Sojourn System,
The Hunter's Moon, Sojourn

It had been a standard month since Alicia had last seen Justicara Noctare. Parting ways with the fledgling Apprentice, she had ventured to the other side of the Galaxy to Antecedent, where she had met with Miss Blonde, crime lord and founder of the Black Tie Syndicate, at the Dragon Palace Casino. What followed was a pilgrimage to a long lost alien world, that Alicia now knew to be Rakata Prime, to launch another famous raid for an equally long lost artifact. Now, it was time for them to reconvene on Sojourn, otherwise known as the Hunter's Moon, to learn about what had transpired in the month they had been apart. After all, it had been the first time the two had parted ways since Duro and Alicia was eager to learn where Justiciara had gone with the Initium; what she had learned by herself in the larger Galaxy; and to share what she had found within the Temple of Ancients.

But there were others that had been others invited to attend the Gathering. Perhaps the most important guests that Alicia was bringing into her home came in the form of Camellia Swift, owner of Rendili Stardrive and her partner on Project Praesidium. Alongside Camellia, Alicia was expecting either Lady Cardei, head of Naboo's Starfighter Corps and a notable noblewoman among the Naboo; or her Mikan subordinate, Lady Shambleau, who had represented Cardei in a recent exchange of properties that Alicia had owned on Dubrillon, Mytus IV and Kalee. Between the three of them, they had invested a lot of time, money and the precious resource- Plasma- into the project. A prototype shield generator now found itself on Sojourn, which would be unveiled to Alicia's partners and other guests, which would serve as a planned spectacle for the varying individuals that had come to Sojourn upon Alicia's invitation.

She was also expecting three Jedi Masters to attend. Taeli Raaf, of the Galactic Alliance, held a significant stake in Chandrila DataTech, of which Project Praesidium was being funded by as it's major project and was coming to see the shield generator for herself. The other two were Sanya Val Swift, of the Galactic Republic and Matsu Ike, of the Silver Sanctum, who had recently participated in an auction to buy into Chandrila Group. Gael bar Ammon, a Mandalorian politician, had also been invited for the same reasons. Whilst Swift had been unsuccessful, failing to win either of the Lots that had been put on offer, she had shown a keen interest into investing into Chandrila Group, and with Ammon and Ike now members of the companies Board of Directors, the four of them had much to discuss.

There was also the matter of [member="Fos Misao"] and the bounty that Alicia had posted shortly before her trip into the Unknown Regions. Long ago, the man had done significant damage to her inner circle, causing irreparable damage that was still affecting Alicia to this day. She believed that the man had been killed by [member="Rave Merrill"] on Tatooine seven years ago, but she had been deceived. Now that she knew Damien 'Northstar' Daemon was alive, living under another identity today, Alicia had reached out to one of the best slicers in the Galaxy on the hacker network, the Hydian Way, to contract her into finding Fos. Bounty Hunters and mercenaries, who had shown an interest in taking up the job of either killing or capturing Damien for Alicia, would also be attending the Gathering to discuss the job.

Finally, Alicia had invited her associates in the Black Tie Syndicate to attend as well. It was an open invitation to anyone who found themselves to be members of the organisation based on Antecedent, but in particular, Alicia had invited Seanna Vel, owner of Salliche Agricultural Corporation, to join the meeting revolving Chandrila Group; and Miss Blonde and Azalyn Falconer, so as to sort out the discovery both had made in the Dragon Palace Casino.

The Fort was to be the venue that the Gathering was supposed to take place. The building was guarded by a compliment of Sun Guards, who Alicia had in her service since her days working for Subach-Innes. The event was to take place over the course of three days, where Sith Lords would encounter Jedi Masters; reputable businessmen and women would meet with crime lords; and where deals would be made. It was the second in many future Gatherings that Alicia and Justiciara would host on Sojourn, as they subtly undid their enemies from afar and within their ranks...

