Mon Cal, Island Chain Alpha

Alexandra sighed as she breathed in the morning air, mist rolling off from the endless ocean that surrounded the island chain that would be used as a staging ground. It was a wide area covered by the island chain, able to set up a stable landing place for talks with the Mon Cal peoples, the several races beneath the surface that the Republic would deal with. Alexandra had come along to help with the civilian detachment that had come to help the people that she could.

Mon Cal had been a victim of the power vacuum that was all too common as of late, and had become another target on the great board of war that was to come back to the outer rim. They had at one point been controlled by several governments in quick succession but now sat alone and the Republic sought to garner some support for a unification of Mon Cal into the Republic by showing that the Republic cared for member states and the worlds of the outer rim.

Something felt wrong though, something they had missed and without any Republic fleet, or any great military force, the Republic was trusting that things did not go wrong. The group that had come was also a mixture of civilians and military forces that had come to provide security and protection for the Jedi, Politicians, and Aid Workers that had come. The Jedi themselves that had come were in no way defenseless though, each still carrying the very things they were comfortable with, some more militarized than the others.

Which is why Alexandra looked down at the ground, sitting on a rock face and drinking from the flask in her hands. She was smiling, still thinking about the last few months and happy for once as her other hand messed with her own hair. She twisted and touched at it, acting like an excited girl that had never felt like this before and she knew how silly that was. It made her look off to the sky, thinking about something until she felt the faintest touch of darkness, a feeling that slowly grew stronger and was starting to sour her mood.

"Great... This again."

(OOC: This is the Start of the Skirmish. Remember, initial meeting will not necessary be hostile... unless someone is EXTREMELY trigger happy. If so, then I wish you the best of luck in your efforts Princep.)

Dac — a crystalline blue world streaked with high-altitude clouds.

Lilla stared out of the cockpit and enjoyed her first view of the planet also known as Mon Calamari. Her ship had come out of hyperspace and was approaching the water world at sub-light speed.

She headed to the rendezvous point. Talks were on the agenda and the presence of Jedi was seen as a boon by some. So, dutifully, Lilla attended.

Home to numerous sentient species, although predominantly the deep-ocean Quarren and the semi-aquatic Mon Calamari, Dac had a long history of conflict. Quarren and Mon Calamari had squabbled more often than they had worked together.

This was not helped in times of conflict. The cities on the surface would suffer constant bombardment but in the deep trenches, the Quarren could go anywhere without being seen. They were able to construct supply lines, establish headquarters, even build submersible launch platforms that would be far less vulnerable to attack than anything on the ground. Together, they would stand a chance against any hostile force. Sadly, they rarely fought side by side.

But that was all in the past, and Lilla always looked to the future, so it was with a sense of optimism she approached the island chain.

Objective: Twist the planet to support TSE (Violence should be kept minimum)
Allies: TSE
Neutral: RR (Unless Provoked)
Enemy: RR (If Provoked)

Kyla arrived, she didn’t have her own ship, she was given one though, she traveled to Mon Cal, Ready for anything. She had brought an elite guard battalion to protect her, but she still was powerful herself. When she arrived she immediately came across RR forces, She asked them to hold there fire, but as they were shocked, they were fearful of the worst, they ran. Kyla decide to go to the populace and met them. She had a plan, find her loyal patron, and give them the throne, then use them as a puppet, she would be in control of a unknowing populace. She walked up to a public square with her Sith battalion and told them “Stay on guard, this planet still has unrest” as she said that, the guard battalion had there guns at the ready, a fearful sight to behold.

Vel had been on Mol Cal before, during the meeting on between SJO representatives and the Siel Manta. The Mon Cali were a benevolent and powerful friend to the rebel cause galaxy wide, and it was a small mercy that they had allowed their ships into orbit weeks prior. Intel by Tancred and his network had tipped the Mirialans off about a potential Sith appearance on the planet coupled with Republican presence as well. It was an opportunity they could not waste for conflict between the two benefited their plans in the eastern territories of the Sith empire immensely, he himself wanted revenge for the defeat of the separatists during the invasion of Mirial.

