one that Jedi were getting cut up or body slammed into blast doors. She'd be the victor of the battle yet, if even by the service of another champion.

Though Zoe Kelborn had no knowledge of the seven forms and their specialties, she did manage to infer that the Quarren was a more defensive fighter, as after she went into stance she just stood there. So, Zoe Kelborn not one to press forward against a much better armed attacker, merely took her place between the Hutt and the Quarren, and assumed a ready stance of her own. She doubted she'd best a lazer-sword slasher by rushing head on, so she'd wait for her to come to Zoe, to make a mistake, or even just to burn time off of the clock. It was the quarren's move, and Zoe, though still in pain, was ready for her.

Aronis couldn't resist anymore and his barrier fell, exposing him to the peace and love for a moment. Part of him wanted to give in, but he couldn't. He had burned his bridges, that life was in the past, he couldn't return, he had already made his decision. Her words were like daggers, she spoke the truth, but he was no longer that man or so he thought. He wanted to block out her words, to hide from them.

Losing the battle of will, he chose a different course. He activated his saber again and charged using the Force to boost his speed.

Aurelic nearly stumbled as Aronis took off, his support being dragged away. Right at that moment he was slammed by the shadow-strikes. The Force of the blow sent him flying sideways, where he hit the ground in a hard whump and was forced back into his natural state, he was bleeding now, even Shapeshifters could bleed. However, he had no broken bones. He had no bones to break, Gurlanin's were made of extra durable and flexible cartilage which as a side affect was rather good at absorbing blunt force.

Everything was blurred in pain however, he could barely move for a second. His vision was felt like it was broken and all the creature could do was a give a pathetic yowling noise for a second. He thought he was an all-powerful Sith and this Jedi was reducing him to whining slag effectively. He wouldn't stay down though. Talen was quick to climb back on all fours and snarl at Syn again, purple blood oozed from the top of his head and one of his flanks where the blows would have connected in his natural form. His front leg was weakened and shook where Syn's blade had grazed and slash it and one of his flanks was cut by a saber from a previous engagement. All and all Aurelic was in horrible condition right now.

Iella sensed Aronis's intentions before he even moved, her 'sight' through the force providing her with vision of his charge. He is unfocused, his mixed emotions now clouding his judgement and his charge once more proved it. He had said nothing to her, but Iella sensed his internal struggle. She did not even active her blade, but stepped aside as he approached and turn her body the moment he was in range. Using the speed of Vaapad, she sent consecutive strikes to his body with her fist, one of them still holding her hilt of her blade. The first strike aimed to hit his ribs on his side closes to her, a second strike to the side of the face, the third aimed for the gut. In this moment Iella linked to Syn and feed from his energy for the fight, coupled with her own longing for the thrill. The speed of the attack, to rapid for the eye to detect.

"You two are not going anywhere", she said in response to the Gurlanin, "You are both under arrest, surrender now. If you try and flee .. we will simply pull you back".