There was a lot of strange things happening... well strange but also fun as she got to go and really enjoy herself look towards some of the things. With the work her family had been doing on some of the things crossing her arms over her chest with her ponytail over her shoulder. She was moving to come and join and see what they could do to help with whatever. it would be the way to return the companies investment like had been done before so all of it was a very nice thing until she straightened the reflective plates on her top with her pants. "This is a nice place I think." She wasn't certain about all of it but moving to work on some of the things that were looking harder to have to deal with. A holocube she could use for Matsu to show up if needed.

Joon hadn’t seen her Master, Ayra, for weeks now. It felt like forever. It was only towards the end of her time away that she started to feel lonely, and miss her company. Which signalled she needed the guidance and companionship of the Sith more than ever.

It was then she was thrilled to receive the call back to Sojourn and her fort to be re-united; she had returned for a gathering, and Joon was to be there. The Initium had served her well across the Core and Inner Rim, and thankfully she hadn’t gotten into trouble – she’d met people, seen a few worlds and watched as the worlds turned. She would do it again, one day. Stronger; more assertive.

The last time Ayra had seen Joon, she was sporting long hair and her dusty khaki explorers gear. Since then, she had cut her hair, embraced her femininity to use as leverage and distraction, and tried to source new clothing to create her unique identity, away from being a clone and a JN number. It was a step closer to being accepted as a Sith.

Maybe now she could show Ayra she had grown up a little and was to be taken seriously. Yes, she still was frustrated by Ayra’s attitude and still didn’t like her, but on the other hand, she needed her. End of.

The ship took Joon to Sojourn and the fort on automatic pilot, thankfully it was a route through that Ayra had programmed in, and so the clone could prepare herself to make an impression as Justiciara Noctare; companion of Alicia Drey and Sith…no, not Sith. No Sith until she was told.

From the top level of the landing station at the fort, Joon emerged looking like a real woman, from what she had seen anyway. The guards pointed her in the direction to where Ayra – Alicia – would be, and faltering a little in her shoes, still adjusting to them, the Apprentice saw her Master a way across and smiled. She was happy to see her, and nervous at the same time, so didn’t look at anything else except her tall stature.

”Hello, Alicia.”

"Keep your Force signature concealed and your mind obscured, Shambleau. So far as I'm aware, Drey doesn't yet know either one of us is Force-sensitive."

"What difference could it make? For me, that is?"

"If she knows you're a trained Force-user, that drastically increases the likelihood that I am. I'd rather not have her know that at this stage."

"Of course, Lady Cardei."

"Just like she would rather not have us know who she is. Thankfully, I have no reason to suspect that she knows that we know."

"Quite."

Lady Shambleau's Santhe Challenger touched down with the other visiting vessels, a sports car among yachts. Eighteen kinds of chrome-rainbowed shade and a hangar roof offered her more than enough cover to enter the building without stepping into direct sunlight. Even so, her pale, inhumanly lilac skin prickled, and she felt a certain stiffness. When it became clear that she'd arrive during the day, she'd opted for a hooded cloak over flexible, decorous armor. Her comfort level increased significantly as she entered the Fort.

Alicia turned to Justiciara, her eyes observing the transformation that had taken place in the month that had transpired since they had last seen each other. Gone was the child like innocence and demeanor of a person that hadn't experienced much in life, replaced by a ravishing woman that exhibited confidence that she wasn't entirely sure that she merited.

"You look well, Justiciara," said Alicia, stepping up to meet her effective partner in crime. "We have some things to discuss before we meet our guests. Walk with me." Lifting her arm upwards, Alicia linked it with Justiciara, worming hers around the other woman's before setting off in a light walk, designed to let them make their way to the Fort's entrance but allowing them enough time for Alicia to confer what she needed to explain. "The individuals that we will be meeting with tonight are unaware of who we are. As I taught you at the Home, the nature of our work is so secretive that only you and I shall be aware of it."

