Hexarium Bodgyglove Mark II
Kavaha Shield
Ancile Shield
ND-012 “Ri Qorit” Disabler

strengths.png

Reactive Nanite Deployment - The nanite gauntlet system allows the wearer to deploy protective armor or a solid shield on command, preserving agility until defense is truly required.
Integrated Shield Function - Nanite shielding can form a forearm barrier capable of intercepting deadly strikes without needing energy shields that disrupt Force awareness.
Counter-Field Capability - The armor can integrate systems like the ND-012 “Ri Qorit” Disabler, allowing the wearer to locally disrupt or neutralize enemy anti-Force fields and similar countermeasures, giving Force users freedom of movement where others might be constrained.
Force-Compatible Design - All components, including the shield and integrated devices, are engineered to avoid interference with Force perception and expression, preserving focus and sensory clarity.
Adaptive Structural Reinforcement - Nanites reinforce impacted zones dynamically, reducing cumulative material degradation and maintaining structural integrity during extended engagements.

weaknesses.png

Commitment Lock - Once the Forceline’s nanite armor is fully deployed, it is meant to remain active for the duration of the engagement.

Gauntlet Core Vulnerability - The entire system depends on the integrity of the gauntlet assembly; damaging that core can disable both armor deployment and counter-field function.
Concentration and Calibration Load - To use counter-field devices effectively, the wearer must take time to position and activate them accurately. Misuse or haste can leave the device temporarily offline or misdirected.
Limited Device Lifespan - Devices like the ND-012 “Ri Qorit” have restricted operational duration and limited uses before requiring technician-level maintenance to reset or reboot, making them unsuitable for indefinite use.
Sustained Saturation Pressure - Once deployed, the Forceline is built to endure focused combat, not prolonged exposure to continuous heavy fire or layered area denial. Extended bombardment degrades system cohesion over time, requiring the wearer to rely on movement or aggression rather than attempting to outlast overwhelming force.

description.png

The gauntlet warmed before the armor appeared. Not heat exactly, but pressure, like something coiled and waiting. The Force user stood still as blaster fire chewed the duracrete around her, counting breaths instead of shots. She had not committed yet. Once the Forceline came online, there would be no retreat back into speed and subtlety. That choice mattered.

She activated the gauntlet.

Nanites spilled outward in a controlled surge, threading through duramesh and Sichouweave, locking into Songsteel segments that formed with a muted metallic whisper. The armor did not flare or announce itself. It settled. Weight distributed. Balance returned. The shield manifested along her forearm as incoming fire converged, the barrier catching the first volley and bleeding its force sideways into the suit. She stepped forward through the impact, unbroken, the Force flowing cleanly beneath the shell.

A null field snapped on ahead of her, a crude attempt to cage the battlefield. She advanced anyway. The counter field system engaged, localized and precise, carving a narrow path where the Force could breathe again. She did not linger. The Forceline was not built to wait under pressure. She closed distance, absorbed a strike meant to stagger, and answered with motion and intent. Each step carried weight now, not mass, but inevitability.

By the time the bombardment intensified, the outcome was already decided. The armor bore the scars of sustained fire, cohesion strained but intact, doing exactly what it was meant to do. It had carried her through the moment that mattered. When the last threat fell and the noise receded, the Forceline remained in place, silent and steady, until she reached cover and dismissed it. Only then did the nanites withdraw, folding back into the gauntlet as if they had never left.

The armor had not won the fight. It had ensured she was never denied the chance to finish it.
