Recently, she had shown an aptitude for facilitating purchasing deals on behalf of the foundation with her own people, the Dorneans. When the deal had gone well, her superiors decided to further test her negotiating skills by giving her limited access to purchasing accounts and a list of items that were needed by the Foundation navy. Needless to say, this was quite the deviation from her role as a fighter pilot, and she was apprehensive in committing to this new scope.
But… the Foundation was a struggling institution and everyone had to learn to wear many hats, it seemed.
She committed to writing a holonet coverletter, to preface the comprehensive purchasing order she had already drafted up.
To whom it may concern,
Attached is a fully prepared purchasing order for multiple items on your catalog to be used for Foundation projects. Payment method has been included in the package, as well as legal documentation and confidentiality agreements. All that is required from your company is to accept the payment and provide a permit for the use of these items. This is the list:

Kaia had started to take over a few of the answers to purchase requests. Typically her father would handle the purchasing as she was out exploring, but with Coren handling the Stars of Hope initiative, and focusing on his semi-retirement, Kaia was stepping into the full role of corporate CEO.
The request had come in from the Foundation, that up and coming humanitarian effort by that Mother Askani. Good people, and she knew that her father and brother were helping them.

Bido read the message and then quickly scrambled to fumbled through her files to find her copy of the purchase order. Once she found it, she proceeded to type her response based on what she wrote.

My purchase order calls for a hundred attack terminals, and and a dozen Now-You-Don’t Systems on page 14. You should receive the purchase order soon.