"These people do not even know that we are Force-sensitive and we shall keep it this way. We will be entertaining the owner of Rendili Stardrive and a noblewoman from Naboo, who are our partners in a major project I initiated whilst we were separated. There will also be guests who recently succeeded in an auction I hosted for Chandrila Group, who bought into the company and are now set to join it's Board of Directors. You will be joining me as I meet with my shareholders, as I will be naming you my Chief Executive Officer to them. You will also be joining the Board. Congratulations."

"This Gathering will also be playing host to three Jedi Masters. Master Taeli Raaf currently serves the Galactic Alliance and is a shareholder of Chandrila DataTech, my other company. Master Matsu Ike was a winner of the aforementioned auction and will be joining us in Chandrila Group's first Board meeting. She serves in the Silver Sanctum, otherwise known as the Silver Jedi to most. Then there will be Master Sanya Val Swift, who participated in the same auction, but lost out in the final hour to Gael bar Ammon, a Mandalorian politician who served on the Galactic Republic senate, and coincidentally, Master Swift is rumored to serve as one of the last Jedi loyal to the Republic's cause. She was invited so as to discuss her future involvement with the company."

Coming to a stop, Alicia stood by the large wooden gates that served as the entrance to her home. She unhooked her arm from Justiciara and took a step back. "These Jedi are our enemies. But they are not aware of our intentions. In particular, Master Raaf holds significance over the other two, after what I felt on Dxun. If she is currently in possession of Freedon Nadd's Holocron, then we must learn of it's whereabouts before we make our move. Chandrila Group and DataTech serve as a means to get to know these Jedi, so as to gain their allegiance and friendship, so that we may then undermine and coerce them later on."

"There are other things that we will talk about later. I found something whilst I was away, using my associates in the Black Tie Syndicate. But for now, we will use this Gathering as a means to create new associates, grow our corporation and forward the Grand Plan."

Turning to face the gate, Alicia met the hooded Mikan- Lady Shambleau- as she entered the Fort. Wearing her own dress, the Chandrilian offered a smile as she greeted the representative of Lady Cardei: "Welcome, Lady Shambleau. May I introduce my partner, Justiciara Noctare?"

The world when she was finally entering it with a smile was pretty she had to admit and getting out of the ship well no one knew her.... they might know Matsu, they might like or dislike her but few knew her as the once private investigator was looking over things while her yellow eyes turned with some of the attention. "Hello I am Kyoko Ike." She said it while getting a look and presenting the datapad that she was here as needed for her family in the business while being led towards the fort and she could feel some of the other keeping the tail she had gotten after meeting with the other zorrens on Veradune. She felt strange for the time being, there was something here but it was more like that nagging sensation the gods of irony gave you. Everything is calm and then you watch it go to poodoo in a snap of the fingers.

Joon smiled in return, and happily walked with her Master, still taller than her even with the heeled shoe. It was a compliment she had paid Joon, that much was sure. Short and sweet, but it felt good. As they walked, both looking totally different to their usual Sith attire and exploration clothing, the Apprentice listened.

Business? She didn't know what running a business meant, or what a CEO had to do. She was only just learning the Force ability she had, and and culture of the Sith. Now she had to run a company and be a business woman?

When she learnt Jedi were going to be around, she was more confused, and angry. Mixing with the enemy? Ayra had said this would happen, but now it was ACTUALLY happening? She didn't care for the Jedi, they were deceptive and dangerous and now they were around her home. Joon stared out into the distance as they walked. It was all about manipulation, and thus using her charm offensive and feminine ways.

Whilst in the Inner Rim, she had seen women like this, who smiled and laughed and got close to people. They drank, talked, hugged and kissed and left arm in arm looking happy. If this was how they had to mix, then that is what Joon would do. Even her dress sense was copied from those seen on Balmorra and Coruscant.

Ayra - Alicia - drew her attention as she stared forward, and turned, plastering the smile on her face to meet the first guest - [member="Lady Shambleau"] - who looked rather imposing and fierce. Not a Jedi, obviously. Joon had learnt a few more greetings since her saluting. She copied one she had seen earlier. It was a slow nod of the head.

”A pleasure, Lady Shambleau.”

She would be her Master's shadow until motioned otherwise. She would listen, learn and be a rock for her.

