Queen of Alderaan
Distracted she drummed her fingers on the table thinking about what she was preparing to do. The Republic reborn in Wild Space on a planet she had to look up Ciomia. Temperate with lush green forests.
It seemed a suitable place for whatever remained of the republic.
It still gave her chills thinking about it even though now it was years ago and should have been forgotten. But no it was there as if it happened just yesterday. She wouldn't think about it she had promised herself.
The Alderaan Delegation was busy preparing for this meeting. They were going in to watch the Senate. A place the Faith should feel comfortable she had spent much of her career in the Senate. But she had to remind herself that she didn't know them, and they didn't know her. Would there be representatives there that she did know?
Had others escaped to this distant hidden Republic to avoid the critical eyes that would have followed them about the core.
Maybe.
Alderaan would discuss trade, discuss the current state of the galaxy, and then decide how they would react to this Republic.
"We are getting clearance now be on the ground shortly" Faith nodded. She stood behind the pilot she always liked watching the approach to a planet. What did it look like from far away? The deep blues and greens that invited them to come against the deep black of space a shining gem.
"Bekka be sure to have names and positions if you know them ready for me." Ana would have known them all by now but Ana had retired to raise a family of her own. Everything changes.
