It's enjoyable if you can get past the first half of the first chapter. Plus, those mad Force skillz.

The only thing is that the voice acting for the Inquisitor is just... beautiful. So I ditched my not-Ewan MacGregor-sounding Consular and played the Inquisitor. I love the Dashade guy XD

The female Inquisitor just sounds so malevolent. If anyone here remembers my Kaelin Isandros character…it sounded perfectly what I’d imagine a bitchy Sith would sound like.
Sadly, I found the inquisitor story to be pretty dire. More about that in a coming blog post review.

I’m going to do something a bit different with the Consular when I get to it; going to try dark side with an unusual species. Possibly Sith Pureblood just because. :p

Noob stories incoming. :p

To be honest, before getting this current character of mine to level 10, I was rather doubtful and didn't quite like the Old Republic stuff at all. I preferred more present universes and stuff. But the storylines in the prologue were actually rather interesting and made me love the Old Republic era, even though I found some sidemissions to be far more intriguing than the main missions (especially the one where a Flesh Raider wanted to become a Jedi -- now I wonder how he will manage in the Jedi Order).

Also, I am not actually a huge double-bladed lightsaber fan, but I really wanted to get one in the SWTOR and so I, even though I had always thought I'd become a Sage, chose the Jedi Shadow specialisation. Let's see if it is as awesome as I thought it would be.

Jadus is a complete nutbag. The logical result of centuries of inbreeding, Dark Side corruption and lack of air from that helmet.

Yep. But if you side with him, you get to kill Zhorrid. Your choices matter! Hmm. Though if you don't, the Dark Council probably gets rid of her off-screen since she was nuts and a complete joke.

To side with the insane nutbag who wants to use kill sats to murder lots of people and cause devastation because he thinks a Reign of Terror is an end in itself...in order to kill his nutty, supremely annoying, inept fruitcake of a daughter. Or to foil the aforementioned insane nutbag and not get to kill his daughter.

Big choices!

I feel this is true for all the stories I've played. Like they kind of ran out of steam by the time they got to Act II and III.

You do get the impression with some of them that they wrote their story to cover just Part 1, then realised they wanted the game longer and tacked on the next bits.

There are some exceptions though. Warrior, Knight and Agent had good later acts which didn't feel forced, and Smuggler and Inquisitor had continuing stories which were connected...to greater or lesser degrees of success.