"Nice to meet you too, Miss Noctare." Shambleau's first language was not Basic, and as such, she was unusually sensitive to cognates. Justice Night, eh? "Thank you both for meeting me. It's a lovely landscape, and a wonderful estate. What gorgeous dresses."

At least, she presumed the clothes were aesthetically appealing, primarily to humanoid males. This form was, of course, a sham: though she looked like an Omwati or maybe an Umbaran or Zeltron, Shambleau wasn't a humanoid at all. Humanoids were her species' favorite meals. So she felt a little like she imagined a human might feel if complimenting a prize nerf on its grooming. She smiled brilliantly.

"Lady Cardei sends her regards, of course. She regrets she couldn't make it to this meeting."

In a way more than the personal invitation from Alicia Drey, the opportunity to take part in a gathering on Sojourn was what truly enticed the Rendili woman to make an appearance. After all, with all the stories of how meetings upon the decorated moon were only home to those of true merit in changing the galaxy how could she not want to attend merely to be able to say she was there. The fact that her curiosity as to what Ms. Drey intended to bring to the table at the get together was also a strong motivator. While she could not say if Sanya intended to appear from Sekalus, Camellia for certain knew she would arrive if only to show support for her business associate.

Thus she made sure to arrive in a timely fashion, having a sleek RSS transport drop her off while she stepped out to bask in the warm sun, wearing a more appropriate sundress than business attire or her old fleet uniform for a change. She wasn't sure who else was around yet nor was she certain where Alicia was planning to have everyone gather. Nonetheless her tail curled about in excitement as she waited to see how grand the following events would be.

“I’m telling you, Marcus. I don’t like this one bit.” Jennifer said as the creaking from her ships landing gear had ceased to resound throughout the hull of the freighter.

“I mean seriously, the whole thing is beyond shady. The message literally said it invited people from ‘the criminal underworld.’” Jennifer continued as she got out of the pilots seat of the old, anonymously leased, ship: “We know it is a cool term, but c’mon. It sounds like something a rookie corporate sector officer would write. Come here and we will put you in the slammer, free of charge! Perhaps it is some sort of sting operation.” Jennifer joked as she moved towards the cargo ramp of the small freighter, lighting a death stick as she waited for it to open. It was obvious that she had been looking forward to the visit, even though her trash talking had not seized for the last half hour.

The visit in question had brought Jennifer to the Hunter’s Moon of Sojourn, for the annual event The Gathering. Obviously, the host would not know that Jennifer was coming; she had not been invited to participate. However, the slicer known as EXEC, the owner and operator of an illegal Cryptnet product trafficking site had.

Coincidence was that EXEC was one of her many slicer handles.

Unlike most of the other guests present however, Jennifer had decided to live up to the image of a slicer and not dressed up fancily for the event, wearing an old leather jacket, a hoodie, a black tank top and her drop-crotch mechanic trousers. It was actually not really a conscious choice, but just the one she was most comfortable with. She would look like a bum compared to the fancy dresses and suits that would be present. Her clothes, together with her short black dyed hair and tattoos, the only ones currently visible being her elaborate neck tattoo and the ones on her hands, would give off a punky, underground vibe. It would be apparent to anyone that she actually came from a criminal environment.

Taking a deep drag from the death stick she had lighted she looked towards the mercenary that would accompany her on the trip, Marcus (she had refused to call him by his nickname Pappy), a grin visible on her pale features. “Let us try to not stay for too long.”

A feature regarding death sticks that were of note was that they, other than providing a relaxing rush, very naturally detached ones connection to the force, depending on the dose the force-sensitive consumed. Unbeknownst to Jennifer, her connection was now dulled, even though it was weak to begin with. Meaning it would be literally non-existent for the next couple of hours.

Finding the entrance, Jennifer, hopefully with [member="Marcus Itera"] following, would step into the Fort, still puffing on her death stick with a grin she would make her way towards the host. “I suppose you’re the one that owns this creepy castle.” She would comment once she found the small group of chatters that included [member="Alicia Drey"]. A pair of round sunglasses having found their way onto the young slicers nose before she had entered the fort.