Vel had been a soldier employed in the Mirialan militia during the time of the dominion, before the Sith empire had made their malevolent presence. That was before they were incorporated under the wings of the encroaching Sith Empire and the Dominion was driven out. He himself didn’t believe the Sith empire propaganda for a second even during the years prior to the invasion of Mirial. The notion that those sociopaths were great saviours defied belief. It was so ridiculously stupid that he grimaced just knowing that there were people who believed it. What was even worse was the fact that most Mirialans did nothing. They stood idly by while the Empire took over Mirial like the Dominion did before and even when the Primordial raped the planet of it's beauty and stability.

His olive fists tightened when he remembered what the Sith collaborators had done to his family. To his people. Seeing them taken away like livestock in shackles to an uncertain, but surely horrible destiny as marked suspected rebels. Watching it, knowing there was nothing he could do as a soldier of the government at the time made his blood boil. The only thing that had kept him from resigning his post was the thought of a free Mirial once more.

He took a deep breath and exhaled.

This mission was one step closer to that. They couldn’t take on the Empire with the numbers they had now, but their numbers were growing all the time. He didn’t know how many there were in total, a safety precaution he figured, but judging by the number of the Mirialan diaspora he’d seen pass through training at various hideouts, it was a good guess that they were gaining popularity. In spite of that, he couldn’t wait until they had the strength to liberate his people. Acts like this would only further that reality.

The Sith were a paranoid bunch and the tension was almost palpable on Mon Cal, it'd only take one shot to ignite the inferno. If it meant dying then so be it, it was a worthy gift to the cause. Intel had provided him with a Republic soldiers uniform for the task ahead, conveniently placing blame on them in the event of discovering his corpse. All that awaited was the perfect moment to take a shot.

Harley Fenstermacher

remeber it's not personal, just buiness
Harley looked over the city of Dac, his blue eyes planted on the just as blue waves that surrounded the capital city, his mind floating through a different state of mind, locking in a 'what craft could I make for this planet'? It was an odd way of thinking but when posed with a new location or enviroment the Echani business owner's first thought where to design something that could easily traverse such a surface. Military of civilian, both in his mind where as important to similar extents, and the world of Mon Cala porvided a new area to look into when making new craft for HCLI.

If he remembered correctly the Silver Jedi had started some submarine line of military vehicles, perfect for watery worlds, the CIS having a smaller but similar line of craft with their ostracoda and patrol gun boats. Those unfortunately where closed market, not open to the majority of those in the galaxy, even though such vehicles would be something in need, especially for the watery worlds that no long have a proper governmental system in place. It was a possible market to invest the ground combat graft side of the company and if the Republic was able to attain good relations with the Mon Cal then perhaps they would be able to test said craft here.

Still, it looked as if there would be some sort of resistance to that en devour, a small ruckus coming from the town square, people seeming to flee in terror from some oncoming group, the republic troopers stationed around being on guard. "What is happening down there"? hollered the senator to a trooper as he walked towards the commotion. "Sir, apparently a Sith and their accompanying guard have landed on the planet, no hostiles have been noted but we have been advised to be on guard lest fighting break out", the trooper replied hastily. "Sith, here? strange I thought they would be more focused on blockading the CSA and shooting down refugee transports or fighting the rebel alliance". It was strange, but he was keen to investigate regardless.

Taking position in the path way his gaze soon fell upon a blonde woman, accompanied by several guards, dressed in the iconic Sith armor, almost a contrast to Harley and his white hair, along with the blue and grey armored troops of the republic, "Hello there".

“Time to sow the seeds of dissent” she thought to herself. This was a big opportunity, she would be able to do more today than expected. “So, my little surprise party startled you, well your troops are nothing but milita in uniform. No wonder the RR can’t manage to control an Empire, anyways what do you want?” She asked, this was a great opportunity to frame RR, she could convince them of how bad she wanted the RR to look. She shouted “People of Mon Cal” out into the crowd. “Why do you support the evil RR, they kill many and have never helped you, only taken. This greed cannot go unpunished, we must show them, who’s Nation controls the planet! It isn’t them!” She shouts.

Insults being hurled at the RR troopers, stones being thrown, she decided to use her mind control, she convinced one RR that the person that was shouting at him killed his Wife. The soilder was overcome with rage...

Shot Fired, The man lay dead.

This was about to get bloody, but she was keen to not let the Jedi know about it.

“Sith Troopers” she ordered, “Fire!”

