Forged from Mandalorian beskar and storm-hardened alloys, the Stormbound Aegis is a returning shield gifted to Athena Faar by Adonis Angelis IV, designed not only as a weapon of defense, but as a bond of trust between warriors. Echoing the mythic energy of Onderon's harsh storm, it incorporates an internal capacitor core capable of absorbing both electrical and kinetic energy, which can be redirected into controlled bursts through a directed emitter system.
The shield bears the sigil of the cracked Mythosaur skull, surrounded by storm-etched veins glowing with blue light, marking Athena not only as a fighter, but as a chosen of the storm. In battle, it spins with purpose, guided by a returning system built from magnetic stabilizers and Force-aligned calibration, enabling it to fly back to its wielder's hand even in chaotic combat.