"Yeah, yeah. Sector Rangers with blasters and stun-cuffs." Marcus nodded in mock agreement as the young girl let her worrisome theories flow forth. "Didn't I ever tell you that I worked on that side of the law before? Didn't get paid much - that's why I beat up people for a livin' now."

"Beating people up, huh? And here I thought you were a nice guy." Miranda's avatar danced across the HUD, her eyes drawing to mirthful half-lids.

Marcus grinned. "Wearing all black, exuding testosterone, and beating people into submission is nice?"

"Well, I mean, some girls are into that."

"Are you?"

"Maybe."

"Hot."

He felt like a kid again. This little punk standing next to him was primarily the cause of all of that. Her deathsticks, strange noodle soups, and techno-electrojazz funk music brought out something a little more than a cold-blooded killer. Granted, he was armored from head to toe in his usual, iconic armor bristling with weaponry, but it was nice to just cut loose. Marcus had a pair of blaster pistols strapped to his hips, an SMG magnetically locked to his back, and his chest rig just filled with extra magazines and grenades - and an extra pair of chopsticks just in case Little Jen was bringing some more of those spicy noodles.

"Okay, kid, I know you like to scrap but let me handle it if it gets serious." Another smile broke his visage, but she probably couldn't tell. "I've got the guns and you've got the.. backpack computer. I got it."

Then they were off, and he assumed that stereotypical strong and silent persona for now.

Just for now.

Attrion activated the landing gear on the Hunter-6 and touched down on 'The Hunter's Moon.' He found this unintentional coincidence quite amusing as he cut the engines. He did a double check of all his weapons, making sure that they were in their correct places and working just fine. Satisfied, he stepped out of his ship and onto the surface.

"The anticipation is just thrilling." He said aloud to himself and gave a light-hearted chuckle. He's been amused when the invitation to be apart of this 'gathering' had appeared in his Holo-mail, but now he felt as giddy as a Transdoshian in a Skrill pen. He approached the justly dubbed 'fort' and gave another laugh, "Here goes nothing." He opened the doors and waltzed right in, basking in the richness of the atmosphere.

A dropship descended from the sky, an old Mandalorian Dropship, yet it was modified and colored in a odd mix of Black and Red. As it touchdown on the port way a man in a power suits decended from the ramp, followed by two Mandalorians in Black Armor. The scenery was fantastic as his first time visitin this planet. What had it been, years at this point, when he first walked of the dropship ramp and meet Alicia Drey for the first time. Once the man in the power suit reached the bottom of the ramp the dropship closed up and took off again to return to the capital ship in orbit that brought him here.

The man in the power suite was Jaster Awaud, Viceroy of the United Trade Conglomerate and the planet Conglomerate Prime. He had been missing for the last year as his trade empire fell into ruin and many of his colleges were gone or vanished as well. Yet he only recieved word that on of his oldest allies were still around. Alica Drey, one of the first people he meet after being Exiled from the Mandalorian home world. She was kind to him then and was still one person he could rely on her then as well as now, or so he hoped.

Jaster had his men stay outside as he approached the castle he first meet the Businesswomen. It had been quite some time since he had seen the place last, but as he walked the path to the gathering area he remembered his days from his past. Yet when he heard the noise of the party within, he became upset. These parties were always a difficult one, thus was the reason he had his old partner do such thing, he was never good with words. Today would be even worse though, as he was in a full body power suite, not by choice of course, but to protect him from the poison that was eating him alive.

Standing at 6 feet 5 inches and wearing a heavy power suite with Exoskeleton to support the weight Jaster opened the doors and entered the room where the party was being held and a dark vibe came off his person as he did not enjoy such things and was always a rather grumpy fellow. He did his best to decorate his armor with a golden rope string from his right shoulder to his left hip as it was attached to a cap with his Conglomerates Symbol emplaced on it, along with his companies symbolic metallic medal placed just above his right breastplate. He hated looking like this, but it was either looking like a dictator, or a dumb worrier who was to shy to take off his armor. He needed this meeting though, as his planet and corporation were in deep trouble if it didn't recieved the help they needed.