Into the orbit of the planet flew eleven spacecraft, only one of which were military. There was the Ablution, the refitted Pluton-class Battleship with super-heavy beam weaponry that belonged to Vanessa Vantai - and there was also a small horde of Aqua-class Liquid Transports - Water Suckers. Vanessa was here for one purpose only - to suck up water from Dac and transfer it to other worlds, both to supply populations with water and to assist in the process of terraforming planets that would otherwise be essentially lifeless.

As the Ablution entered orbit, along with the ten transports, a shuttle escorted by a pair of TIE Interceptors exited the warship's hangar, traveling down to the planet's surface below. Vanessa's craft soon headed to the rendezvous point - she would attempt to negotiate for the world's water supplies first. If that failed to work, however... well, the Water Suckers would be coming anyways.

And given they looked like World Devastators, Vanessa could already expect just what the fish-people's reaction would be.

'Meeting Jedi, uh, could this get more boring' she thought. She headed into the chamber where the Jedi were. Clouding her mind from Jedi powers, the meeting dragged on until the Jedi asked her "This solider, he fired the first shot, now it's up to you to decide since he shot, Peace, or War" they asked. She knew she'd need the people's support, and even then she would need to organise the coup, so after thinking, she replied "Peace, for now" the meeting settled, she walked out of the building, ready to initiate Operation Rubicon.

Objective: Summer Vacation
When it had come time for a family vacation, Mon Cala stood out among a host of other options.

His parents had almost settled on Lamaredd instead, but the variety of seafood options made Mon Cala the more appetizing of the two. Sure, they'd also looked at Glee Anselm and Manaan, but Glee Anselm wasn't accepting visas from Sith worlds and Manaan had a bit of a Silver Jedi infestation at present. So that kind of killed those as possibilities. But, even if the tourist package for Mon Cala was a little pricier, there was more fish on the menu than a growing Cathar knew what to do with.

The Imperial tol Powl family had just that morning to the Dac spaceport, checking into their hotel on the Hakawa Islands just a few moments ago. While his parents unpacked, the two badawans had ventured out to explore the island for themselves.

The Cathar family had brought Jorah along with them. A temporary reprieve for the Zabrak's family, as the tol Powl's were instead saddled with not just one Force Sensitive hellion but two. It was the Force Unleashed as Micah and his offsider pushed the boundaries of inside voices and appropriate behavior as they rampaged about with all the subtlety of a stampeding bantha herd.

For the most part, the pair seemed like pretty ordinary kids. Most of their interactions involved some combination of jumping on one another, burbing, farting, or just giggling idiotically. As both had changed out of their usual school robes, the only thing that distinguished them as Force Hopefuls of any kind were the lightsabers that they both carried.

They'd only recently constructed their lightabers, a project that had involved an introductory lesson in Sith Alchemy and the creation of their own synth-crystals, followed by the equivalent of Sith Shop Class for the construction of the physical vessel for the synth-crystal they had made.

Jorah was better at the assembling stuff part, but his original attempt at the synth-crystal had resulted in something that had been more like synth-coal than synth-crtystal.

Micah was the opposite. He actually enjoyed making the synth-crystal. So much so, that he was already working on getting his parents to get him an alchemist set for Winter Fete. Except, Winter Fete was, like, seriously a ba-jillion light years away. He might have to bite the blaster bolt and actually spend his allowance to buy it with his own money.

Which was a notion he was opposed to on general principle.

The long, silvery tube twirled like a baton in the young Cathar's hand. He was still getting accustomed to the saberstaff, dropping it several times as the two younglings ventured along the boardwalk and the beach.

Dac — a crystalline blue world streaked with high-altitude clouds. And the blue was, of course, water. Lots of it.

And right now, it was all Lilla could see from her cockpit, as a serious system malfunction meant that a routine landing was fast becoming an improvised lesson in landing on water.

She wrestled with the yoke, looking to hit the drink as flat as possible. It was fortunate the power cut out when it did, allowing her to effectively glide the freighter from just below the atmosphere re-entry. Except that gliders were at the whim of the elements - and this craft was no different. Sea breezes pushed her this way and that, but a sudden squall threatened to lift her nose to stalling point and she fought the controls to keep herself level.

But in managing to keep the nose level, she sacrificed direction and realised - too late - that the water she planned to land on had lumpy bits scattered in it.

She avoided the first few outcroppings of rocks, but could not evade the small island that loomed large.

