You do realize there is more to being a Sith than simply swinging your glowing stick and banging broads in the red light district before going off pillaging right? That if you want to overthrow the OS, provide them a challenge to their rule over those who follow the Sith teaching, or even be a tiny bleep on their radar, you actually need to think very carefully about what kind of doctrine and ideology of the Sith you want to follow? That you need to base a faction on something more substantial than your own OOC dislike of the faction and a convoluted story about one of your family member alts dying for being suicidal? That you actually need SOMETHING good to draw people and not end up with another faction that will die in two weeks, if it even grabs anybodies attention long enough to join?

Rule of Two which started with Darth Revan, Continued with Bane

You have this completely wrong. Revan started the movement of only having one apprentice. That is not the rule of two.

Darth Bane started the Rule of Two when he tricked the entire Sith Brotherhood into creating a Thought Bomb to wipe out the entirety of the remaining Sith outside of himself and (somehow) Zannah, along with 100 Jedi Knights and Masters. It was believed afterwards that the Sith no longer existed and for a time Bane and Zannah trained in secret, biding their time. Eventually Zannah and Bane had their duel, Bane tried to use transfer essence to take Zannah's body, failed, and thus the rule of two continued on for 1004 years until Sidious died.

You could also argue that Exar Kun started the one apprentice shtick when he made Ulic-Qel Droma his Sith Apprentice, and while he had plenty of Sith Acolytes he only had one official apprentice.