Jaster dark vibe however was withdrawn as he could see [member="Alicia Drey"] with two women he didn't know standing and talking to one another. He was hesitant to walk over, and speak with the women. After all it had been some time since they last talked, and he didn't know if she knew about the posistion he was now in. He instead walked over to the bar and waited for them to finish their conversation.

It had been a long time since she had been on Sojourn and seen the Fort, all the way back when she had first bought the shares in Chandrila DataTech, but she was again, heading into the old redoubt that gave the name Fort justice. Miss Drey had said that DataTech would be unveiling a new shield technology at the Gathering, and as Taeli was a major stockholder, she was curious about the technology and wanted to see it for herself. Having arrived in her Sicarius-class infiltrator, something that was still a throwback to... older days, she made her to the entrance of the Fort.

Garbed in a deep purple dress with a hood, she certainly didn't appear to be a Jedi today. Today, she was merely representing business interests and possibly to meet and greet some of other guests. She could still see that Miss Drey's Sun Guard were protecting the place, so security wasn't going to be an issue. Still, she did have one of her hand-guarded lightsaber hilts on her belt.

Heeled boots clicking as she walked, she could see the host talking with someone she didn't know at all. A younger girl was hovering at Miss Drey's shoulder... personal assistant maybe? Her dress and manner suggested unfamiliarity with such events, at least to Taeli's Lorrdian raised eye. She would probably be an interesting person to talk to, an outsider's perspective on such events was always refreshing.

The Fort was supported by Sun Guards and aides, made up of an assortment of teenagers or young adults from Chandrila, students on leave who were away on Sojourn and working for Alicia Drey per compliments of their universities that she personally donated to per year. One of these aides met with Kyoko Ike as she arrived, escorting her to the entrance where the others had gathered to meet.

Turning her gaze to Justiciara, Alicia said: "Lady Shambleau represents Lady Cardei, head of the Naboo Starfighter Corps and noblewoman to boot. If it was not for Cardei's assistance, DataTech would never have got the plasma it needed for the prototype that we will be unveiling tonight." Averting her gaze away from her partner, Alicia settled her gaze back on Shambleau. "You must pass on my gratitude to your employer once more. I think that she will be most pleased with the results."

Behind Shambleau, Alicia observed Camellia Swift enter, followed by a hooded woman that was reminiscence to the Purple Rejects on Formos and an armoured guard that Alicia guessed to be a mercenary of some kind. "You would be correct," replied Alicia, frowning at the woman. Turning her eyes to Justiciara, she said: "If you could remain here with our guests? I have some private business with..." Alicia briefly turned her gaze to Jen, unaware of her actual name and unwilling to say her alias aloud.

Gesturing for Jen and Marcus to follow, Alicia left Shambleau and Justiciara behind. As she made her way to one of the adjoining rooms, Alicia waved at Camellia- so as to indicate that she hadn't ignored her, but was otherwise busy for the moment- and did the same to Jaster Awaud and Taeli Raaf as she opened the doors and stepped into the room. Holding the door open for Jen and Marcus, Alicia waited until they entered the room and then shut the doors, turning away from them to head to one of the vacant seats.

Lowering herself into the chair, Alicia gestured to two others and then folded one leg over the other. "You must be E.X.E.C? Thank you for coming. And who is this?" Alicia turned her gaze from Jen to Marcus, eyeing him up suspiciously before turning her eyes back to Jen to listen.

Following Alicia Drey, Jennifer took another drag from her enhanced smoke, finding the sudden attention surprising and interesting. She had not expected that her invitations' subject to actually be of enough importance to require them to talk in private.

As they entered the room, Jennifer went to lean the nearest wall, running a hand through her hair as she listened to Alicia talk. "You know it is short for Executive. But that doesn't look cool on cyberspace. And this." She pointed towards Marcus: "Is a droid warrior from Kombutang. One of a kind." She smirked "Or maybe not. I'm sure he can talk for himself. So what do you want?"