###

On the plus side, the ship was in one piece. A further positive was that she was also in one piece. The down side? Her ship had no electrics and her personal transmitter could not reach the nearest major land mass. Someone would come looking eventually - but how soon was anyone's guess.

She manually lowered the exit ramp and had to wade to shore, given the rear of the ship was in a metre or so of water.

Looking around, it looked much like any other desert island. Sand, trees, undergrowth and the sound of birds. She took a ration bar from her pocket and took a bite - before putting the remainder back in her pocket. She then headed to the tree line to cut down some wood, in order to start a fire - deciding smoke was her best ally in being found.

At the heart of the island, in the center, Vili stood his chest bare, the numerous tattoos and ruins that adorned his body visible to all onlookers. His blonde hair tied back into a ponytail, his eyes closed as he focused on the surrounding environment. This was the Valkyri’s idea of a vacation, he’d come to the planet accompanying the other Sith but Vili was a warrior, he was no diplomat. His place was on the battlefield, not within senatorial chambers participating in the political maneuvering that took place. No… He was a warrior at heart, a Valkyri, to join in such antics would be a disgrace to not only the Ozouf clan but his people as a whole.

Around the feet of the Sith lay strewn across the dirt were various parts of what appeared to have once been a droid, a training one. Vili had come to the island to practice his combat skills in private, away from the prying eyes of other Sith, legionnaires or anyone else. Tales spoke of the Sith being a traitorous crowd, it was best to keep ones’ true abilities under wraps till they were prepared to strike the killing blow. It had been months since the fall of the Galactic Alliance, Vili’s first true fight alongside the Sith. The first time he’d met a foe that was truly worthy of his ire and strangely his respect. It was a Jedi Knight by the name of Romi Jade. Her actions legendary, and Vili had managed to battle to a standstill with the woman.

A sudden shrieking cut through the air, the acolyte's eyes opening, the azure globes that adorned his head looking to the sky. Up through the canopy above in which bits of sunlight shined through. The sounds of a ship cutting through the air, something that was negligible on the planet of Dac due to its popularity as a tourist spot, yet this one was closer. It neared at an alarming pace. Brow furrowing, Vili’s ears perked slightly as the sound of a crash rising to meet his ears. Turning, his booted feet digging into the dirt Vili felt a presence, one that stood out from the bits of wildlife on the planet. That radiated an energy that was bright, and warm… One he knew.

How nice of the galaxy to drop another in my lap. The warrior thought his right hand resting upon Mani. Would be rude not to introduce myself. Stepping forward Vili did not yet draw his ax’s he simply let them hang at his sides, radiating the malevolent energy of the dark, feeding the Sith’s bloodlust, that craving for battle that had simply grown ravenous over the course of months. The mere thought of a worthy foe sending chills retreating down Vili’s spine.

Objective: Find a Weakling
Allies: My bodyguard, TSE
Enemy’s: RR

Mon Cal was not your ideal planet for power, now that the Jedi were nearly non-aware now gives her power. “Any powerful person, just any would do” she thought. Then it hit her mind, searching the market would be a perfect place to start. As they walked down people cheered there march down. “This is what I need” she thought. As with any coup she needed to find someone to lead. She set off into the richer places of the area, contempt to find someone that she could use, but who could it be?

By the time she’d waded to shore, her cloak was heavy with water, so she removed it and placed it neatly on a rock to dry. Just because she was shipwrecked, it didn’t mean she had to lower her standards - and cleanliness and tidiness were always virtues she lived by.

It did not take long to assemble enough kindling to start a fire. She was loathe to cut down a tree unless she had to, so she foraged for as much fallen foliage as possible to burn, and then grabbed some large oily leaves from the sand — knowing they would smoke heavily once the flames had their way with them.

From reaching the shore to standing back to ensure her eyes did not get full of smoke took a matter of minutes — but the activity had taken her full attention and now, standing back, she realised the folly of her endeavours.

It was not a large island — but by the same token it would take some while to travel the full circumference. And she had not considered the prospect that it was inhabited — or at least currently occupied. But the Force knew and the gentle tugging at her senses became a metaphorical club over the head as the warning finally sunk home.

Closing her eyes momentarily, she allowed the Force to radiate out from her position, constructing a mental mind map — an aspect of Force Sight she was adept at. Closing in on her position was a figure. And not just any person — someone who had an aura of the dark-side about him.

