"Director Craig, sir we've arrived." Ben looked up at the captain and nodded, "Very well." The Zweihander Union was growing, more and more recruits signing up to join the Union. Ben himself was growing, a bit figuratively not literally, though he wasn't sure if he'd gained a few pounds. His transfer to the Intelligence and Security Bureau had been as smooth as a Bantha. Now the Director of the newly formed
Department of Advanced Weapons Research , he had been able to provide insight and suggestions about the Union's security as a whole in his report, The Craig Doctrine. Now invited into the Union's elite social circle, reserved for members who had family ties to the Chancellors, or high ranking officers, Ben had made it his duty to meet with as many elites as possible, Union or not.

The ramp lowered and Ben's
Vernichten walked out, their boots pounding the metal. The Alsakan Heights Casino was a great place to find elites Craig could mingle around. He wasn't sure if they would allow weapons or his guards in, but there's a first time for everything. The group headed towards the entrance of the talk building and towards the turbolift. On the way in, Ben could see many Mandalorians staring at them. Light security for a supposed elite establishment. Ben thought to himself. Or maybe there's more inside. Best not to reveal your cards.

Academically, Auriel could appreciate the benefit that having overprotective siblings brought- It generally streamlined her life, and they did their best to ensure she was in as less danger as possible. But, Personally speaking, they were so damn annoying! Imperius had almost sicked an entire squad from his divison on her, until she had finally sweet talked him into letting her go- and not without at least a dozen promises to stay out of trouble, too!

We’re at your requested destination, Ms Auriel. The pilots’ voice was heard over the intercom, and Auriel stood up, preparing to disembark as the ramp started lowering itself. A casual brush from her arms revealed there were no creases on her robes- This must’ve been some pretty good quality Gaberwool , and she made a mental note to give Tyrael a good hug for the gift.

The ramp was finally down, and Auriel switched on her holopad, following the instructions to get to The Alsakan Heights Casino, even as a Thank You! was yelled back at the pilot, almost like an afterthought.

Again he had scared the living daylights of the local ground control operators by jumping in and burning at max thrust towards the surface, but they had been nice enough not to scramble fighters when they realized the heavily armed Nothmiro corvette's owner just wanted to pay the casino a visit.

The corvette landed, and as the assault ramp lowered Chris went over the persona he wanted to show. "Politican, soldier, buisnessman. In that order" he muttered, walking out towards the Casino with the stomp of his sergeant-at-arms' boots behind him. He smiled, a friendly chat with some of the Union, and maybe a bit of... he held that thought as he spotted Ben Craig's Vernichten guards off near a turbolift. He doubted the heavily armed revenue would be let in, but the sight of a black armoured death squad might make the bouncers and security make an exception.

He made for another turbolift, time to get this party started.

Ah, social events. They were things that Salis understood and which she'd partaken in in the past. Mostly during her time as head of the military with her husband. However, that position she willingly gave up. Her daughter was still missing, at least one of them. The other was attending school. Neli was always the least like the rest of the family. Salis had put a bounty to bring her in alive, and unharmed, but as of yet it hadn't been brought in. She didn't believe her daughter dead, or even that she was currently in danger. But she could be, and one day she would be. And that was what scared her.

But today was not the day for worrying. It was a gathering. But one with mandalorians. She knew them, had worked with them before while she was still a part of the Jen'ari. But she didn't know them well. They were soldiers to her, warriors at heart, and deadly on the field. Known for their armor and weapons and their constant fighting with someone. zepher walked beside her as they approached the establishment, her second in command due to his constant loyalty. In spite of his failure to stop Neli from leaving Bespin. As typical, armed with his rifle and a commlink.

Salis might have come nicely dressed, if she knew these people well or was among more allies. However, in spite of an almost utter absence of fear, she'd always been carefully equipped. For a former sith, she looked more like a mercenary. She kept her helmet off, but otherwise she wore her armor, along with most of her weapons. Compared to a mandalorian, she didn't look over-armed. But her armor and the droid at her side didn't exactly match the friendly, and quite real smile on her face. She always got along with people, or rather, she got along with herself around people. Whether or not they enjoyed her company was only one piece of her own concern.

They didn't want any heavy weaponry in, fortunately she didn't really have that on her. Unless the lightsaber counted. It was time to see just what interest they had being around these people called 'The Network'