The more people arrived, the more Joon felt uncomfortable. Not with her dress, or her appearance, but the amount of strangers starting to mill around. They looked like soldiers, like witches and warriors – who WERE they and what threat did they pose?

With a charming smile, her hands clasped before her stomach, Joon locked eyes with each new person who came their way beside Alicia as she stood there ever dutiful. She gently rubbed her thumbs around each other.

When Alicia gave her the order to stay with the guests, she wanted to challenge it. But this wasn’t the place. However, she thought everything they did, they did together. Since the incident in the tomb and her lessons learnt, she had expected to be a shadow to her Master. Obviously not in front of people she either deemed too important to have her young Apprentice listening in, or simply she was keeping things from her. Private? What rubbish.

Joon gave a false smile, silently hating her. How she wanted to hit her, just once.

With a stilted sigh as she watched Alicia and her new allies walk away, she narrowed her dark eyes and turned back to the others, with new people milling about.

”Enjoy yourselves.”

Another nod of the head, and she turned and walked in the opposite direction to where Alicia went, keeping her eye on them before they vanished. She wanted to see what her food wise was on offer. She was discovering more and more the pleasure of foods and drinks, and it was wonderful. Joon ambled over carefree, trailing her hand across the edge of a long table without a care in the world.

It was clear tonight she was nothing but window dressing. So be it.

Jaster sat at the bar by himself, he didn't know why, he couldn't drink the stuff. Being an alcoholic, that was probably the hardest part of being in the Contamination Suite, that and smoking fine cigars. So instead he just sat there and looked at the new crowed that entered, some actural big shits in the corporate world were showing up. Some he recognized and others he just figured they were by the reputation he remembered. When he turned back around to start idle chitchat with the bartender, and after a quick chat he turned back around to see the party and the people talking.

As he scanned the party Jaster noticed someone he thought he might know, it looked like [member="Taeli Raaf"], a women he only meet once, but still how could be forget one who was so well known. He was still hesitant to start conversation, as the women wouldn't know who he was. He decided to get up and convers with anyone, so he got up off his seat and began walking the floor. [member="Alicia Drey"], sent him a wave and he only nodded back so not to stand out more then he already was, she was walking toward, [member="Jen"] and [member="Marcus Itera"], people he didn't recognize. In that time he noticed a women within the party watching Alicia, the women that seemed to shadow his old friend. He decided this would be a interesting person to strike up conversation with.

Jaster walked up to [member="Joon"] from behind, and stood there for a second as the women are her food, "Rather interesting women wouldn't you say?" Jaster mechanized voiced was low so Alicia couldn't overhear but not completely a whisper either.

Joon jumped, heart pounded and skin went cold all in a split-second at the sound of the robotic voice. She span, one hand clinging to the edge of the table and was faced with, what she imagined, was another solider.

Recoiling a little, Joon turned her head.

”Rather interesting company too. Do you mind?”

She glanced up at the synthetic face, unable to read it, unaware of what this person even was. She didn’t talk to those who looked like the Republic death squad soldiers she would never forget.

[member="Jaster of Clan Awaud"]

Taeli nodded as [member="Alicia Drey"] was busy and would get around to talking later. It was to be expected that the host would be entertaining and speaking with everyone, arranging new deals and such. Taeli felt a spike of surprise and fear, and turning to see the source, it was the younger woman who had been at Miss Drey's side and a large man in a cybernetic environment suit maybe? His human bits felt familiar, she was sure they had met before somewhere, but she couldn't put a finger on it.

Still, she made her way over to [member="Joon"] and [member="Jaster of Clan Awaud"], easily gliding through the other guests present, shaking hands and greeting people she knew by reputation or had previously met in the course of being CEO of Aurora Industries.

"I think you may have frightened the girl," she said, coming up to the pair with an easy smile on her face. "Not used to someone in a survival suit, dear?"