Lilla relaxed, and immersed herself even deeper in the Force. In this meditative state, she was entirely relaxed, her mind devoid of thoughts and emotions. After her ordeal, it would centre her and rejuvenate her. And when the time came to act — she trusted the Force would instruct her as to the when and how.

The Ablution would remain in orbit to guard the Water Suckers as Vanessa's shuttle landed. It was upon her arrival to the planet, flanked by a quartet of radrifle-armed Dark Troopers, that she began to take a position of authority in these dealings. First things first, however, she would need to deal with a... misbehaving acolyte.

A strong sort of telepathic message would find itself forcefully bored into the mind of [member="Kyla Asla"]. Return to your initial position, acolyte, and await further Sith delegates. If I catch you attempting to spark anything on this planet that would disrupt the delicate dealings I am managing here, you will have a bad time. Be smart.

With that message delivered, it was Vanessa who continued onwards - towards the presence of [member="Lilla Syrin"] and [member="Vili Ozouf"]. Perhaps that Jedi and this other acolyte were less irrational.

[member="Alexandra Feanor"]

“Seriously?” She thought. The inbred message from Vanessa came into her mind. She was intelligent and loyal, but something sparked inside of her, she wanted power, power at any cost. This was not her usual situation. She would listen and await command, but with the populace around her cheering at her presenence, she had a idea. She would try to probe through Vanessa’s mind, find out why she was here, and find a way to work around. If she could get to the bargaining table with Vanessa she would be sure that words will get her a compromise. If not she could erupt a civil war, that’s why her operation was called Rubicon, because once she started it there was no turning back. She used all her power in an attempt to see what Vanessa was here for, and maybe any other information that could come in handy.

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
Alexandra whistled to herself as she sat still overlooking the waters that hit against the chain of islands she was on, the rock face she sat on overlooking a stretch of earth below and soon she would find herself not quite as alone as she had been originally. After all, most would probably head for the above water city, a transfer area for new arrivals who were not water based species, or would head straight for the underwater depths below. The Republic's forces, those protecting the civilians that had come were small and number and generally contained around the civilians they had come to.

So when [member="Kyla Asla"] caused her little display, the situation would not devolve as she expected. A Jedi knight, one who had seen this sort of thing before after the numerous wars the Sith had declared on the jedi, would have stepped in long before the first shot was fired and when it was fired a saber would appear. The bolt would be turned away, sent into the ground and the soldier slammed against a wall. While the Jedi could not do anything about the Sith trying to stir up emotions, it would be smart enough to get the soldiers into a more secluded area, as well as the Republic Civilians.

Such manipulation was quickly sent to Alexandra, the woman relaxing and looking at the sky, feeling the mist gather around her as waves crashed against the island and sent spray climbing into the air. She looked at the message and quickly addressed it, ordering that all Jedi be on standby for incase anything progressed further. The republic was not here to start a fight, and if she could avoid it, that would be best. The problem was she knew nothing about [member="Narses"], and knew that the Sith would try again, not knowing which was doing this. [member="Kyla Asla"] would not be tailed by Alexandra's Jedi, nor any soldiers that were near the civilians they are there to protect... but if things continued to become more hostile...

Alexandra sighed, remembering why she hated being around Sith. And now as grandmaster for the Republic's sect of jedi, she had little choice in the matter considering the Sith's obsession with wiping out the Jedi... and vice versa in some cases.

It was then that she noticed [member="Lilla Syrin"] falling from the sky in her ship, slamming into the earth below Alexandra who looked down at the crash. She was going to move but soon enough she could tell who was inside. Lilla was capable and could handle things on her own, even as [member="Vili Ozouf"] came closer and the feeling of someone rather... distasteful became known to her.

So Alexandra stood, making her way to the edge of the pillar she had been resting on. Her feet pushed off and the force shot out like a cannon, carrying her away from the island Lilla and Vili were on. She would observe from a nearby one, that was little more than a short distance away and could be navigated by jumping from stone to stone that rested barely out of the water. It would take her a few minutes, making certain she did not fall into the water and making sure she could make each jump, but finally she was on an island a few thousand meters away, and she started climbing.

She made it to the top of another pillar of stone, removing a pair of binoculars and turning to face where she had come from. She was going to enjoy the show until something demanded her attention, or she had another join her to observe this little situation.

Harley Fenstermacher

Harley looked on at the Sith with a strange look on his face, was the woman insane or something? He knew Sith where strange but this woman took the cake, parading around like some celebratory, thinking she was some big name. A small sigh escaped his lips as he turned attention to the small ruckus, the whole event being quite strange, the populations reactions being nothing but a small scuffle not a huge riot, the person getting shot only being stunned by a ranger.

For the most part the people where not angry at either side, but more concerned with the Sith, the planet having been apart of the Silver Jedi a few years ago, knowing full well the cruelty of the Sith and their multiple attacks on nearby planets. "The dark side sure does strange things to people" he said to a nearby ranger, even more confused on the woman open remark on their solider being militia, mainly since most were decked out in good quality armor that resemble that used back in the days of the Old Republic, only the Yellow markings replaced by a red one.

Stepping forward he slowly approached the parading woman, putting hid hands on his hips, "look I am not sure what show you are trying to put here Sith Girly, but I would rather not have some massive fight break out here in the city".

[member="Kyla Asla"]

"Hey I don't want to to but I've already averted any riot, declared peace with Jedi and all that, just get out of here and let me continue, I don't want to fight until later just get out and the troops won't be hurt anymore, ok?" she asked quietly, she awaited answer.

Each step brought the acolyte closer to the Jedi, his booted feet crushing insects that scurried away. The crunch of leaves slightly audible. The heat within the air enough to draw sweat from the Valkyri, despite his time with the Sith he still wasn’t conditioned to some of the more humid planets. The fair skin of Vili was bathed in the sunlight of Dac that cut through the canopy, his blonde hair shimmering. His thick beard still unkempt. There were no preparations for this warrior, there was no delving into the force to center himself, there was no need. Vili was a warrior at heart, battle was all he’d known since childhood. Since he was but a lad the Valkyri had been trained for combat. Raised by it.

Head tilting side to side, Vili stretched the muscles a quick series of pops retreating up his neck on the right and down on the left. The sense of relief washing over him. Shoulders shrugging, his massive frame visible, his gait wide as he exited the forest. Looking down to the shallows of the beach, the white sand that separated him from the small figure that stood still, their eyes closed. That figure radiated the force, the repulsive energy of the light. Perhaps not to the Jedi, but to Vili it was nothing but a sign of their weakness.

Coming to a stop his feet just short of the sand Vili’s arms crossed, head tilting slightly to one side as he took the women in. Her stature was slightly taller than that of the Jedi he’d previously faced, her body lean. This meant little when the force came into play, it allowed one to compensate for what they lacked physically, Vili had witnessed it firsthand on Coruscant. Looking past the Jedi to the downed ship Vili’s hand reached up stroking his blonde beard. “Not too good of a pilot are you?” It was slightly ironic for the Valkyri to ask such a thing since he hadn’t even been able to pilot a starfighter till recently without crashing.

“Out of all the islands for you to land on you end up stuck with me?” Chuckling Vili took a step closer. “Isn’t that just a treat?” Whatever the Sith did on this planet was of no concern to the warrior, he was only here for one thing and it potentially stood before him. His heart hammering in his chest, a slight exhalation of air that carried his excitement. Vili exuded energy akin to a kid on Life Day.

Jantar Keltainen

Evil is a word used by the ignorant and the weak

Water.

Jantar accepted it was one of life’s necessities. It enabled things to grow and some people actually drank it. But a whole planet of it? Jantar could think of nothing less interesting.

And although she’d agreed to the assignment, as they dropped out of hyperspace and she gazed at the endless blue, she instantly regretted her decision. If there was guaranteed fighting then she could be persuaded to stick around, but the brief was to await instructions.

Jantar decided she could do that. And didn’t need to be sat in the back of a shuttle with lots of sweaty troopers to do that.

So she headed out on her own. There were a few provincial floating cities located on the ocean surfaces of Dac. It seems they all subsisted on fishing, tourism and underwater mining operations.

Jantar was not here to fish, and she had no interest in the mines — which only left tourism, so she made a bee-line for an open-air market to see what locals passed off as fashionable. Surely they had some fancy shark-leather boots she could buy?

The young Sith work her cloak open, revealing her nondescript black robes underneath — her saber hidden from view. And she browsed, hurrying past the stalls geared up for common tourists and headed for the more chic establishments. The sort that only helped you if money was no object — and for Jantar it most certainly was not.
